Supporters of Julian Assange and Edward Snowden have criticised outgoing US President Donald Trump for failing to pardon the WikiLeaks founder and NSA whistleblower before leaving office, calling the oversight “disappointing”.
Steve Bannon and major Republican Party fundraiser Elliott Broidy were included in the diverse list, as well as figures with little apparent ties to Trump’s administration, including the rappers Lil Wayne and Kodak Black.
But calls for Trump to pardon Assange – who is facing possible extradition to the US from the United Kingdom over charges relating to WikiLeaks’ release of confidential US military records and diplomatic cables a decade ago, fell on deaf ears.
The omission provoked fury among his supporters, many of whom took to social media to express their anger.
It is important to have all the information before making any decision about your health. This is just plain common sense. Info below is extracted from the article as at 19 January 2021: be careful what you put in your body. note: I didnt find the post in Google, at least on the first page.
An overview of Covid-19 Vaccine Side Effects and Allergic Reactions worldwide.
We got a code violation from Google for “dangerous and derogatory” content, while we only post links from regular news outlets and a few public posts from Facebook. How is this “dangerous and derogatory”?

Four years after hundreds of anarchists and antifascists took to the streets of Washington DC in opposition to the inauguration of Donald Trump, today across the so-called US, anarchists, abolitionists, and antifascists again mobilized in the face of far-Right rallies that completely fizzled, to demand the dismantling of ICE and the release of those in detention, and to voice a clear anti-capitalist opposition to the incoming neoliberal Biden administration that helped give birth to mass incarceration and corporate globalization.
In Portland, after hundreds took to the streets, DHS and federal troops violently attacked and gassed a crowd gathered in protest outside of an ICE building – in a sign that seemed to only cement the feeling on the street: meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
After the feds advanced on the Portland crowd and unleashed the tear gas, someone pulled a Biden for President flag out and the crowd burned it on the street.https://t.co/SFUwtQELispic.twitter.com/tDs4xb6XGH
While Biden has predictably rolled back much of Trump’s most egregious executive orders and called for a several month moratorium on deportations, thousands of people across the US remain locked up in detention facilities, threatened with future deportation, and possibly contracting COVID-19.
And, while Biden has ended construction of Trump’s disastrous wall, for years the Democrats have instead been pushing for a “smart wall” which would utilize technology to enforce the US line in the sand. With climate change, US imperial foreign policy, and neoliberal globalization generating literally millions of refugees – the Democrats know that the era of mass migration is here and wants the best tools ready at their disposal.
Politicians have come together across the aisle to decry the storming of the Capitol on January 6 as “lawless,” “anti-democratic,” and “extremist,” going so far as to misrepresent the result as “anarchy.”
But the problem with the invasion of the Capitol was not that it was unlawful, undemocratic, or extremist, per se, but that it was an effort to concentrate oppressive power in the hands of an autocrat—which is precisely the opposite of anarchy.
Direct action, militant tactics, and a critique of electoral politics will remain essential to movements against fascism and state violence. We must not let the far right associate them with tyranny, nor permit centrists to muddy the waters.
The way politicians and corporate media tell it, there was nearly an anarchist revolution in the United States on January 6 when Trump supporters invaded the Capitol.
Democratic Representative Elaine Luria labeled the protestors “the President’s anarchists,” condemning “those members of Congress who have supported this anarchy.”
Republican Senator and Trump loyalist Tom Cotton echoed, “Violence and anarchy are unacceptable,” while Marco Rubio couldn’t resist injecting a racist and nationalist note: “This is 3rd world style anti-American anarchy.”
For sheer Orwellian doublespeak, nothing could beat the Fox News headline: “Attack on Capitol by un-American anarchists is a terrorist act and disservice to Trump.”

Erdy already has one $500m pad but needs a new one by the lake for summer visits
Turkish taxpayers, who have already paid TL 125 million ($16 million) for the construction of a new presidential palace near Lake Van in eastern Turkey, will spend another TL 99 million ($13 million) for the complex, according to Turkish media reports.
The new palace in the Ahlat district of Bitlis province was inaugurated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his opposition ally Devlet Bahçeli, leader of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) on Aug. 25, 2020.
The new expenditures for the palace appeared in the 2021 Investment Program signed by Erdoğan as a budget item of TL 99 million for the “Ahlat Mansion and Statesmen’s Guesthouse Project.” The funds will be used for the purchase of equipment, construction of a 5,000-square meter social facility and landscaping of a 52,000-square meter area.
The construction of the presidential complex in Ahlat moved forward despite the concerns of the environmentalists and a ruling by the Constitutional Court, which on July 25, 2020 annulled an article in an omnibus law that allowed the construction of the complex, saying that the shoreline should be under the guardianship of the state, that it cannot be the venue for a private residence and that it should be open to public use.

Opposition leader Juan Guaido in Caracas points to himself but now has minimal support inside Venezuela, even among the US led oligarchy.
Follow RT on The incoming Joe Biden administration will maintain Washington’s view that opposition figure Juan Guaido is the legitimate president of Venezuela, dashing hopes that the new president might rethink US policy towards Caracas.
Anthony Blinken, Biden’s nominee for secretary of state, told members of the US Senate on Tuesday that there were no plans to rescind the US recognition of Guaido as the leader of the South American nation, even though the country is still firmly under the control of the elected government of President Nicolas Maduro.
