On 8th- 10th March our comrades Monica Caballero and Francisco Solar,will be judged in the Audiencia Nacional. They face a fiscal request of 44 years in prison on charges of “belonging to a criminal organization with terrorist aims forming a ‘terrorist group’… the Comando Insurreccionalismo Mateo Morral (which seems to be a made-up name for a non-existant group)., damage, injury and conspiracy “, mainly based on the alleged action taken against the Basilica del Pilar de Zaragoza.
Monica and Fran haave already spent more than 2 years in prison awaiting trial. The Catholic Church is furious about the ‘firework in the Basilica’ and has used it’s connections, various State Ministers are prominent in the Opus Dei sect, to make an example of the alleged attackers.
Apart from the severe sentence that could fall into these two companions, trial represents a critical point in the Pandora / Pinata staet crackdown on dissent and repression of the struggles in general, because for the first time the may get a final judicial decision that legalises the existence of the police’ conspiracy theory invention the ‘ GAC-FAI-FRI’, used to implement anti-terrorism laws against the entire libertarian, independent, sector etc., based on a nonexistent terrorist organization.

Els dies 8,9 i 10 de març seran jutjades a l’Audiència Nacional espanyola les companyes Mònica Caballero i Francisco Solar, que s’enfronten a una petició fiscal de 44 anys de presó pels càrrecs de “pertinença a organització criminal amb finalitats terroristes, estralls, lesions i conspiració”, principalment en base a l’acció duta a terme contra la basílica del Pilar de Saragossa.
A banda de la greu condemna que pugui caure a aquestes dues companyes, el judici representa un punt crític pel procés Pandora/Pinyata i per la repressió de les lluites en general, ja que per primer cop podria serivar-se una sentència judicial en ferm que avali l’existència de la construcció jurídico-policial GAC-FAI-FRI, comodí utilitzat per aplicar les lleis antiterroristes contra tot l’àmbit llibertari, autònom, etc., en base a una inexistent organització terrorista.
En recolzament a les companyes que seran jutjades a l’AN, i en repulsa a aquest salt qualitatiu en l’estratègia repressiva, s’ha convocat una
