Erdogan gives order to attack Kurds and Arabs in Northern Syria`s Afrin and Manbij
In another hysterical outburst the disputed president of Turkey has announced again that he will destroy the democratic federalist revolution in the small Kurdish area of Afrin, massing forces on the border and again shelling villages.
In the past the Russians have held back Erdogan from using his NATO air force, but by now Turkish troops are based in Syria and various cash strapped jihadist militias have also been lined up to attack Afrin.
“Afrin [a Kurdish canton in northern Syria] is indeed a PYD project to reach the Mediterranean Sea. We will not permit a terror corridor in northern Syria having access to the Mediterranean. We will intervene whatever the cost,” said terrorist dictator Erdoğan.

”But the few observation posts which the Turkish army says it has established are close to the dividing line between Arab rebel held land and the Kurdish controlled region of Afrin.

People of Manbij protest Turkish invasion
Sunday to protest Turkish policies in the region.
Protestors gathered together in El Beta junction and marched onthe streets of the city with banners that read “No to Turkish occupation”, “Rise up for the sake of love of Syria and peace”, “No to oppression, yes to peace and brotherhood of the people”.
”Our call and demands to the international community:
Afrin has been one of the most stable and secure regions in Syria over the past five years. With this in mind, the city has taken in as much as its original population in IDPs. The UN and the International Coalition must ensure the continuation of Afrin’s stability and security. Afrin must be protected against external attacks.

- TEHRAN (FNA)-The Kurdish-language Hawar news quoted field sources as saying that the Turkish army has embarked on establishing a new base next to Mount Qor in the village of Balilo in Rajo region near the town of Afrin.

BIA report: 237 aggravated life sentences sought for 520 journalists in Turkey

By TM A recently released quarterly report, the BIA Media Monitoring Report, has revealed that 122 journalists were in Turkish jails as of Jan.1, 2018, while 520 journalists are facing 237 aggravated life sentences and an additional 3,672 years in prison on various charges.
The 520 journalists who are standing trial without pretrial detention also face the risk of going to jail.
