Don’t submit on your knees to US terror regime and get labeled terrorist
Washington is planning to designate Yemen’s Ansarullah revolutionary movement as a foreign “terrorist” group on Monday.
Three sources have told Reuters that the administration of outgoing US President Donald Trump is going to blacklist the resistance movement.
According to two of the sources quoted by Reuters, the decision could be announced as soon as Monday.
The decision also intends to designate three of Ansarullah’s leaders, Abdul Malik al-Houthi, Abd al-Khaliq Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and Abdullah Yahya al Hakim, as ‘Specially Designated Global Terrorists.’
The move comes as the administration of US President-elect Joe Biden prepares to take over from the Trump administration on January 20.
Saudi Arabia and a number of its regional allies launched the war on Yemen in March 2015, with the goal of bringing the government of former president Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi back…
Gravity energy storage is not actually a new concept. We’ve been doing it with pumped hydro for more than a century. But that’s very expensive to build and needs an awful lot of space. Now though, two new companies have developed systems that mimic the effect of pumped hydro by raising and lowering extremely large and heavy weights up and down over huge height distances. So, do we have yet another addition to the growing grid scale energy storage family?

The ruling of the Superior Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha rules finally on the impacts of mining in protected areas
The joint struggle of ecologists, rural landowners, farmers, ranchers and academics against the new wave of speculative mining.
The sentence of the Superior Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha has put an end to the claims of Quantum Minería S.L. to carry out a rare earth mining mega-project in Campo de Montiel (Ciudad Real). This project, intentionally divided into several phases to avoid a strategic environmental assessment, would have affected 17,330 hectares of land with high agricultural and natural value, including the controversial “Matamula” and “Remataminas” concessions.
The anticipated impacts mobilized broad social sectors, including not only environmental organizations such as Ecologistas en Acción but also the agricultural sector and other rural entities. Thus, five agro-livestock companies presented themselves as co-defendants to defend the negative Environmental Impact Statement issued by the Junta de Castilla-La Mancha in October 2017.
By: Raúl Romero In 1994, when the “fall of socialism” and the “end of history” were imposed as official global narratives and neoliberal capitalism was offered as the only way, the “Ya basta” launched by the organized Mayas of the Zapatista National Liberation Army (EZLN) resounded strongly in Mexico, Latin America and in much of […]
