The self-proclaimed Syrian National Army (SNA) is a group of Turkish financed Islamist factions including the jihadists of Ahrar al-Sham. Without engaging in combat with the Assad regime, these groups have as their main, if not sole, objective the extermination of the indigenous Kurdish minority of northern Syria.
