The Elected Dictator of Turkey, Tayyip Erdoğan is a great fan of Adolf Hitler, but even more so perhaps of his propaganda minister Joseph Goebbles who championed the technique of repeating Big Lies again and again until people believed it. And closing their eyes to the holocaust.

Generating ‘Genocide Psychosis’ is a tradition of the ultra nationalist Turkish elite, with plenty of minorities to practice on. But the ongoing campaigns against the 18 million Kurds, the parliamentary left, women, gays and anarchists, etc may hopefully be more than they can possibly incite people to massacre.

With near total media control, a massive security apparatus and a large elite fascist movement working with impunity behind the scenes (the Grey Wolves), Erdogan can select which false flag he prefers, from shadowy groups and claims of responsibility long prepared or repeated.

For example to instill the public belief that the Kurds and Greeks are behind the devastating fire season, not the record high temperatures caused by climate chaos. Kurdish pyromaniac guilt and any other atrocity he finds convenient can be turned into a ”fact” in the public mind, generating Genocide Psychosis

(In a separate case but with similar ‘billion message’ techniques we see how corrupt politicians , corporations and mass media collude to whip up Covid fear and hysteria. The virus has only contributed to the death of 0.054% of us so far, with deaths by Delta now plummeting. Yet we have public belief in the safety and necessity of dangerous vaccines and Vaccine passports and persecution of unvaccinated people. )

KCK: “Reports that the forest fires in #Turkey were set by Kurds and the PKK are a lie”
Originally published by ANF News.
Denying the allegations of PKK’s involvement in the forest fires in Turkey, KCK said, “It is a serious crime to set the peoples of Turkey against each other. Those responsible for these crimes will definitely not go unpunished.”

The KCK (Kurdistan Communities Union) Executive Council Co-Presidency released a statement about the wildfires raging across Turkey and denied allegations of Kurdish involvement.
The statement published on Wednesday includes the following:
“Forest fires have recently broken out in many places in Turkey, especially in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions. They have resulted in the loss of many lives and great material destruction. The forest fires are still continuing.
Forests represent a fundamental part of the ecological balance and are also the lungs of all life on this earth. They are the central area of natural life. For this reason, the current forest fires are a catastrophe not only for the countries directly affected, but for all humanity and all other living beings.
“Children of Fire Initiative is a Turkish Intelligence false flag operation. Whenever Turkish government gets in difficult position, this Children of Fire Initiative helps Turkish government by claiming the actions that they did not do, so that the focus of Turkish people can change and also so that Kurds are blamed”.
As a people that experience this pain the most, we wish the peoples of Turkey that the current situation will be overcome soon. We share their pain and sorrow.

After the outbreak of the forest fires in Turkey, there was strong criticism that it took far too long to intervene. In the meantime, the opinion has spread among the public that the fires were set for profit.
At the same time, certain enemies of the Kurdish people and certain circles that want to stir up conflicts between the peoples have spread provocative statements and claimed that the forest fires were set by Kurds.
They even claimed that the PKK was responsible for the fires. Thus, they incite communities in the country which are poisoned by chauvinism to attack Kurds. This has already led to hunting down Kurds in some places to lynch and kill them.

Such news that blame Kurds and PKK for the forest fires are spread by forces that are responsible for the special war against the Kurdish people and the democratic forces. On their instructions, these news are spread in order to provoke attacks on Kurds in Turkey.

The lynch attacks and massacres that have recently been perpetrated against Kurds have the same goal as the current attacks: to brake the willpower of the Kurds in order to make them give up their Kurdish identity and make it impossible for them to fight for freedom and democracy..
Today, the true face of the AKP-MHP government has been completely exposed and its support within society has sunk to a new low. In particular, the government’s social polarization and its hostility to freedom and democracy have increased the people’s discontent.
The outbreak of the forest fires and the late start of the firefighting efforts have led to an explosion of anger among the population.

In order to divert this popular anger from the real target, the fascist AKP and MHP and their special war institutions are now trying to blame the Kurds and the PKK for the forest fires. Thus, the AKP-MHP government is trying to save itself from the people’s anger. This is an extremely immoral and dirty policy.
But our people and the general public do not believe this propaganda. Nevertheless, the special warfare institutions continue their attempts to blame the Kurds and the PKK for the forest fires and to provoke the country’s communities which are poisoned by chauvinism to attack.
The Turkish government has bought dozens of airplanes and helicopters for the president and the government, had a palace with 1001 rooms built and also owns hundreds of fighter planes. But it cannot find the money for fire-fighting aircraft. Therefore, as always, it sees the only chance to maintain its power in the polarization of society, hostility toward the Kurds and war. Such disasters are the result of government policy.
Aziz Üstel, a columnist for the pro-government Star daily, claimed on Twitter that the fires were started by the PKK at the request of Turkey’s historic rival Greece with which the country is at odds on a wide range of regional disputes.Üstel said Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization (MİT) submitted a top secret report to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan which informed him that the forests were set on fire by the PKK upon an order from Greece.
But the government tries to hide this truth by spreading news that are not true. All the attacks on Kurds result from the racist-fascist policy. But there is an attempt to present them as ordinary social disputes and thus normalize and legitimize the attacks.

Reports that the forest fires were set by Kurds and the PKK are a complete lie and are an invention in the context of the special warfare. With the help of these lies, an attempt is being made to conceal the government’s unecological measures and the crimes associated with this policy.
Turkey: Children of Fire Initiative Engulf Turkish State …The Children of Fire Initiative have claimed responsibility for a series of actions as part of their ongoing “Newroz Fire” operation. ..”You will taste the scorching heat of fire everywhere if the barbarities against the Kurdish people are not stopped, if the Kurds are not liberated like other peoples of the world, if you do” …
At the same time, the AKP-MHP government wants to prevent the peoples of Turkey and the Kurdish people’s struggle for democracy and freedom from coming together. Bodies of Kurdish family murdered at home in… | Rudaw
The AKP-MHP government sees its own end in the connection of the Kurdish people and the peoples of Turkey. That is why today, with the help of various provocations, it is attempting to try out the events of September 6 and 7, 1955, in an updated form on the Kurds. At that time, non-Muslims in Turkey were dispossessed and later expelled from the country.
The current forest fires are being used as a means of attack against the Kurdish people and the democratic forces. This shows that the current government has become a great burden for the peoples of Turkey.

Kurdish forestation in Nth Syria follows the inspiration of jailed leader Ocalan.
The partners and supporters of this fascist government have become a community of culprits towards the peoples of Turkey. We warn the fascist circles that try to make the Kurds and the PKK responsible for the forest fires that broke out in Turkey or that were deliberately set for profit purposes, and thereby turn the peoples of Turkey against the Kurds.
PKK denies involvement in Turkey wildfires | Rudaw.net According to the Turkish Presidency’s Directorate of Communications. Pro-government media and people have accused the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) of starting the fires. Reports about the PKK involvement in the fires are a “lie,” the Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK) has said in a statement.
We understand it as a serious crime to turn the fascist gangs on our people and we will not let this happen unpunished. It is a serious crime to set the peoples of Turkey against each other. Those responsible for these crimes will definitely not go unpunished.

Our people and our Freedom Movement understand the earth on which we live as the common homeland of us all. We wish for a friendly, free and democratic life in this common homeland. All those who do not consider Turkey and Kurdistan as a common homeland and commit crimes against it and its peoples will definitely be punished by our people. … Kurdish family brutally killed
We call on all the peoples of Turkey and the democratic forces to fight shoulder to shoulder with the Kurdish people against the fascist forces and aggressors who consider the Kurds as their enemies and declare them as targets.
We also call on them to put an end to the AKP-MHP government and build a democratic Turkey and a free Kurdistan.”
Hate crimes against Kurds rise in Turkey
Turkey’s shift to the far-right in recent years has resulted in massive incitement against Kurds and minorities.

(photo credit: AZAD LASHKARI / REUTERS) Advertisement Turkey’s far-right media continues to incite against the Kurdish minority, most recently blaming “terrorists” for setting fires even though there is no evidence that any group is behind natural forest fires in Turkey.
On Friday, seven Kurds from the same family were murdered in an attack that appeared to mirror a similar attack on the same Kurdish minority family in May. Attacks on Kurds have rapidly increased in the last several years in Turkey.
Turkey’s far-right nationalists have a long history of ethnic cleansing and genocide against Kurds, Alevis, Armenians, Greeks and other minorities.

Retired Rear Admiral Cihat Yaycı claimed on TVNET live broadcast that the forest fires devastating Turkey were not caused by coincidence or negligence, but rather cooperation between Greece and the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).
In recent years, this hatred has sometimes received official backing from the ruling AKP party, although the Islamic party also sometimes tries to cultivate Kurdish voters as well. The recent tragedy in Turkey occurred in Konya province.
The Dedeoglu family had been targeted in the past when a far-right mob allegedly linked to the MHP party, which is a nationalist party, attacked the same family, sending many of them to the hospital. Family members complained of continuing threats and attacks since May.
While Kurds and family members say the mass murder was due to racism against Kurds, authorities want to blame the attack on a feud between families. This appears to be similar to racism in many countries where the racist majority tends to downplay incidents of racism, while minorities speak up.

According to Ahval media “unknown assailants set the Kurdish family’s home on fire after their shooting spree, it said. Firefighters have already put out the fire. Unknown assailants killed three female and four male members of the family, who had been targeted in racist attacks before.”
In previous incidents video show people shouting that “Kurds will not live here.” The previous pogrom against this Kurdish family involved at least 60 people who attacked the same family. In June a Kurdish woman was tortured and murdered during another Turkish far-right attack on the offices of the left-leaning Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP).

The HDP has many Kurdish supporters and the ethnic Turkish far-right in Turkey, as well as Islamists, tend to refer to supporters as “terrorists.” Turkey’s ruling party has shut down most left-leaning Kurdish media, imprisoned dozens of opposition politicians from the Kurdish minority and detained Kurdish mayor for some 60 municipalities over the last several years.
Turkey wants to ban the HDP. Ankara’s AKP has banned most independent media and handed decades-long prison sentences to most critical media. Ruling party politicians often incite against liberals, academics, artists, Kurds, women and others.
The victim of the June attack was Deniz Poyraz. “The plan here was clear,” the HDP’s Mithat Sancar told reporters in June. “What they wanted was a massacre.”
