A German study has found that the number of serious side effects after Corona vaccines was 40 times higher than previously reported. The Charité, a well-known hospital in Berlin, interviewed 40 000 vaccinated people after they had received their mandated jabs.

A new report from the Bank of International Settlements estimates that up to 90% of national central banks are at least in the planning stages for launching a central bank digital currency (CBDC):

This echoes a March report from the IMF, which claimed over one hundred nations are at least in the planning stages of releasing their own CBDC.

It seems programs of government-issued digital money have been gaining momentum all around the world since at least 2020, and apparently, now they exist in over half the countries on the planet.
The newest of these – Brazil and Namibia – announced their plans only last month.
As with all globalist agendas, the push for CBDCs is always part of “the current thing”.
Using that method they have moved from a barely-discussed fringe idea to regular mainstream coverage and 90% of the world trying them out, all within the space of a couple of years (as we predicted they would in our New Years post)
Interestingly, while CBDCs are being talked about more and more, there is one specific feature of them which is being talked about less and less: Programmability.
Regular readers will be more than familiar with this concept – we discussed it in detail in our previous articles on CBDCS (here and here).
For those new readers: programmability is a hypothetical feature of digital currency which would allow the issuer to set limits and controls over its use.
Essentially, any CBDC would give either the state, the central bank or the corporation issuing the money as wages the power to control how and where the money is spent.
Any CBDC amounts to potential third-party control of your money.
It’s that simple.
This has massive implications for the very idea of individual liberty. Given how the last two years have gone, it’s not at all hard to imagine how such a system could be abused.
Halting payments to “protect the NHS”, garnishing wages to “fight climate change” or individual financial sanctions because you aren’t vaccinated.
One need look no further back than the Canadian truckers’ protest to see a state financially unpersoning those who express dissent. A CBDC would make that process both easier for the state to enforce and harder for an individual to avoid.
It is, quite obviously, the biggest ethical and societal issue in any potential system of digital currency.
And yet, neither the BIS report nor the IMF report nor Bloomberg’s summary discusses the idea of “programmability” in any detail at all. The word is used precisely once across all three documents, and they never explain what it actually means
OffG has covered CBDCs in detail before, and the press has never been shy in talking up the “benefits” of such strictly controlled money in the past. On the contrary, it has always been treated as a major selling point.
Agustin Carstens, the head of the Bank of International Settlements discussed the idea in detail in a video in the summer of 2021:
The key difference [with a CBDC] is that the central bank would have absolute control on the rules and regulations that will determine the use of that expression of central bank liability, and then have the technology to enforce that.”
A Telegraph article from June 2021 again raved about the possible benefits of programmable currency:
Digital cash could be programmed to ensure it is only spent on essentials, or goods which an employer or Government deems to be sensible […] There could be some socially beneficial outcomes from that, preventing activity which is seen to be socially harmful in some way.
They were never reluctant to talk up programmability before, so it’s noteworthy they should suddenly shut down that avenue of discussion.
Perhaps a sign they over-estimated what people would accept, and are already experiencing more pushback on the idea than they expected.
That’s a comforting thought.
But don’t be fooled: Just because they stop mentioning it, doesn’t mean they’re letting it go. They just want you to forget about it.
Oh, and just in case you were wondering, the list of countries trialling digital currencies includes Ukraine and Russia, the United States and China, Britain and the EU.

The Russian army detained Canadian General Trevor Cadieu in Mariupol on the night of May 2-3 as he tried to escape from the cellars of the Azovstal steelworks.
To hide the escape, the Nazis staged a provocation. The failed rescue attempts and the insistence on opening humanitarian corridors were so many attempts to hide the NATO leaders hiding in the steel mill.

According to Red Voltaire, the Canadian general was in charge of biolaboratory 1, where 18 people worked under his orders (2).
Emails from the computer of the son of the US president, Hunter Biden, show that he collaborated with a Pentagon contractor to finance biological warfare laboratories in Ukraine (3).
Through the company Rosemont Capital, Hunter Biden and the adoptive son of John Kerry, former United States Secretary of State, organized a hidden financing channel for the laboratories that the Pentagon had in Ukraine under the name of Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), an institute of the United States Department of Defense for biological warfare (4).

In a previous post, we explained that the biological warfare laboratories of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense located in Kyiv, Odessa, Lviv and Kharkov received a total amount of 32 million dollars from the United States.
A document dated March 6, 2015 confirms the direct participation of the United States in the financing of the projects.
The laboratories carried out experiments with coronavirus samples from bats. The objective of these and other biological investigations was the creation of a hidden transmission mechanism for lethal pathogens (5).
The Pentagon controls around 60 biological warfare laboratories on the borders of Russia and China (6). The facilities have been modernized since 2005 at the expense of the US military budget.
The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs further revealed that the United States maintains 336 laboratories dedicated to biological weapons research in different countries on behalf of the Pentagon.
On March 11, US-funded bio-laboratories in Ukraine discovered by Russian troops were the subject of a UN Security Council meeting. For its part, the WHO asked Ukraine to destroy the dangerous pathogens that it keeps in its laboratories to prevent the appearance of diseases (7).
The scandal of the secret laboratories forced the US embassy in Kyiv to withdraw the mentions it had on its website about the matter (8).

For some time now, countries have been run on the assumption that there would be infinite growth. It’s pretty obvious that on a finite planet, this could not work, but no one in power has thus far seemed keen to look at that.
The UK is a mess at the moment, and is likely to remain so. Our economy is shrinking, the cost of living is going up and suffering is already widespread. As far as I can make out, the political responses do not include squaring up to the problems growth itself causes.
We can’t consume our way out of this. More importantly, we can’t consume our way out of climate crisis and all of the many threats that poses to us. Our wellbeing as a species is going to depend on degrowth. We need to use less, cause less pollution, cause less destruction.
Ideally we need to turn ourselves around entirely as a species to become regenerative – focusing on the growth of plants, eco-systems and all life rather than destroying life for the idea of economic growth.
It’s a marvellous opportunity. Imagine if we only made and used things we needed. How much less work would we all need to do? Imagine if we just accepted that everyone needs a home, shelter, clothes, clean water, clean air… and started deploying resources accordingly.
Without growth and a growth-orientated economy, there’s much less scope for a small number of parasitic super-rich people to dominate everything.
Having what we need is not going to support gratuitous wealth or obscene consumption. Everyone should have nice things, no one should behave in ways that are eco-cidal.
Economic growth fuels competition and exploitation. It requires an underclass of workers. It creates waste and pollution. There’s no reason at all why we have to live like this.
Politicians have long been afraid of shrinking economies because no one really knows how that would work. But, here we are, and it’s happening anyway, and is bound to happen as we run out of cheap fossil fuel options.
We could choose to do this well, cleverly, kindly and for everyone’s benefit.
As an individual, there’s not a vast amount we can do, but there are some things.
We have to let go of the story that business as usual is desirable
.We have to stop believing in the idea of eternal growth.
We could go further and let ourselves be excited about how much good we could do by shrinking economies.
Politicians may be in charge, but most of them don’t lead. They simply follow the social trends they believe will get them re-elected.
Según ha difundido el gobierno ucraniano, la Policía Nacional ha detenido al periodista ucraniano Antoli Sharí, perseguido por el gobierno de Kiev y amenazado de muerte por los grupos fascistas que operan bajo su protección.
Anatoli Sharí y Olga Bondarenko viven con su hijo en Roda de Berà y, desde hace dos años, sufren acoso a las puertas de su casa por parte de personas cercanas al gobierno de Volodomír Zelenski. Los Mossos d’Esquadra están al corriente e impiden que lleguen a las manos, pero los mensajes amenazantes-también en forma de cuna manchada de sangre – no han cesado.
Todo radica en la actividad pública de esta pareja ucraniana, que desde hace varios años no pisan su país. Anatoli Sharí tiene un canal de Youtube con casi tres millones de suscriptores y es uno de los periodistas más influyentes desde antes de la revuelta del Maidan, en 2014.
Los neonazis no sólo han filtrado la dirección de su domicilio, sino que también circula la identidad del hijo menor de edad, a la que, según su madre, Olga Bondarenko, sólo podía tener acceso el consulado ucraniano. La última protesta se produjo antes de Semana Santa, pero temen por su seguridad especialmente en el momento en que los hombres puedan salir de Ucrania, una vez finalice el conflicto.
Hasta ahora, todos los intentos de extradición han sido infructuosos, pero tras la visita de Pedro Sánchez a Kiev parece que todo se ha reactivado. El gobierno español ha dado curso a la estrambótica acusación que le hace el gobierno de Zelenski: alta traición.
Investigaciones con conexiones con el gobierno
Antes de marcharse del país, Sharí era un periodista residente en Kiiv que trabajaba para el medio Obozravatel. Investigaba temas relacionados con casinos ilegales, la venta de drogas en farmacias, asesinatos… Algunos de ellos, según explica en una entrevista concedida hace pocos días a Nació Digital, «tenían conexión con el Ministerio de Interior, que encubría los delitos». En ese momento gobernaba Víktor Yanukovich, un presidente considerado pro-ruso y originario del Donbass.
A raíz de algunas presiones, en 2012 se exilió, pasando por los Países Bajos y terminando en Barcelona. En 2015 decidió trasladarse a vivir a Roda de Berà, eso sí, sin estatus de refugiado.
El Euromaidan
Entre finales de 2013 y principios de 2014, estalló la revuelta del Euromaidan, es decir, una serie de protestas especialmente concentradas en la capital que buscaban echar al hasta entonces presidente, Víktor Yanukovich, para forzar un acercamiento a la Unión Europea. Anatoli lo vivió ya desde el exilio, pero fue poco antes cuando inició su etapa como periodista político.
Los hechos del 2 de mayo de 2014, en Odessa, en los que 48 personas fueron asesinadas por el lanzamiento de cócteles Molotov cuando se refugiaban de los neonazis en la llamada «Casa de los sindicatos», levantaron todas las alertas. Este asesinato masivo realizado por el Pravy Sektor (Sector Derecho, neonazi) provocó que Anatoli empezara a colgar vídeos en las redes expresando su opinión y al mismo tiempo comunicando información sobre sus investigaciones.
«Nunca ha habido tanta corrupción como ahora»

Los primeros meses del gobierno Zelenski no alcanzaron las expectativas de una parte de la población, que le veían como un líder que podía llevar respeto entre las diferentes formas de pensar que existían en el país. «Queríamos que llegara Zelenski porque en Ucrania hay muchos problemas con los batallones y los neonazis», explica Olga.
A su lado, Anatoli niega que sean pocos: «Es muy fácil controlar a la población con armas aunque sean 10 entre 100.000». «Tienen mucho poder, tienen armas, atacan a periodistas, mucha gente tiene miedo y el gobierno no hace nada con ellos», añade. Uno de los batallones más conocidos en este sentido es el Azov, que incluso ha acogido entre sus integrantes a diferentes combatientes internacionales de ideología de extrema derecha, uno de ellos vecino de Segur de Calafell .
Rotura con Zelenski
Si bien antes de las elecciones hubo buena relación entre Anatoli Sharí y Volodomír Zelenski, la situación cambió drásticamente en 2020. Casos de corrupción como, por ejemplo, la especulación con la venta de mascarillas llegadas al país durante la pandemia fueron denunciados por Anatoli. Asegura que en estos últimos dos años «nunca como ahora ha habido tanta corrupción, ni con Poroshenko».
La operación militar del gobierno ruso es para Anatoli un «regalo» para Zelenski, que no paraba de bajar en popularidad antes de que se produjera. Uno de sus rivales en la carrera política era el propio Anatoli, quien desde el mes de junio de 2019 dirige su propio partido, de ideología liberal y con un discurso contra la corrupción y contra los grupos neonazis.
«Los tres principales opositores a Zelenski son Viktor Medvedchuk, Poroshenko y Anatoli», asegura Olga, quien señala que éste sería uno de los motivos por los que le acusaron de alta traición en el 2020 y, más tarde, una vez iniciada ya la guerra, prohibieron su formación, junto a otros partidos. «Zelenski es un pequeño tirano y ahora le ha tocado la lotería para hacer lo que quiera», dice.
La acusación de alta traición sirvió a Zelenski para bloquear los perfiles de Facebook, Youtube e Instagram de Anatoli y de Olga, y no sólo eso, sino que ha impuesto distintas sanciones como la prohibición de disponer de un cuenta bancaria tanto a ellos como a la madre de Olga.
Medios alternativos
Con el bloqueo de las redes sociales de los opositores, miles de ucranianos han tenido que buscar alternativas para recibir información de todo tipo. Las visualizaciones del canal de Youtube de Anatoli cada vez que sube un vídeo son casi instantáneas, aparte de las retransmisiones en directo, y la mayoría son o bien de residentes en el país -a través de servicios VPN- o de ucranianos que han tenido que irse. Entre ellos, a través de estos espacios, se ponen en contacto para ayudarse mutuamente cuando alguien necesita algún medicamento, por ejemplo, según Olga.
Mientras, el gobierno de Zelenski sigue tratando de estrechar cada vez más el círculo de Anatoli. Uno de sus seguidores, detenido y más tarde huido del país, le aseguró que, durante la detención, le habían propinado torturas …

El destacado bloguero y crítico del gobierno ucraniano, Anatoly Shariy, ha sido detenido por la policía española como parte de una operación internacional, anunció el jueves el Servicio de Seguridad de Ucrania (SBU).
Shariy fue arrestado el miércoles en una operación conjunta de policías españoles y ucranianos, así como “socios” internacionales, dijo la SBU en un comunicado.
La agencia, sucesora de Kiev de la KGB soviética, dijo que la figura de la oposición es buscada por cargos de traición por parte de Kiev, entre otras cosas.
Shariy ha estado infringiendo la seguridad nacional de Ucrania a través de sus actividades en el ámbito de los medios, mientras supuestamente actuaba en nombre de fuerzas “extranjeras”, insistió.
El caso contra el YouTuber con casi 3 millones de suscriptores se inició en febrero de 2021.
El arresto de Shariy “es una prueba más de que todo traidor a Ucrania tarde o temprano recibirá su merecido castigo. Es inevitable”, afirmó la SBU.

El anuncio ucraniano fue confirmado por la policía española, que dijo a RIA-Novosti que Shariy fue detenido en la ciudad costera de Tarragona el 4 de mayo por una orden de arresto internacional.
Shariy recibió asilo político en la UE en Lituania en 2012. En ese entonces, dijo que estaba huyendo de la persecución del gobierno de Viktor Yanukovich, a quien los medios occidentales tildaron de prorruso.
Yanukovich fue depuesto después del golpe de estado de Maidan en 2014, pero el bloguero siguió siendo un duro crítico de las autoridades en Ucrania, ya sea el presidente Petro Poroshenko o su sucesor Volodymyr Zelensky.

The data shows that even children under the age of 6 months old are suffering adverse reactions to the Covid-19 injections suggesting this is either through being breast-fed by vaccinated mothers, or over-eager doctors/nurses/vaccine administrators vaccinating children who are not legally eligible.
As of 22nd April 2022, two children under 6-months-old have sadly died, as well as another 4 children between the ages of 1 and 5.

As of April 22nd 2022, there have been 48,033 adverse reactions to the Covid-19 injections among children, of which 12,548 were considered serious resulting in hospitalisation, permanent disability or death. Sadly, 106 children have lost their lives.
The above does not however paint the full picture, because the CDC estimated just 1 to 10% of adverse reactions are actually reported to VAERS. Therefore, it’s possible that over 10,600 children have sadly lost their lives due to Covid-19 vaccination.
But despite this, medicine regulators in the USA are urgently looking to authorise the administration of the Covid-19 injection to children as young as 6-months-old.
