On March 11, the Kremlin approved the involvement of foreign militants in military operations in Ukraine along with the joint Russian, DPR and LPR military. The decision was made in response to the massive recruitment of foreign fighters by the Kiev military officials.

Russian President Vladimir Putin approved the proposal to attract foreign volunteers in order to support DPR and LPR forces in the Donbass region during his meeting with permanent members of the Russian Security Council.

“As for the gathering of mercenaries from all over the world and sending them to Ukraine, we see that they do not hide it, the Western sponsors of Ukraine, the Ukrainian regime, do not hide it, they do it openly, ignoring all norms of international law,” Putin said during the meeting.

The press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov explained such a decision with the idea of strengthening of the DPR and LPR People’s Militias. There is also the Kremlin’s intention to show that there are those willing to fight along Russian forces against the Ukrainian nationalists, or more globally against the Western hegemony.

“In general, there is a flow of volunteers. There are mercenaries, a huge number of paid mercenaries who come to Ukraine to take part in hostilities against our (Russian) military. At the same time, applications are being received from volunteers who want to take part on a free basis in what, in their opinion, is actually a national liberation struggle,” the Kremlin spokesman said.

“This is what we are talking about. As the Western world welcomes the arrival of these motley mercenaries from different countries of the world, then there are volunteers from this side too. There are also volunteers who want to take part in this,” he added.

It was clarified that the matter is not about Russians, who would like to join the military, but mainly about those “who applied from the Middle East, including from Syria.”

Russian Defence Minister Sergey Shoigu indicated that the conscription of about 16,000 foreign volunteers was planned.

The involvement of the foreign servicemen, including from Syria, in military activities in Ukraine may fasten the mopping-up operations in the currently blockaded cities, as they have the necessary experience after years of fighting against terrorists of all kinds in Syria.

At the same time, the Kremlin’s decision to deploy foreign militants on the Ukrainian battlefield may damage the Russian “military PR campaign”, as such a move may also be treated as indication that the Russian operations have stalled and new reinforcement is needed.

A report of the State Border Service of Ukraine about the arrival of foreign volunteers through the checkpoints of the Western Regional Administration. More than 170 foreigners arrived as volunteers.

On the other hand, the Ukrainian side claimed that almost 20,000 foreign fighters from 52 countries had joined the fight against the “Russian aggressors”, according to the claims of the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba made a week ago.

In order to prevent another plandemic, the World Health Organization (WHO) wants to create an international “pandemic treaty” that would restrict and legally bind its 194 member nations to medical martial law.

The United States would need to give up its national sovereignty under the plan, including all civil and health rights. Every other country that is part of the United Nations would be expected to do the same (if they have not already).

Back in December, the World Health Assembly (WHA), the WHO’s 194-member health policy forum, agreed to initiate the process of drafting a pandemic treaty based on an already existing international legal instrument called the International Health Regulations (2005), also known as the IHR.

The stated purpose of the IHR is to: “Prevent, protect against, control and provide a public health response to the international spread of disease in ways that are commensurate with and restricted to public health risks, and which avoid unnecessary interference with international traffic and trade.”

In the event that another deadly bioweapon gets released from one of the Pentagon’s bioweapons laboratories in Ukraine, for instance, then the WHO would have at its disposal far more authoritarian power to tyrannize people for their own “safety.”

The IHR is already far-reaching all on its own, as evidenced by what already took place as part of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) plandemic. Now, the WHO wants even more power for the next one, which the powers-that-be are already hinting is soon to come.

Next Plandemic Will Be Even More Brutal Than The Last One

The WHA’s decision late last year was, in fact, adopted as schemed. They called the dystopian move “The World Together,” and it is set to be implemented under Article 19 of the WHO Constitution some time in 2024.

Once that happens, the WHA will have the authority to adopt new conventions or agreements with respect to any matter deemed to be “within the competence of the Organization.”

A simple two-thirds vote is enough to make such changes on a whim, and all member countries will have to abide by whatever gets passed.

Keep in mind that this special session of the WHA is only the second to ever have occurred since 1948 when it was founded. This was the same year, by the way, that the modern-day nation-state of Israel was declared into existence.

On March 3, the WHA already announced changes to implement a “new global public health world order” that basically globalizes how governments respond to plandemic. The Fauci Flu appears to have just been a test run, as miserable as it was, the next one will be even more brutal.

“If you believe in bodily sovereignty, parental rights and informed consent, you must stand up now and let your voice be heard,” said popular health guru Sayer Ji.

When we think of the coming disasters of global warming, rising sea levels, disruptions to agriculture and disappearing species come readily to mind.

We don’t necessarily think of the livability of the Earth’s surface. But if global warming continues to worsen — and every indication is that will be so — there will be places on Earth that could become uninhabitable.

Uninhabitable in the literal meaning of human beings not being able to survive there.

Such places could come into existence during this century, and perhaps sooner than even climate scientists currently fear, given that lethal combinations of heat and humidity have started to occur for brief periods of time.

We are not talking about thinly populated or uninhabited desert locations. We are talking here of cities where tens and hundreds of thousands of people currently live.

Yes, one more reason for humanity to tackle global warming.

To understand why survivability could become impossible in small geographic regions in the foreseeable future and, potentially, much larger regions in the more distant future should current trends in global warming continue, we need to turn to an obscure meteorological measurement known as the “wet-bulb temperature.”

This is different from the common air temperature, nor is it the same as the various versions of a “heat index” that provide a “feel like” temperature.
