This weekend, under the banner of ‘Solidarity Knows No Borders’, groups in more than 20 locations across the country joined us to take action to demand an end to the Hostile Environment.
Militants set fires to police posts, metro stations and barricades in Jakarta on Thursday night in an uprising against the neoliberal Omnibus law, which would create even greater inequality and destruction of the environment.
Tens of thousands of people have participated in the uprising in cities across Indonesia since Monday’s passing of the neoliberal Omnibus law, which serves the interests of wealthy capitalists at the expense of workers and the environment.
Some militants burned tires, vandalised bus stops and dismantled partitions of a construction site, while others smashed bricks and concretes into smaller pieces to be hurled at the police. Revolutionaries also attacked police with Molotovs.
The UK government has warned horny citizens that getting down with someone who lives outside their household will violate strict new lockdown measures which have reanimated an unpopular policy from earlier this summer.
British couples who don’t live together have once again been banned from bonking by London’s coronavirus restrictions, which – as of Friday – forbid individuals living in “high risk” Tiers Two and Three regions from staying overnight at the house of someone outside their “bubble.”
A large part of the “Recovery Fund” is destined not to the most affected economic and social sectors, but to the most advanced sectors of the war industry.
While the “Coronavirus crisis” continues to cause devastating socio-economic consequences also in Italy, a large part of the “Recovery Fund” is destined not to the most affected economic and social sectors, but to the most advanced sectors of the war industry.
According to the EU Recovery Fund, Italy should receive € 209 billion over the next six years, of which about 81 is for grants and 128 for loans to be repaid with interest. In the meantime, the Defense and Economic Development Ministries have presented a list of military projects for an amount of approximately 30 billion euros (Defense Analysis, from the Recovery Fund financing also for Defense, 09-25-2020).
(Natural News) If you’ve ever wondered why there isn’t more outrage over the dangers of pesticides and herbicides, even as environmental consciousness seems to be rising, the answer is simple: Manufacturers like Monsanto have entire departments devoted to discrediting journalists who expose their corrupt ways and paying off Google to censor search results.
A report from The Guardian exposed how Monsanto, now owned by Bayer, operated what was known as a “fusion center” to gather intelligence on journalists who dared to speak the truth about their products.
One of their biggest targets was Reuters journalist Carey Gillam, who has done some excellent reporting on the links between Monsanto/Bayer weedkiller Roundup over the years. She now works as a research director for U.S. Right to Know, another target of Monsanto investigations.

John Kiriakou, who blew the whistle about CIA torture under the Bush regime, warns of the foreign policy a Joe Biden administration would pursue:
Literally the last thing I would do is to urge anybody to vote for Donald Trump. Trump has been a disaster in every sense of the word and in both foreign and domestic policy. But Biden is no panacea. He’s a center-right placeholder. [..]
If you think things will change in foreign policy under a President Biden, think again. It’ll be the same old expansionist, militarist policy that we had under George Bush, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama.
Boris and Biden Build Back Better
Biden is more right than center. Even his campaign slogan is shared with the British conservatives.
Biden and Boris Build Back Better
A Joe Biden administration would extend the hostile policies towards Russia and China and continue to push for regime change in Venezuela, Syria, Iran, and Belarus. Even the organ of U.S. foreign policy orthodoxy, Foreign Affairs, states U.S. induced regime changes never achieve their aims:
U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice’s repeated assertion around the time of the Iraq war that Washington’s pursuit of “stability at the expense of democracy” in the Middle East had produced neither was broadly true. But it turned out to have a corollary—that pursuing democracy at the expense of stability might also produce neither, but at even higher cost.
