El estudio ‘La complicidad‘ retrata el grado de complicidad creado entre el Gobierno de Israel y fondos de inversión transnacionales, entre ellos varios del Estado español, para relanzar grandes infraestructuras en territorios palestinos y normalizar la ocupación.

«Bancos como el Santander, el BBVA e incluso Kutxabank han financiado la construcción de plantas solares en el Valle del Jordán y el desierto de Naqab que luego abastecen los asentamientos de colonos», señala Daza.

Para este experto en relaciones internacionales y derechos humanos, estos proyectos tratan de dar «una imagen de normalidad a una ocupación ilegal que sin ese apoyo económico no sería viable». Daza también abre otro capítulo apasionante de esta espeluznante historia: la sintonía cada vez más estrecha entre la extrema derecha y los grandes imperios privados a nivel mundial.

En el informe del Observatorio de Derechos Humanos y Empresas en el Mediterráneo (ODHE) analizan la presencia del sector financiero español en grandes proyectos de energía renovables construidos por consorcios israelíes en territorios ocupados de Palestina.

El rol de las entidades financieras es esencial. Sin sus aportaciones sería imposible la puesta en funcionamiento de este tipo de proyectos. Nuestra investigación se centró en aquellas plantas energéticas situadas en territorios ocupados de Palestina bajo control directo del Gobierno de Israel a las que se otorga licencias de actividad para proyectar una sensación de cierta normalidad pese a vivir en una situación absolutamente ilegal e inestable.

Excess deaths among children across Europe, excluding Ukraine have increased by 335% since the European Medicines Agency (EMA) granted Emergency Use Authorization of the Covid vaccines for use in children in week 21 of 2021 compared to the number of excess deaths recorded during the same time frame prior to EMA granting “authorization” of the Covid vaccine for children.

In the scorching summer of 2021, a momentous decision swept across Europe, sparking a whirlwind of emotions among parents, who had fallen for the 24/7 propaganda, eagerly awaiting a ray of hope for their children.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) had finally granted emergency use approval for the use of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in children aged 12 to 15.

Relief and elation surged through the hearts of countless naive parents who saw this as a beacon of protection against the alleged pandemic.

Yet, the winds of fortune took an unexpected turn as the vaccine rollout for children commenced.

Mifepristone, the abortion and miscarriage drug that is used in over half of all US abortions and routinely given to women having miscarriages to prevent complications, may well be functionally outlawed this week by a federal judge in Texas who’s been a Christian activist his entire life.

Michael Kacsmaryk, 45, was appointed to the federal bench by Donald Trump. A Republican activist and religious fundamentalist, he’s said that “so-called marriage equality” has put America “on a road to potential tyranny” and reflects a “complete abuse of rule of law principles.”

‘A Profound Injustice’: Missouri Judge Rules Abortion Rights Amendment Invalid “Our fight to ensure that voters—not politicians—have the final say is far from over,” said one organizer.

As The Washington Post noted this weekend, Kacsmaryk has argued that:

“The sexual revolution ushered in a world where an individual is ‘an autonomous blob of Silly Putty unconstrained by nature or biology’ and where ‘marriage, sexuality, gender identity and even the unborn child must yield to the erotic desires of liberated adults.’”

Now an advocacy group that, according to Ms Magazine, includes the attorney/wife of Senator Josh Hawley, has brought a lawsuit to outlaw Mifepristone in the one specific Texas federal judicial district where Kacsmaryk — and Kacsmaryk alone — sits in judgement.

As a federal judge, however, his ruling will affect the entire United States.

This part of the anti-abortion crusade is clearly not about whether Mifepristone is a dangerous drug that needs more aggressive regulation.

The decision by Judge Inês Moreira da Costa in Rondônia—the most severely deforested state in the Brazilian Amazon—came in response to a flurry of lawsuits filed by green groups seeking millions of dollars in damages from defendants including Distriboi and Frigon, two meat processing firms accused of trading cattle in the Jaci-Parana protected zone.

“The invaders and their main business partners—loggers and meatpacking companies—make the profits their own while passing on to society the costs of environmental damage,” notes one of numerous lawsuits.

The slaughterhouses and ranchers are but two of numerous parties being sued, including other ranchers and JBS, the Brazilian meat giant that bills itself as the world’s largest protein producer.

Brazilian law forbids commercial cattle inside a protected area, yet some 210,000 head are being grazed inside Jaci-Parana, according to the state animal division. With almost 80% of its forest destroyed, it ranks as the most ravaged conservation unit in the Brazilian Amazon. A court filing pegs damages in the reserve at some $1 billion.

The plaintiffs in the lawsuits are seeking to put a price on the destruction of old-growth rainforest, asserting that “the invaders and their main business partners—loggers and meatpacking companies—make the profits their own while passing on to society the costs of environmental damage.”

The Amazon rainforest is one of the world’s most biodiverse ecosystems and is a crucial carbon sink, meaning it absorbs carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
