A new report shows that Russia and Ukraine had negotiated a peace deal back in April, but the U.S. and U.K. intervened to stop it.
So Russia and Ukraine wanted to end the war four months ago.
They were going to end the horror and death traumatizing the Ukrainian people but NATO refused because they wanted their proxy war to continue.
Let’s take a step back a moment and think about this.
Let’s forget the fact that the U.S. and NATO helped create the war in Ukraine by breaking their promise to Russia not to expand NATO.
Let’s forget that the U.S. perpetrated the 2014 coup in Ukraine.
Let’s forget the fact that many top US officials, including former CIA head Leon Panetta, have admitted that this is a proxy war between the U.S., NATO, and Russia.
Let’s forget the fact that Biden and Congress have sent tens of billions of dollars of weapons and aid to an army that is at least partially Nazis who don’t do a very good job of hiding that they’re Nazis.
And let’s forget the fact that even U.S. propaganda mouthpieces CBS and CNN have admitted that only about 30% of the billions of dollars of weapons have made it to the frontlines in Ukraine. The rest has been stolen and sold on the black market to terrorists and people who like using grenade launchers as coasters. Monetary aid to Ukraine is now around $50B.
Let’s forget the fact that the U.S. government has admitted that they’re lying about what’s going on in Ukraine because they say it’s justified when in an information war.
Let’s forget the fact that a U.S.-funded committee in the Ukrainian government has called anyone reporting the truth about the war an “information terrorist” who should be prosecuted for war crimes. This includes U.S. Congressman Rand Paul and Pink Floyd frontman Roger Waters.
Let’s forget the fact that the sanctions against Russia have backfired and are destroying the lives of average Americans.
Let’s forget that documents have already revealed that the U.S. and the West have been planning to plunder Ukraine for years.
Let’s forget all of that – and that’s a lot of forgetting. That’s Joe Biden on his worst day.
Even with all of that forgetting. Even if you’re still just waving your Ukrainian flag and refusing to hear any of those facts that I’ve just listed, would it matter to you that a new report shows the U.S. and its allies actually tore up a peace deal, stopping it from going forward, way back in April?
That’s right. Way back in April, Russia and Ukraine had tentatively agreed to a peace deal. A deal that could’ve ended all this senseless killing.
David DeCamp reports, “Russian and Ukrainian officials tentatively agreed on a potential peace deal during negotiations back in April 2022, according to a Foreign Affairs article. … The terms of that settlement would have been for Russia to withdraw to the positions it held before launching the invasion on February 24.
In exchange, Ukraine would ‘promise not to seek NATO membership and instead receive security guarantees from a number of countries.’”
That sounds incredibly good. It sounds like it could’ve ended an immense amount of suffering!!
Ukraine has offered to become a neutral country with military defense guarantees from the UN Security Council states but without NATO bases. Russia would go along with the proposal and agreed that Ukraine could also join the EU.
As a goodwill measure Russia announced the reduction of forces around the capital Kyiv. US sources were furious and hoped to provoke a long and profitable war.
The partial withdrawal of Russian troops to the territory of Belarus was reported by local media.
“However, Ukraine is entirely corrupted and dependent on western aid and the US and UK had been working non-stop to avoid any Peace Process, which would destroy their investment in their Ukraine proxy to make war on Russia.
By now heavily infiltrated and influenced by the expanding fascist right, and with arms and cash already pouring in, the Ukraine military were in no mood for peace. Russia was seen to be unwilling to declare open war which would only defeat their aims.
That same day Russia declared they would pull back their forces from around Kiev as a ‘goodwill gesture’ to promote the peace process. In reality this was a pragmatic move to avoid a bloody battle and concentrate on taking back ethnic Russian majority areas in the East”.
UPD: Powerful explosions are reported throughout the Kiev region.
So peace did not break out. On the contrary. Immediately all hell broke loose with Ukrainian forces attacking with every force they have left, especially around Kyiv.
The Ukrainian AFU began to use Grad missiles en masse, to which the Russian forces responded with MLRS strikes. Local sources confirmed that Kiev has never known such a ferocious shelling with the use of MLRS.
Dozens of installations were involved, and thousands of rockets were fired. Fierce clashes continued near Irpen in the Kiev region.
The sudden Russian pullout meant abandoning local supporters and leaving the opportunity for the Bucha false flag propaganda event.

‘In response Russian missile strikes were reported in the vicinity of Kharkov, Kiev, Khmelnitsky. According to the latest data, in Khmelnitsky, the strike targeted a storage of fuel and lubricants and an airfield.
‘Escalation was also observed in the Donbas, where fierce fighting has not stopped. In Mariupol slow progress was made against the last bastion of the Azov nazis’.
Some Details of proposed agreement
A member of the Kiev delegation , Alexander Chaly, commented on the legal aspects of the security guarantee system proposed by Ukraine as follows:
These are clear legally binding guarantees of Ukraine’s security, which in their content and form should be similar to Article 5 of NATO. That is, if Ukraine is the object of any aggression, military attack or military operation, we have the right to demand immediate consultations within 3 days.
If these consultations do not lead to any diplomatic solution to the problem, then the guarantor countries should provide us with military assistance and weapons. And even, it is not excluded, to close the airspace over Ukraine.
If we manage to consolidate these key provisions, Ukraine will be in a position to actually fix its current status as a non-aligned and nuclear-free state in the form of permanent neutrality, which has historically already been fixed in our Declaration of Sovereignty of 1990.
Under such guarantees, we will not deploy foreign military bases, military contingents on our territory, and we will not join military-political alliances. Military exercises on our territory will take place with the consent of the guarantor countries.
Crucially, nothing in the future treaty will deny Ukraine’s right to join the EU. The guarantor countries enter into commitment to facilitate these processes.
Monday’s peace talks in Istanbul saw Kiev commit for the first time in writing to several key points Russia insisted on for good-neighborly relations, namely foregoing NATO membership and nuclear weapons, according to chief Russian negotiator Vladimir Medinsky, who himself was born in Ukraine. .
While Kiev did not outrightly recognize the independence of the Donbass republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, and Crimea’s 2014 decision to rejoin Russia, Medinsky said that Kiev was willing to negotiate on those points. The Kremlin later said that Crimea’s status is not a subject of negotiations at all, explaining that it’s an internal part of Russia.
Western Allies Led By UK’s Johnson Sabotaged Tentative Ukraine-Russia Peace Deal… In April
BY TYLER DURDEN THURSDAY, SEP 01, 2022 – 11:11 AM
There’s mounting evidence that the war in Ukraine could have been over by this point, but key Western backers of Kiev sought to sabotage the potential for peaceful settlement through negotiations.
That’s precisely what regional Ukrainian media reports concluded as early as May, soon after the UK’s Boris Johnson showed up in the capital on a “surprise” visit to meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky for the first time the month prior
This is what a bombshell story in Ukrainska Pravda said at the time, but which was almost completely ignored in Western mainstream media:
According Ukrainska Pravda sources close to Zelenskyy, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson, who appeared in the capital almost without warning, brought two simple messages. The first is that Putin is a war criminal, he should be pressured, not negotiated with.
And the second is that even if Ukraine is ready to sign some agreements on guarantees with Putin, they [the UK and US] are not. Johnson’s position was that the collective West, which back in February had suggested Zelenskyy should surrender and flee, now felt that Putin was not really as powerful as they had previously imagined, and that here was a chance to “press him.”
