US Coast Guard Vessel Heads to Black Sea Amid Rising Tensions with Russia

The U.S.Coast Guardcutter Hamilton is en route to the Black Sea to train alongside NATO allies and partners in the region amid heightened tensions between Russia and the West over its buildup of forces along Ukraine’s border.
