I have zero respect for wealthy people who don’t use at least a substantial portion of their wealth to help those less fortunate. Elon Musk, the world’s wealthiest person, tops the list of such people.
Needless to say, my hackles were raised when I heard him claim that homelessness doesn’t exist, that it is a that it is a “lie” and “propaganda”.
Musk has what I call “ivory tower wealth” … he lives so high above the rest of us that he is literally blind to the way we live. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr …
I say let’s force Mr. Musk to live on the streets without access to his vast wealth for about 3 months!!![…]

Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, has been appointed by President-elect Donald Trump as the co-chair of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Despite its name, DOGE is not a department or part of the federal government. But it appears that Trump will look to Musk and DOGE to determine what government programs are essential and what should be eliminated as unnecessary.
So it is notable that, on Tuesday, Musk posted on X that homelessness is a “lie” and a “propaganda word.” He suggested that most unhoused people are “violent drug addicts” who cannot be helped.
Turkey is taking advantage of the power vacuum in Syria to carry out the extermination of the population, Arab or Kurdish, in the north of the state. Groups funded and trained by Turkey and the Turkish army itself (the second largest in NATO) are acting with total impunity

The images that appear seem to be just the tip of an iceberg of bloodthirsty hatred by the Turks. Here are some examples:
The self-proclaimed Syrian National Army (SNA) is a group of Turkish financed Islamist factions including the jihadists of Ahrar al-Sham. Without engaging in combat with the Assad regime, these groups have as their main, if not sole, objective the extermination of the indigenous Kurdish minority of northern Syria.
They have done so in the Afrin canton since 2018. Since November 27, they bypassed the SAA positions and headed towards the refugee camps (expelled by them from Afrin in 2018) of Shebha and Tell Rifaat and expelled some 200,000 people, mostly Kurds, killing an unknown number and trapping thousands of others who are still unaccounted for.
In the Manbij region, terrible murders are being recorded, and there are also looting, kidnappings and disappearances of people, executed in cold blood.
The main front for Erdogan’s puppets is the city of Manbij, with a majority Arab population, which is defended by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) to the west of the Euphrates River.
On December 3, they launched a first attack and on December 6 at night, which has continued until now. The SDF managed to stop this second attack and there are numerous, undetermined, casualties on both sides.i

The #Turkish occupation army committed a massacre against children and women by airstrikes by their warplanes on the city of Ain Issa in #Raqqa Governorate, northeastern #Syria, which led to the killing of 12 people, all of whom were women and children.
We must defend the self-administration in Northeast Syria, the revolution in Rojava and stop Turkey and its mercenaries.
There are many ways to defend the revolution! Protest against the institutions of the Turkish state and their Western partners. Inform yourself and get creative, protest and take to the streets!
