Millions of Americans were harmed by these experimental medicines. Miscarriages and stillbirths spiked because of the shots. Many thousands of young people developed serious, life-altering myocarditis. Thousands of military service members who were forced to get the vaccines were sexually sterilized by them……
Up until now, the drug companies have been shielded from liability for all the COVID vaccine injuries and deaths that they have caused. They’re protected by something called the PREP Act, which stands for Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness.
A judge in a landmark Michigan case, however, has now ruled that the PREP Act does not shield the Big Pharma companies from liability if their medicines are contaminated.
The Michigan case was brought by Dan Nowacki, an elderly man who was hospitalized with COVID. Mr. Nowacki was treated with Remdesivir, which is a COVID treatment drug made by pharmaceutical company Gilead. Remdesivir is a relatively new treatment, so it’s shielded under the PREP Act.
Mr. Nowacki was treated with Remdesivir intravenously. His attorneys just proved in court that at least two of the vials that Mr. Nowacki was administered were contaminated with shards of glass.
It caused him to have two catastrophic strokes in the hospital. He’s now permanently bedridden. About 55,000 vials of Remdesivir were recalled in November of 2021 due to glass contamination.
The judge ruled that the pharmaceutical companies’ liability shielding does not protect them in the case of contamination. If the Big Pharma companies are being protected from being sued, then they still have to meet basic safety standards.
They can’t just inject their medicines into people if they know that those medicines are contaminated with shards of glass, arsenic, or… just to name one possible contaminant off the top of our head… cancer-causing monkey viruses.
If you missed the story last week, we reported on some groundbreaking research that has just been conducted in Canada.
A scientist was able to obtain 27 vials of Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines. All 27 vials contained unsafe levels of simian virus 40 (SV40), a monkey virus that can cause brain cancer, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and other fatal types of cancer. That research has been scientifically confirmed by Health Canada.

Over 9,000 children have been murdered by Israel so far in their genocidal obliteration of Gaza with 2,4 million trapped inside
Palestinians are families like you and me. Not just numbers to be massacred by Israel and the USA for power land and religion
On 6 January Muslim News reported that since 7 October:
The Gaza Ministry of Health estimates that 22,722 Palestinians have been killed, including 9,600 children, 6,750 women and 58,166 injured and 7,000 missing.
Now a living document has been published that compiles statements by Israeli decision-makers, legislators and army personnel and officers, backing Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s genocidal mission.
Meanwhile more details have been published about the leaked Israeli intelligence plan to forcibly relocate Palestinians to the Sinai desert.
The living document is here, published by Law For Palestine (L4P). L4P intends to regularly update the document.
L4P say they will also publish statements made in support of war crimes and genocide by journalists and influencers, former government officials, and public expressions.
L4P states:
Since the commencement of our investigative efforts on October 7th, 2023, Law for Palestine has meticulously amassed a compelling body of evidence exposing the proliferation of incitement to violence and genocidal intent perpetrated by Israeli officials and public figures, against Palestinians. Our documentation encompasses over 500 incitements of violence and genocidal incitement, appearing in the forms of social media posts, television interviews, and official statements from Israeli politicians, army personnel, journalists, and other influential personalities.
These reprehensible incitements have been categorized into significant thematic areas, including genocidal intent, forced displacement, and collective punishment. What makes this evidence all the more disconcerting is its origin, emanating from the upper echelons of the Israeli government, including the President, Prime Minister, Knesset members, military personnel, and law enforcement.
Law for Palestine now publishes this database as a crucial resource for use by the international community, resolute in our commitment to combat the impunity that Israel enjoys and work to bring an end to the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people. Together, let us stand united in the pursuit of justice and the cessation of atrocities against the Palestinian people.
One damning statement included in the compilation is by Israeli minister of defense Yoav Gallant:
I have ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip. There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed… We are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly
And there is this from war cabinet minster Benny Gantz:
The fighting will continue to and expand to any place necessary in the Gaza strip. There will be no sanctuary cities.
The document includes many more similarly incriminating statements.
“Provisional measures”
On 11 and 12 January, South Africa will present its charge of genocide against Israel at the International Court of Justice (ICC) in the Hague:
South Africa will ask the ICJ to grant “provisional measures” against Israel. Any ruling by the court is likely to be countered by Israel. However, the genocidal attacks will likely continue and at some point it’s probable that Gaza will be completely obliterated.
The 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, defines genocide as:
acts such as killings “committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group.”
South Africa will specifically ask the ICJ to:
declare that Israel “has breached and continues to breach its obligations under the Genocide Convention,” and to order Israel to cease hostilities in Gaza that could amount to breaches of the convention, to offer reparations, and to provide for reconstruction of what it’s destroyed in Gaza.
The filing argues that genocidal acts include killing Palestinians, causing serious mental and bodily harm, and deliberately inflicting conditions meant to “bring about their physical destruction as a group.” And it says statements by Israeli officials express genocidal intent.
South Africa argues that the court has jurisdiction because both countries are signatories of the genocide convention. The convention’s ninth article says disputes between nations over the convention can be submitted to the International Court of Justice.

As to Netanyahu’s intentions beyond the war, a few days after the 7 October Hamas attack a leaked draft document in Hebrew revealed possible plans to force Palestinians into the Sinai Desert. The document was published by UndercoverInfo on 2 November.
A translation of that leaked document into English is here:
- There is currently a unique and rare opportunity to evacuate the entire Gaza Strip in coordination with the Egyptian government. An immediate, realistic and sustainable plan for the resettlement and humanitarian rehabilitation of the entire Arab population in the Gaza Strip is required which aligns well with the economic and geopolitical interests of Israel, Egypt, the USA and Saudi Arabia.
- In 2017, it was reported that there are about 10 million vacant housing units in Egypt, of which about half are built and half are under construction. For example, in the two largest satellite cities of Cairo, “The 6th of October” and “The 10th of Ramadan”, there is a huge amount of built and empty apartments owned by the government and privately and construction areas sufficient to house about 6 million residents.
- The average cost of a 3-room apartment with an area of 95 square meters for an average Gazan family consisting of 5.14 Hebrew
people in one of the two cities indicated above is about $19,000. Taking into account the currently known size of the entire
population living in the Gaza Strip, which ranges from about 1.4 For approximately 2.2 million people, it can be estimated that the total amount that will be required to be transferred to Egypt to finance the project will be on the order of 5 to 8 billion dollars.- Throwing an immediate stimulus at such a height to the Egyptian economy will provide a tremendous and immediate
benefit to al-Sisi’s regime. These sums of money, in relation to the Israeli economy, are minimal. Investing a few billion dollars (even if it is 20 or 30 billion dollars) to solve this difficult issue is an innovative, cheap and sustainable solution.- There is no doubt that in order for this plan to come to fruition, many conditions must exist at the same time. Currently, these conditions are met and it is unclear when such an opportunity will arise again, if ever.
In short, the plan proposes:
Establishing tent cities in Sinai, creating a humanitarian corridor, and constructing cities in North Sinai for the new refugees. In addition, “a sterile zone” several kilometers wide would be established in Egypt south of the border with Israel to prevent Palestinians from returning.
Death or forced exile
Journalist Chris Hedges argues that Israel’s are also planning to force Gazans to seek refuge in third party countries:
Israel’s lebensraum master plan for Gaza, borrowed from the Nazi’s depopulation of Jewish ghettos, is clear.
Destroy infrastructure, medical facilities and sanitation, including access to clean water. Block shipments of food and fuel. Unleash indiscriminate industrial violence to kill and wound hundreds a day.
Let starvation — the U.N. estimates that more than half a million people are already starving — and epidemics of infectious diseases, along with the daily massacres and the displacement of Palestinians from their homes, turn Gaza into a mortuary.
The Palestinians are being forced to choose between death from bombs, disease, exposure or starvation or being driven from their homeland.
There will soon reach a point where death will be so ubiquitous that deportation — for those who want to live — will be the only option.
He concludes:
The Holocaust is not an historical relic. It lives, lurking in the shadows, waiting to ignite its vicious contagion. …
If we forget the lessons of the Holocaust, we forget who we are and what we are capable of becoming. We seek our moral worth in the past, rather than the present. We condemn others, including the Palestinians, to an endless cycle of slaughter. We become the evil we abhor. We consecrate the horror.
Should the ICC find against Israel, it will not necessarily change things. Tariq Kenney-Shawa, a US policy fellow for the Palestinian Policy Network, told Middle East Eye:
A decision by the ICJ would represent a symbolic victory for Palestinians on the international stage, but it is unlikely that it will change much for Palestinians living under Israeli occupation and apartheid.
Meanwhile, one may be forgiven for thinking that with the scant mention of the war in recent days on TV news channels that the conflict is over or at least abating.
Sadly, it’s neither.
And as with many wars, it’s the children who are the most damaged – physically and mentally – by the cruelty, the terror and the genocidal intent of those who bear ultimate responsibility.

Even by the low standards of the Met Police, the behaviour of the plods in central London today was provocative, aggressive and absurd.
Thousands of people attended the first Central London Palestinian demo of the year, organised by the Free Palestine Coalition.
The demonstration began with speeches in St James Park, where the cops kicked things off by seizing a sound system and arresting a woman for no apparent reason.
They then demonstrated their high understanding of the political situation by forming a cordon to block the route to Buckingham Palace.
While it’s true that those in attendance were unlikely to be fans of royalty, there is no connection between our embarrassing monarchy & the Israeli government.
The protest then proceeded peacefully towards Westminster Bridge, where the police threw another hasty and panicked cordon, provoking a series of unnecessary scuffles.
If they intended to keep Westminster Bridge open to traffic, their own actions succeeded in bringing it to a standstill for the next two hours.
They didn’t seem to have any plan as those of us outside the kettle witnessed the hilarious spectacle of several inspectors bickering amongst themselves and prodding each other’s clipboards as they tried to figure out what to do next.
Meanwhile, the protest settled in for more speeches and a successful sit-down blockade of one of the main routes across the river.
I can only imagine what will happen next Saturday if the thick blue line behaves with the same stupidity when several hundred thousand are expected to march against the ongoing genocide.

The most sensational publication, causing a massive reaction especially in the Arab world and Iran, was the investigative report of the Israeli journalist Ariel Shimon, fired from Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper after his controversial publication was released.
Israel to withdraw troops from North Gaza .. Not all of those returned from Gaza will go home. Some would be prepared for rotation to the northern border with Lebanon, amid fears of a wider escalation of the conflict, the official told Reuters. Unfortunately, the author could not find the original of Shimon’s report, even in Hebrew. However, many Arab and Iranian publications have shared the links to the investigation.
According to Shimon, the IDF press service reports casualties in small portions. Moreover, it only reports KIA (killed in action) numbers.
The actual number of wounded as well as losses of military and special equipment remain undisclosed. All medical institutions receiving the wounded were instructed by the IDF press service to abstain from comments.
