Bill Gates ‘Digital IDs’ Will Be Mandatory To Participate in Society
On November 8th 2023, a virtual launch event took place for what was termed the “50-in-5” agenda.

The United Nations, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and partners of the Rockefeller Foundation are launching a campaign to accelerate digital ID, digital payments, and data-sharing rollouts in 50 countries under the umbrella of digital public infrastructure (DPI) by 2028. (source).
The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has announced plans to roll out “digital IDs” worldwide by the year 2030, and they will be mandatory for people who wish to participate in society, say Reclaim the Net, who advocate for free speech and individual liberty online,

Social Credit System
The push for DigitalPublic Infrastructure (DPI) which includes. “Digital IDs,” vaccine passports, and central bank digital currencies (CBDC) – is being championed by the globalist WEF and unsurprisingly is backed by Bill Gates along with the UN, and the European Union (EU).
The Sociable editor Tim Hinchliffe says “Advocates are adamant that DPI is essential for participation in markets and society — just like we saw with vaccine passports — only on a much broader scope and “If successful, DPI will give governments and corporations the power to implement systems of social credit that can determine where and how you can travel, what you are allowed to consume, and how you will be able to transact with your programmable money.
The Kenya ‘Testbed’
Digital IDs are to be rolled our first in 50 key countries – Why are African states be among the first?

‘Kenya is still the flagship for western imperialism, with a handpicked bribed elite since independence in 1963, much land and business ownership in the hands of British and multinationals, 5.3% of GDP going to debt repayments (2022) and a British military garrison with total impunity’.
Garissa activists reject Maisha Namba, want rollout halted
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, an organization is pushing further into the realm of digital identification, this time choosing to further Kenya’s controversial digital ID initiative, “Maisha Namb.”
The WEF/RESET and big pharma have the links to use Africa as ‘guinea pigs’ for their schemes despite the colossal failure of the push to jab everyone for Covid-19, which was boycotted and ridiculed .

For those born in 2022, the average life expectancy at birth across Africa was 61 years for males and 64 years for women
The Covid 19 scam was a marginal threat in Africa, due partly to the lack of a large medical system to inflate the figures. And not least because 80% of deaths blamed on Covid in the West were among people over 70 years old, while in Africa life expectancy for those born in 2022 was only 61 years for males and 64 for females anyway!)

Africa life expectancy
As explained by the foundation’s CEO, Mark Suzman, in the usual jargon, the foundation is expected to liaise with integral tech moguls and specialists to ensure the success of the project which mirrors the foundation’s broader commitment towards digital identity enhancement, even as it unveils support for similar initiatives worldwide.
Designed as a unique identifier, the Maisha Namba will be allocated to every Kenyan citizen, effectively becoming their official digital ID, associated with a specially designed Maisha Card.

As part of this agenda, months of preparation and a budget of approximately $6.8 million had been set aside for the launch of this ‘biometric-supported digital ID mechanism’.
Yet, the digital ID initiative suffers from more than just delay. There is an evident wave of skepticism, with regions like Garissa in eastern Kenya expressing concerns about inadequate infrastructure, unreliable network access, and privacy and civil liberties concerns posing major hindrances to this tech-facilitated idea.
Human rights organizations have raised the alarm too, on the grounds that the new system could erode privacy and promote discrimination.
Despite these concerns, government officials have made attempts to assure its citizens of their commitment to privacy protection and the inclusivity promised by the Maisha Namba.
They stress that the new system is aimed at addressing a host of issues such as the ‘authentication of citizens‘, protection of primary identification documents, improved governance of social programs and operations, and simplification of access to services such as healthcare, education, taxation, and social security.
Interestingly, the plan envisages every newborn being assigned a Maisha Namba, which stays with them throughout their life.

It’s not only the Gates Foundation that is getting involved in this. The launch of Kenya’s digital identity program is currently being bolstered by the United Nations Development Program
. Yet, as the government faces the daunting task of convincing its citizens, concerns over privacy and overreaching surveillance continue to loom.

The “50 in 5” Campaign
The “50 in 5” bills itself as “a country-led advocacy campaign. By 2028, the 50-in-5 campaign will have helped 50 countries design, launch, and scale components of their digital public infrastructure,” according to the official announcement.
The 50 countries are designated as ‘global testbeds‘, (guinea pigs) and the DPI’s will first in Africa (sub-Saharan, particularly) and India but the plan is to roll digital IDs globally by 2030 to include all citizens of UN member-states, according to Planet Today
“50 in 5” campaign is also unsurprisingly a collaboration between the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the United Nations Development Program, the Digital Public Goods Alliance, and Co-Develop. Co-Develop was founded by The Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Nilekani Philanthropies, and the Omidyar Network. The Digital Public Goods Alliance lists both the Gates and Rockefeller foundations in its roadmap showcasing “activities that advance digital public goods,” along with other organisations and several governments.
