A biomedical research team at Stanford University School of Medicine reported yesterday the results of mouse experiments using an antibody molecule to treat various types of tumorous cancer cells — with results showing significant tumor shrinkage and slowed tumor growth in all cancer cell types tested. In some cases, the tumorous cells were completely destroyed by host immune cells with no recurrences four months after the treatment was stopped.

Manresa, a small city of the region of Bages, in Catalonia, is an industrial centre in decline, with numerous industries closed or in a state of terminal crisis. Like a sort of small Detroit, the city lives in permanent crisis. In urbanistic terms, this translates into half-empty apartment buildings, new buildings left unused, and a historical centre that abounds with buildings in a state of ruin and closed commerce.

Today we got information 18.03.2015 on our companion Jose Antunez.he is very bad, from yesterday to today he has lost 1kg. being already in 64 kg of 89 kg beforehand.. .25 lost.his body starts to not tolerate water… for two days he’s been spewing all that enters your body.believed to be due within 5 days of thirst strike that he did recently. And now this is the toll... his blood pressure is very high and unbalanced. He is minded and determined to resist, continuing the struggle and plantandole face the vengeance of the prison system. we only have words of thanks to all the comrades who sympathize with him. A surge of grassroots organizing for fundamental change is underway in Mexico. The September 26-27, 2014 police attack on students from the Ayotzinapa rural teachers college, which took place in Iguala, Guerrero, and the subsequent disappearance of 43 of those students, exposed the complicity and corruption between government officials, political parties, police and organized crime; it shocked Mexico’s conscience and left a deep wound in the nation’s heart. A few examples of the growing momentum for radical change are described below.
