Israeli Impunity in doubt as missile lands near Nuclear Bomb plant

For generations unconditional US support has given the Israeli state the right to do whatever it likes. And with time its abuses against Palestinians and some neighbours are ever more criminal, illegal and inhumane. As its missile shields become obsolete the Balance of Terror changes, and hopefully it may be forced to mend its ways.

Deaths reported in Israeli air strike inside Syria.. In this photo released by the Syrian official news agency SANA, boys sit amid the rubble of a house that was attacked by an Israeli airstrike, in the Damascus suburbs of Hajira, Syria, Monday, April 27, 2020.

Latest Skirmish with Syria Shows Israel Is Much Weaker Than It Looks

For years Israel’s Arab neighbors have grown accustomed to routine unprovoked attacks on their infrastructure, soldiers and civilians by the ‘Jewish state’.

While Syria’s air defense has been increasing its success rate in quashing Israeli raids, the latest exchange between the two countries has opened up the possibility to strike back.

Israel’s nuclear weapons: What you need to know

WATER IS LIFE: Sara Thomsen, Water Protectors, LaDonna Brave Bull Allard

Rise Up Times's avatarRise Up Times

To honor LaDonna Brave Bull Allard who passed to the spirit world on April 10, 2021.

A true matriarch, Ladonna Brave Bull Allard, will be remembered for all she had done to serve humanity: Sacred Stone, her mentoring of the young, her strength, and her vision.

She also was a Standing Rock Sioux historian and water protector who founded the Sacred Stone Camp in 2016  where many people came to resist the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline to bring attention to the environmental risks of the project.

To honor the women at the Line 3 pipeline encampment.

Anishinaabe women are the traditional keepers of the water, water protectors in their tradition. This song by Minnesota singer/songwriter Sara Thomsen was written for Standing Rock, but stands also for the water protectors standing strong against Line 3.

The current issue of Women’s Press honors these women as well.

Let’s reduce military spending. Let’s defend the people and the planet Eng/Esp

by Global Campaign on Military Spending via Rojo Y Negro vocero de la Confederación General del Trabajo CGT

The world spent $ 1.92 trillion on the military in 2019, a 3.6% increase from the previous year and the highest figure since the end of the Cold War.

The increasing military capabilities of our governments, in the name of national security, have proven to be completely useless in defending the population against the COVID-19 pandemic, and cannot keep us safe from other global emergencies such as the climate change.

Haaretz said officials may have underestimated the “collateral damage” of the test, which led to the explosion

[Editor’s note:This is a strange story, as we have the larger mushroom cloud in the back left side, and the front right side one with the cloud reflecting the fire burning below it, not a flash from an explosion, but a fire.

Israelis have put out a story about a failed rocket test, certainly a possibility, but if it was something they did not want you to know, they would put out a cover story, like an engine test blowing up. So we must look for clues to test for veracity.

The first thing I see, which is most odd, is just one video for an event like this, especially if a rocket test had blown up, the noise…
