The latest climate Talks in Durban are set to be an obscene farce as countries vie to be the greediest, stupidest, cruelest and most destructive. We need a revolution NOW, since the Nation States  REFUSE to adopt any reformist solutions, in the name of humanity and the millions of other species threatened with extinction…lets Occupy the Environment

Not content with burying the remains of the Kyoto Protocol the proposal is to  DO NOTHING until at least 2015.

Both India and the now anti environment Brazilians have joined the criminal USA, Japan and Russian delegations in demanding a ”period of reflection”. Meanwhile a ”scientific” study has been trotted out to prove the threat is slightly less imminent.

(The only one in 100’s to say this, and based on dodgy estimates from the last ice age, and highlighted by the BBC).  Quite enough for everyone to deny what’s staring us in the face, and turn up the air conditioning in their SUV monsters on the way to the Mall.

Okay the 1% are the worst, but the entire western middle class are now in collective denial, as even the most moderate, progressive and job  creating Climate Mitigation  Initiatives are willfully cut. Now our political masters have seen there is power and money for them in promoting

Climate Change Denial Syndrome, and developing countries have seen that the US is incapable of change.

Let’s hope people have a change of heart, and soon. All the alternatives exist now, only the political will is lacking.
