Pathetic, Bob Parsons. You are just a pathetic wealthy person, trying to justify your hunting safari. Put your wealth to good use. Transport the “problem elelphant” out of the area, and buy food for the people until their crops come back. Then go travel the world, and try taking care of “problem humans”.
