Fraguas lives Again. The squatted village wins first battle against demolition …Eng/Esp…

Due to a document officially issued by the Criminal Court no. 1 of Guadalajara on April 29, the repopulators of Fraguas learned that the demolition of the town is provisionally paralyzed.

This is a change in judicial criteria that has been achieved through human effort and the legal battle that its residents have been defending for years and that provisionally paralyzes the execution of the town’s demolition sentence.

An eight-year project for the recovery of rural areas

For those who do not know the trajectory of this community project in Fraguas, this rural squatting initiative began in 2013 in a small abandoned district in the Sierra Norte of the province of Guadalajara.

5G Corporate Grail. Microwave Radiation

Smart cities/dumb people?

By Joyce Nelson Global Research, Region: USA Theme: Science and Medicine original on Watershed Sentinel. shared with thanks

There’s a lot of hype about #5G, the fifth-generation wireless technology that is being rolled out in various “5G test beds” in major cities including Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, New York, and Los Angeles.

But it’s hard to see why we should be excited. Proponents talk about the facilitation of driverless vehicles and car-to-car “talk,” better Virtual Reality equipment, and, of course, “The Internet of Things” (IoT) – the holy grail of Big Tech that is just vague enough to sound sort of promising.

Cancer Alley Activists Win Delay victory Against Giant Formosa Plastics

Activists Score a Win

original by the Guardian via Climate Desk shared with thanks

The US government has placed further delays on a proposed multibillion dollar plastics plant in south Louisiana, marking a major victory for environmental activists and members of the majority Black community who have campaigned for years against construction.

The planned $9.4 billion petrochemical facility, owned by Formosa Plastics, would roughly double toxic emissions in its local area and, according to environmentalists, release up to 13 million tons of greenhouse gases a year, the equivalent of three coal-fired power plants, to become one of the largest pollution-causing plastics facilities in the world.

The 14 separate plastic plants, spread over a gargantuan 2,300 acres of land in St James Parish, could also emit up to 15,400 pounds of the cancer causing chemical ethylene oxide. The Corps of Engineers pledged to “thoroughly review areas of concern, particularly those with environmental justice implications.”

Greenham Common Anniversary March to Pass Through Bristol

James Ward's avatarThe Bristol Activist

A recreation of the historic march from Cardiff to Greenham Common will pass through Bristol to mark the 40th anniversary of the original Greenham peace protests.

In August 1981, 36 women walked 110 miles from Cardiff to RAF Greenham Common to protest the siting of US cruise missiles on common land. Around the airbase they started a Peace Camp that lasted 19 years and inspired tens of thousands of women to join them in non-violent resistance.

The anniversary march retraces the same route and includes original Greenham women. Two hundred people have registered for some or all of the march, which will depart from Cardiff on August 26 passing through Newport and Chepstow on its way to Bristol.

On Saturday afternoon, August 28, a procession of 40 people will arrive in Bristol via Gloucester Road. A welcome party will greet them on Horfield Common at 4.00pm, with support from the…

How 1,393 million people defeated Delta Covid.. and Western media Hushed it up for Depraved Profits

Ivermectin Wins in India

By Dr. Justus R. Hope Global Research, August 16, 2021 @crg_globalresearch. The Desert Review 9 August 2021 Science and Medicine

see also … Please Share or make your own post.. It doesn’t matter that we publish the obvious truth, unless millions do it, because they control the Mass Media.

3,300,000 of us are EXTRA DEATHS so far due to suppression of cheap, safe, authorised remedies like Ivermectin in order to qualify vaccines for ‘Emergency Use’ and make tens of billions profit with shares owned by Fauci, Bill Gates, etc going through the roof. Is this a coverup conspiracy?...YES.. there is plentiful evidence of coordinated suppression of alternative treatments. Finally we have proof that cheap, safe proven ivermectin treatment would probably have ” reduced deaths by an average 83%

With 3,980,348 deaths so far (3rd July 2021 figures/) 83% is over 3,300,000 of us have died so far just to assure their obscene multi-billion dollar profits. And that’s only for ivermectin. Now they are desperate to cover up their crimes at all costs .It doesn’t matter that we publish the truth, unless millions do it, because they control the Mass Media… see Surgisphere: governments and WHO changed Covid-19 policy ..

India’s Ivermectin Blackout. Censorship of Peer-reviewed Analysis

By Dr. Justus R. Hope Global Research, August 16, 2021

News of India’s defeat of the Delta variant should be common knowledge. It is just about as obvious as the nose on one’s face. It is so clear when one looks at the graphs that no one can deny it.

Yet, for some reason, we are not allowed to talk about it. Thus, for example, Wikipedia cannot mention the peer-reviewed meta-analyses by Dr. Tess Lawrie or Dr. Pierre Kory published in the American Journal of Therapeutics. See this.

Resisting Brazil’s Proposed Law #490/2007 to Block and Seize Indigenous Lands … Pt/ Esp/ Eng

from Barbara Crane Navarro Rainforest Art Project – Pas de Cartier ! by https://www.salsa-tipiti.org

SALSA Statement 27 June 2021

Strongly supported by the agro-industrial sector, Law #490/2007 provides for several changes in the territorial rights of Indigenous Peoples as guaranteed by Brazil’s Constitution.

The law applies the “time limit thesis” (marco temporal) to the question of demarcating Indigenous territories.

This fringe racist legal theory holds that Brazil’s Indigenous Peoples have the right only to lands they happened to occupy at the time of the promulgation of the Brazilian Constitution (October 1988), and not any that were stolen from them before that date.

If adopted, the marco temporal standard would likely prevent the demarcation of any additional Indigenous territories (237 territories are currently in legal limbo), while also placing at risk the 441 fully demarcated and registered Indigenous territories.

Furthermore, Law #490/2007 would open Indigenous territories to predatory activities, including mining, ranching, commercial agribusiness, and dam construction.

It goes so far as to allow the State to “retake” lands if there are significant “alterations of cultural traits” within Indigenous communities.
