American Big Tech Companies Identified as Complicit with War Crimes

Most of us living in the U.S. are fully aware that America’s Big Tech companies, such as Google, Amazon, and Microsoft have become the new industry leaders in obtaining military contracts to support America’s many wars.

Many people in the Middle East have just recently learned this fact this week with a recent report showing how the Israeli military depends upon these American companies to bomb and kill Palestinians in Gaza.

How Israel uses tools from Microsoft and Google to carry out Gaza genocide

Colonel Racheli Dembinsky, commander of Israeli army’s Center of Computing and Information Systems Unit, reveals use of cloud storage and AI services during a presentation to around 100 military and industrial personnel, reports say.

The Israeli military has been using Amazon’s cloud service and artificial intelligence (AI) tools from Microsoft and Google for military purposes amid the increasing amount of data on Palestinians and Gaza during its genocidal war, according to reports by 972 Magazine and the Hebrew-language news site Local Call.

An audio recording they obtained reveals that Colonel Racheli Dembinsky, commander of the Israeli army’s Center of Computing and Information Systems Unit, disclosed the use of these technologies during a presentation to around 100 military and industrial personnel on July 10.

The Center of Computers and Information Systems oversees all data processing for the Israeli army.

The attack was set for June 1945, according to transcripts of interrogations of a senior Nazi official, declassified by the FSB

Adolf Hitler planned to use nuclear weapons against the USSR in June 1945, according to a transcript of testimony by Werner Waechter – a close associate of Nazi Germany’s propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels.

The declassified document has been published by Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB).

The unsealing of the testimony coincides with the 79th anniversary of the US nuclear bombing of Hiroshima, Japan at the end of World War II.

According to photocopies of the documents related to the case of the former Nazi official, the nuclear strikes were to be carried out using “very long-range bombers capable of bombing the military construction centers of the Soviet Union in the Urals.” 

In his testimony in October 1945, Wachter told Soviet investigators that he had learned of the development of atomic weapons from an Nazi engineer in 1943, who told him that German scientists had “succeeded in splitting the atomic nucleus and that engineers were developing methods and techniques for the practical use of atomic energy as a means of warfare.”

In the late 1930s, German scientists had discovered the fission of uranium atoms and made major contributions to the foundations of atomic physics. Nazi Germany was the first country to launch a project focused on the creation of an atomic bomb.

Wachter also said that, in 1945, the editor of the secret government bulletin, Hans Hertel, told him that the German Ministry of Armaments was preparing to use an atomic bomb, which it planned to equip on board “aircraft of the latest design” that were stationed at an airfield near the town of Celle in north Germany.

While Wachter said he was unsure of the precise date for the planned nuclear strike, he believed June to be the most likely time for Hitler to deploy the new weapon, especially given that Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels had ordered the preparation of a special horoscope for the fuhrer for that month.

The Third Reich regularly used astrology as a means of propaganda to craft predictions of future events and disseminate them among the population. 

As noted by the FSB, Hitler’s plans to use a nuclear weapon against the USSR were ultimately foiled in May 1945, when Soviet forces took Berlin and forced Nazi Germany to surrender.

While Germany was the first to attempt the creation of a nuclear weapon, the project was never finished.

The US, on the other hand, managed to develop the bomb by the end of the war and became the first and only country to ever use it in an armed conflict, infamously dropping two nuclear bombs on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6 and August 9, 1945 – 79 years ago.

The strikes killed more than 200,000 people, mostly civilians.

Nobel Peace Prize-winning economist Muhammad Yunus, known as the “banker to the poor,” will head an interim government in Bangladesh following weeks of deadly demonstrations that forced Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to resign and flee to India.

Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus has been appointed after a Bloodbath failed to stop mass protests and the prime minister resigned and fled the country

Yumus is a pro-US economist allied to the IMF which has given Bangladesh the latest ‘strings attached’ loan of $5.5billion, paid out in ‘tranches’ with new conditions on each one, typically granting US corporations access and control over the economy.

The ‘student revolution’ came suspiciously at a time when the US had turned radically against the Hasina led government due to the spread of joint projects with China, a plan for joint military maneuvers and a request for a Soft Loan of $5billion from China which would have undermined the IMF profits and control program.

Muhammad Yunus. Inspiration for the Grameen Foundation and founding member of Grameen Bank which grew to provide collateral-free loans to 7.5 million clients in more than 82,072 villages in Bangladesh and 97% of whom are women.

President of Bangladesh Mohammed Shahabuddin appointed Yunus, 84, on Tuesday – a day after the country’s government was overthrown amid violent protests against discriminatory job quotas. Sheikh Hasina, who resigned as prime minister on Monday, and fled to neighboring India.

Yunus, the founder of microfinance lender Grameen Bank, announced on Wednesday that he had agreed to lead the temporary government, answering the call of student protesters.

“When I was contacted on behalf of the students, I didn’t agree at first. I told them I have a lot of work to finish. But the students repeatedly requested me,” the Daily Star quoted Yunus as saying. “If the students can sacrifice so much, if the people of the country can sacrifice so much, then I also have some responsibility. Then I told the students that I can take the responsibility,” he added.

In reality he seems to have accepted the offer on condition of the shelving’ of the $2m embezzlement and dozens of other charges for which he was out on bail. By ‘coincidence’ next day all the charges seem suspended for now. Yunus and Hasina have been sworn enemies for a generation‘.

Most counter-protests faced a no-show from the far right at immigration advice centres and solicitors’ offices across the country

Fascists stay home as thousands come out to confront planned rallies

Planned far right rallies across the UK failed to materialise tonight (7 August), as thousands of counter-protesters assembled to face them off.

Following the weekend’s widespread fascist mobilisation and last week’s riot in Southport, a target list of immigration advice centres and solicitors’ offices was spread on far right social media with a call to assemble on Wednesday. In response, counter-protests and vigils were organised at most sites, ranging from Aldershot and Bolton to Sunderland and Wigan. Crowds of over a thousand were reported in Walthamstow (north-east London), Newcastle, Brighton, and Bristol, while many hundreds assembled in other cities and towns..Counter-protest in Brighton

At the vast majority of locations, no far right rally materialised and counter-protesters had the streets. In Brighton it was reported that a small group of racists was vastly outnumbered by their opponents.

In London, “The demo at Waltham Forest immigration bureau was spectacular”, one participant told Freedom, “The turnout was insane. There were loads of police, but if the fascists tried to scare people, the opposite has happened. The phrase of the night was ‘fuck off fascists’. It was all over signs and in chants”.

The no-show left veteran antifascists observers wondering whether the police’s initial arrest sweep had taken in key individuals with the necessary contact lists, and whether many potential participants — having either shocked themselves over the weekend or been caught on camera — had chosen to stay home.

The strangest confrontation of the day was in Aldershot, where a man in a suit had seemingly rounded up a gaggle of teenagers to support him while he bellowed “communist scum off our streets” at bemused locals. Far-right influencers including Turning Point UK and Tommy Robinson attempted, laughably, to claim the whole thing was a ruse while a small anti-migrant demo at nearby Farnborough took place.

Despite the success of the counter-mobilisation, antifascist groups indicated last night they would be maintaining their vigilance over the coming days and weeks, both online and in the streets.

Thousands were repeatedly raped, harassed, sexually abused, humiliated with shaved heads, ingested with castor oil to induce public defecation, dragged and forced to walk naked or feathered through the streets, in prisons they suffered beatings, torture, murder. Among the Republican prisoners in Aznalcóllar, there was a mother and her daughter in an advanced state of pregnancy, who gave birth while she was being shot. The Francoists who came to shoot him killed the newborn with rifle butts.

In Moguer, the rebels raped women and 12-year-old girls, the young girls repeatedly. There were fascists who took advantage of the gruesome opportunity to commit bloody acts and rapes. The soldiers who stayed in the houses of poor families frequently took advantage of the unprotected women in the house.

The military authorities could have stopped the violence but they allowed it to happen. The story of the abuses of the 17-year-old Isabel García Suárez in Tirana is horrifying.

In Peguerinos, regulars and Falangists raped 2 nurses and several women. In Fuente de Cantos they killed many women, several pregnant, after raping them. The same occurred in Zafra and in Almendralejo, el Aguacho, in Fuente del Maestre, Boecillo, Valdedios, Pallars Sobirá, Zufre, Sierra Sur de Sevilla, and a long etcetera.

In Navalmoral a group of Republicans were handed over to Moroccan gangs who gang-raped them, a common practice. In Navalcarnero they handed over 2 girls under 20 years old to 40 Moorish soldiers, a Moroccan officer commented: “They will not live more than 4 hours.” In Cantalpino the Falangists raped Mrs. Alejandra in front of her husband.

In Calanda there were numerous rapes, a woman was beaten to death. In Maials, the Regulars raped at least 4 women. In a farmhouse, a young woman and her mother were raped and stabbed.

In Callús, the Regulars raped a woman, her daughter and a cousin, then killed them with bayonets. In Jerez they raped the teacher Carmen Hombre.

Nearby, in Marganell, 2 women were raped by Regulars, who were then killed by placing grenades between their legs. In Cantalpino they raped several girls.

They even raped and murdered girls like Maravillas Lamberto in Sartaguda.

In San Roque, an anarchist was shot after all the Moors in the firing squad had raped her. The rapes that occurred when the Moorish hordes freely indulged in pillage and rape in Seville were horrifying, Queipo de Llano delighted in recounting them in his radio talks.

In El Gastor, 40 women were abused, including the wife of a socialist councillor and her 21-year-old daughter. She was brutally mistreated and lost her unborn child, went blind and died shortly after due to torture.

Abuse was frequent in police stations. In prisons or concentration camps, the Falangists took out and raped young women. Sometimes they marked their breasts with the yoke and arrows of the Falangist.

Many were left pregnant by their guards. When a pregnant woman was to be executed, her death was often postponed until she gave birth, and her child was kidnapped for adoption.

Captain Manuel Díaz Criado, the supervisor of repression in Seville, used his position to demand sexual gratification. Queipo’s head of propaganda, Antonio Bahamonde, only received young women in his office. The sexual abuse and suffering of survivors of repression continued beyond their widowhood.

Republican women had no Right to honour. Indecent assaults and rapes were very numerous in all the prisons.
