Guilty until proven innocent? Russian athletes will be individually evaluated for Rio Olympics [VIDEO]

The International Olympic Committee says Russian athletes will be evaluated individually to determine their eligibility to compete in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.

Suspicions are rife that the Olympic Committee has bowed to the immense pressure  from the United States to continue damaging, boycotting and threatening Russia in every way possible for resisting Dollar Hegemony.

A blanket ban was upheld against the Russian track and field team.

The majority of Russian athletes are not alleged to have doped, so is it fair to for all Russian athletes to be subjected to this evaluation?

Legal and media analyst, Lionel of Lionel Media joins RT America’s Manila Chan and asks “why should any country, any group, be forced to disprove an allegation not based on evidence?”
