The CNT anarchist union has issued the following statement (google translation)
Several secret coops afternoon with nothing better to do were harassing for no reason several colleagues, asking them for documentation but they refused to identify themselves. The harassment continued to the door of the Union, in Tirso de Molina, 5. By now the plainclothes cops had requested reinforcements, presenting a lot of individuals armed with batons and guns. They have grabbed the companion Joaquín, preventing both entry and exit from the doorway of the building of the Union.
Many neighbors / and companions approached the violent policemen, berate their attitude, but these increased violence, assaulting several people, and grabbing Joaquin . Comrades tried to prevent the arrest but police violence has made it impossible. Joaquin has been kidnapped at the door of the CNT and locked in Leganitos Prison by the police, well known for their torture of detainees.
So far we do not know the status of our comrade because Leganitos police station refused to provide any information, not even to his family, and also refused to give his Counsel data so you he can be defended. We have no data or know what they are doing with him, or if they have any accusation.
The CNT condemns all the violence of the state. The kidnapping of defenseless people is the most disgusting we suffered in the hands of these people and demonstrates the cowardice of a system that can only legitimize violence.

La CNT ha emitido el siguiente comunicado
En la tarde de hoy varios secretas sin nada mejor que hacer se han dedicado a acosar a varios compañeros sin motivo alguno pidiéndoles la documentación mientras ellos se negaban a identificarse. Durante un buen rato han mostrado la chuleriía que les proporciona el llevar un arma (pues es su única fuerza), queriendo obligarles a detenerse sin demostrarles que trabajaban para el cuerpo armado del estado. El acoso ha continuado hasta la puerta del Sindicato, en Tirso de Molina, 5. Para entonces los secretas habían pedido refuerzos, presentándose un montón de individuos armados con porras y pistolas, estos sí uniformados. Todos ellos han centrado su objetivo entonces en cazar al compañero Joaquín, impidiendo a la vez entrar y salir del portal del edificio del Sindicato.
Muchos vecinas/os y compañeras/os se han acercado a recriminar a los violentos su actitud, pero estos han aumentado en cambio la violencia, agrediendo a varias personas, y agarrando a Joaquín para “reducirlo” (tirarlo al suelo y darle de hostias). Los compañeros y compañeras han intentado impedir la detención pero la violencia policial lo ha hecho imposible. Joaquín ha sido secuestrado en la misma puerta de la CNT y encerrado en la prisión policial de Leganitos, bien conocida por sus denuncias de prácticas de torturas a detenidos/as.
Hasta el momento no conocemos el estado de nuestro compañero porque en la comisaría de Leganitos se han negado a proporcionar información alguna, ni siquiera a su familia, y también se han negado a darle a él los datos del abogado para que pueda defenderse. No tenemos más datos ni sabemos qué están haciendo con él, ni si tiene alguna acusación.
La CNT repudia toda la violencia del estado. El secuestro de personas indefensas es lo más asqueroso que sufrimos en manos de esta gente y demuestra la cobardía de un sistema que solo puede legitimarse con la violencia.
