Spain: Cops evict Anti Gag Law Camp after 17 days

Spain: Police Eviction of Acampada Mordaza in Puerta del Sol, Madrid

BY ERIN GALLAGHER Acampada Mordaza faced a police eviction early this morning. Activists in Madrid have been camped in Puerta del Sol for 17 days in up to 47 °C heat (116 °F) in protest of the gag laws (Ley Mordaza) which went into effect July 1.

Police have prevented filming and photographs but activists present managed to record the police eviction of#AcampadaMordaza:
