A las personas y organizaciones firmantes de la Declaración por la Vida

A las personas de buen corazón en México y el mundo

Arriba, el odio y la avaricia guían las decisiones de los señores de la guerra y del dinero. Nos amenazan con deportaciones masivas, genocidios, violencia feminicida y la devastación de la naturaleza. Imponen en nuestro horizonte la posibilidad de una guerra mundial con armas de destrucción masiva.

En México, esos mismos señores de la guerra con sus operadores políticos, llevan la situación al desastre: 117 mil personas desaparecidas, 13 feminicidios diarios, 6 mil fosas clandestinas, 261 personas defensoras del territorio asesinadas y 93 desaparecidas, e incontables proyectos de muerte como el mal llamado Tren Maya y el corredor Transístmico.

Hay quienes atraviesan día a día las caras más crueles de esta Tormenta, se ha derramado ya mucha sangre, se han arrebatado muchas vidas, desde México hasta Palestina.

En estas condiciones, madres y familias salen a buscar a sus seres queridos.

Resonancias del Caracol por Nuestr@s Desaparecid@s.

Junto con organizaciones y colectivas exigen justicia y resisten a lo largo del tiempo y frente a los malos gobiernos de LA POLÍTICA DEL DESAPARECER.

Sabemos que, entre las mentiras y eternas promesas, mantener la esperanza no es fácil.

Pero ustedes han demostrado que el ejercicio de memoria no es resignación, es lucha contra el olvido, es desnormalizar algo que se ha normalizado.

En medio de la destrucción, los pueblos defienden la vida y el territorio.

Como desde esta ciudad, la Toma del INPI nos enseña cómo Samir se ha vuelto semilla.

Desde el sureste, el EZLN también nos llama a “buscar a las buscadoras”… y hacerles saber que “No están sol@s.

Su dolor es nuestro dolor. Nuestra es también su digna rabia”.

La sociedad mexicana, pensamos, está llamada a cambiar la mirada, a ver el desastre y actuar frente a él, a recuperar la dignidad en todas las geografías, y organizarnos por la vida.

Resistamos la inercia de la normalización de la guerra guiad@s por las madres buscadoras y los pueblos originarios.

Memorial musical. Alto a la guerra contra las comunidades zapatistas fue posible por el trabajo de muchas personas que pensamos es urgente actuar.

Con dicho evento volvimos a confirmar lo que las y los compañeros zapatistas nos han dicho por mucho tiempo: en la organización de abajo y a la izquierda está la vida. Por ello queremos decir gracias.

A las madres y familias buscadoras: ustedes representan la dignidad en este país tan lastimado, y la multiplican por todas las geografías que recorren buscando a sus seres queridos.

Les decimos gracias por responder a nuestra convocatoria y darse cita en Plaza Tlaxcoaque. Gracias por regalarnos, en medio de tanto dolor, una sonrisa, un baile, un abrazo y su alegre rebeldía.

A los pueblos zapatistas y pueblos del Congreso Nacional Indígena, gracias por alumbrarnos con su saber y resistencia. Ustedes son la luz que alumbra el andar en estos momentos de oscuridad para la humanidad.

A tod@s l@s artistas que se sumaron a este memorial musical: gracias porque con su arte hicieron de este abrazo colectivo un gesto más amoroso, más solidario.

A l@s compas de la Red de Apoyo Iztapalapa Sexta, de la Brigada Marabunta, de Cooperativa desde el nido del Colibrí y de Bamboo Salud Integral Cooperativa: gracias por su trabajo comprometido, su paso firme, su presencia organizada, sus manos sanadoras. Con ustedes, todo.

A la Comunidad Otomí residente en la Ciudad de México, gracias por acompañar la iniciativa desde el primer día, por hacerla suya y convertirnos en un gran nosotr@s. Solo en común naceremos mundos nuevos.

Gracias a todas las personas que hicieron posible le mercadita, haciendo de la autogestión una ruta a seguir.

Gracias a las compas de la Kocina Komunitaria (KOKO) de la comunidad de Xochitlanezi, por mantener las barrigas llenas y los corazones contentos. Gracias al Programa de Derechos Humanos de la Universidad Iberoamericana por toda la solidaridad.

Gracias a quienes guiaron y participaron del momento espiritual, enseñándonos otra interpretación de la comunión.

Gracias a quienes asistieron, a quienes apoyaron económicamente, quienes pegaron un cartel o repartieron volantes, a quienes se sumaron a los equipos de apoyo. Todo ayudó.

To the searching mothers and families

To the Zapatista Army of National Liberation

To the National Indigenous Congress

To the people and organizations that signed the Declaration for Life

To the good-hearted people in Mexico and the world

Above, hatred and greed guide the decisions of the lords of war and money. They threaten us with mass deportations, genocides, femicide violence and the devastation of nature. They impose on our horizon the possibility of a world war with weapons of mass destruction.

In Mexico, these same warlords with their political operators are leading the situation to disaster: 117 thousand missing people, 13 femicides a day, 6 thousand clandestine graves, 261 people defending the territory murdered and 93 missing, and countless death projects such as the so-called Mayan Train and the Trans-Isthmus corridor.

There are those who go through the cruelest faces of this Storm every day, much blood has already been shed, many lives have been taken, from Mexico to Palestine.

In these conditions, mothers and families go out to look for their loved ones.

Together with organizations and collectives, they demand justice and resist over time and against the bad governments of THE POLITICS OF DISAPPEARANCE.

We know that, between lies and eternal promises, maintaining hope is not easy. But you have shown that the exercise of memory is not resignation, it is a fight against oblivion, it is denormalizing something that has been normalized.

In the midst of destruction, the people defend life and territory. As from this city, the Takeover of the INPI shows us how Samir has become a seed.

From the southeast, the EZLN also calls us to “seek out the searchers”… and let them know that “They are not alone. Their pain is our pain. Their dignified rage is also ours.”

Mexican society, we believe, is called to change its outlook, to see the disaster and act in the face of it, to recover dignity in all geographies, and to organize ourselves for life.

Let us resist the inertia of the normalization of war guided by the searching mothers and the indigenous peoples.

The Resonances of the Caracol for Our Disappeared. Musical Memorial. Stop the war against the Zapatista communities was possible thanks to the work of many people who believe it is urgent to act.

With this event we confirmed what the Zapatista comrades have told us for a long time: life is in the organization from below and to the left. For this we want to say thank you.

To the searching mothers and families: you represent dignity in this country that is so hurt, and you multiply it throughout all the geographies you travel through looking for your loved ones.

We say thank you for responding to our call and coming together in Plaza Tlaxcoaque. Thank you for giving us, in the midst of so much pain, a smile, a dance, a hug and your joyful rebellion.

To the Zapatista peoples and peoples of the National Indigenous Congress, thank you for enlightening us with your knowledge and resistance. You are the light that illuminates our journey in these moments of darkness for humanity.

To all the artists who joined this musical memorial: thank you because with your art you made this collective embrace a more loving, more supportive gesture.

To the compas of the Iztapalapa Sexta Support Network, the Marabunta Brigade, the Cooperative from the Colibri’s Nest and the Bamboo Integral Health Cooperative: thank you for your committed work, your firm step, your organized presence, your healing hands. With you, everything.
