Freedom NOW for the Black Flag ”Facebook Terrorists”

The 5 anarchists arrested Wed 15th  have been imprisoned without bail. They appeared in Madrid court on ‘promoting terrorism’ and other charges, that is, just saying things in favour of ETA separatists on their Facebook identities pages. According to the police on Facebook they are ”Kete Follen, Pakete Bomba, Cadenas Libertarias, Eskupe Metralla and Indio Apache Barcelona”.

Of these we only found Eskupe Metralla still up, this page seems  like 1000’s of other radical young anarchists,  supporting animal rights, prisoners, punk bands, occupy, anti-fascist action etc… Perhaps thism is another police ‘mistake’. We saw no threats to politicians  or royals in his/her 1370 great photos, some do advocate violence, but were put on her/his wall by others, so the crime would be ‘not deleting a criminal photo  from your Facebook timeline’… Eskupe has not posted since Wednesday when the arrests took place.

The second great crime they are accused of is a photocollage on Facebook of the King of Spain shot in the head, later modified to show various right and left Catalan politicians. This in the context of a ‘huge amount of anarchist propaganda’. The police document sending them to prison without bail listed their crimes as threatening the Royals, Politicians, and also the Security Forces and Financial Institutions (banks). We couldn’t find these images on Facebook.

More seriously the document says ”these threats have had a concrete outcome” in damage to National police vehicles in an ”antisystem” demo in Barcelona during the General Strike of 14th Nov 2012, as well as ”attacks against capitalist interests in the Barcelona area”. This seems like another vague accusation of causing others to make attacks.

None of them were arrested in the Sabadell Anarchist Center Raid or had anything to do with the place according to the various groups, including the 15M movement and CNT anarcho-syndicalist union who use the place, though all showed solidarity with the arrested. All agreed the police just used the excuse to raid and pillage.

Also the group Bandera Negra of the Madrid Young Anarchist Movement have zero connection with the arrested. (Though they too showed solidarity with the accused) The police said ‘Bandera Negra’ instead of ‘Kolectivo Bandera Negra’ who are those accused of the ”crimes”.

Finally the greatest crime is what they found when they raided their flats. See police photos. They claim to have found a ”storeroom of explosives and munitions” but the photos show some commercially available fireworks and rockets (firework season is approaching in Catalonia), a can of petrol, some plastic tubes they claim are ‘rocket launchers’, lots of punky black clothing, an anarchist banner, an anti fascist patch, etc.

Also two of the accused, the couple JJ and YF, are accused of having a large amount of Ecstasy (MDMA), this may be a plant  to stop people supporting them. The police are corrupt, recently even a director has had to resign, and their political masters even more so, there are hardly any politicians left in Catalonia who aren’t implicated in rampant corruption. Ecstasy is not addictive and comes in pills, not 5 litre bottles.

The police also stated the group had ‘been detected’ travelling to the Nth of Spain to help the Miners Strikers a few months ago. So..is this another great crime!?

The judge did gave their names, which we dont publish here till its clear they wish them to be publicised. They’re 3 men and 2 women.

The ‘Facebook Terrorists’ are charged under laws invented to suppress the Basque separatist movement, which are incredibly harsh and unfair, you can spend many years in prison just for an ‘thought crime’.

Whether or not we agree with all their actions, they are locked up for resisting repression, in a State with 60% youith unemployment, rocketing university fees, daily mass evictions, no unemployment or rent subsidies, huge new taxes on everything and everyday heavier police repression

  Las noticias vuelan, y entre comunicados de los mossos e informes de la prensa, uno se queda embelesado. Pero mucho más interesante es el auto de prisión. De su lectura se deduce que los mossos han detenido a cinco miembros del Colectivo Bandera Negra, del cual eran líderes los cinco detenidos. Tal cual lo dice el juez Santiago Pedraz. La cosa es asombrosa, porque al parecer el grupo primero se llamaba Frente Solidario de Barcelona (FSB). Luego se cambió el nombre por Kolectivo Bandera Negra (KBN).  Y más tarde se escinde el KBN en Células Autónomas de Combate (CAC). Y dice literalmente el juez que gracias a seguimientos policiales y a meter las narices en feisbu, descubren que “los integrantes del FSB, KBN y CAC actuaban como un grupo que era especialmente activo”.

  Hay que joderse. Un grupo de cinco personas, liderado por cinco integrantes, que se escinden por si fuera poco en tres organizaciones, y que actúan como “un grupo especialmente activo”. La cosa tendría gracia si no constituyese el párrafo un insulto a la mente deductiva. Qué pena de dinero gastado en educación, con lo buenos pastores que podrían ser en el monte.

  Por lo visto —según los mossos y Felip Puig, que seguro que es el instigador de este engendro—, los detenidos lanzaban proclamas incendiarias en faceboock, señalando objetivos “contra intereses capitalistas”. Dichos objetivos “han podido comportar un resultado concreto en el ataque a vehículos del CNP durante la manifestación anti-sistema de la Huelga General del 14-N de 2012 en Barcelona”. Es decir, que sin que hayan establecido los mossos relación directa, piensan acusarles de todo incendio habido y por haber de 2012 a la fecha de su detención. Como muestra de esta diligente actividad señala el juez, que “miembros” del KBN fueron identificados en Asturias durante la huelga minera. Y como allí se lanzaban cohetes, pues eso.

  Para más abundamiento, afirma el auto que los anarquistas enaltecen a ETA y a GRAPO. Todo pastel tiene su guinda. Haaaala.

  Luego detallan en el auto ese sus actividades, entre las que destacan: haber ocupado inmuebles, haber participado en manifestaciones con incidentes, usar perfiles de faceboock con nombres malsonantes, lanzar consignas incendiarias, insultar a poderosos y desearle la muerte a alguno.

  ¿Qué resultado objetivo han dado las pesquisas? Pues dos tubos de lanzar cohetes de feria, cohetes de feria, máscaras anti-gas, una “ballesta de precisión” ¿?, varios temibles tirachinas, y 33 litros de gasolina. Y aparte, unos gramos de hachís y cinco kilos de anfetaminas o algo parecido. ¿Por qué será que no me creo nada?

  Porque el auto no establece en ningún momento una relación directa entre los encausados y los hechos que se les imputan. Ni por indicios siquiera. Porque resulta que a partir de ahora, ir cinco personas en un coche es formar no una, sino tres organizaciones. Y yo tenía entendido que una organización era algo más sólido, con su estatuto, su estructura, sus cargos y todo eso. Resulta que formar un grupo terrorista es mucho más sencillo que sacarse el carnet de moto. Basta con abrirse un perfil en faceboock, largar por la boca, y tirar petardos en fiestas mayores al paso de la Virgen.

  La mezcla de ETA, GRAPO, tres Kolectivos que son uno, MDMA y hachís y actividades delictivas que se airean públicamente, es sencillamente, delirante. Un grupo terrorista, al que no se le capturan armas y que se anuncia en faceboock para realizar propaganda, captación y adoctrinamiento… Es la majadería del año, escrita por un juez de la Audiencia Nacional, un pijo-ácrata según los voceros del PP que estará haciendo méritos, porque si no, no se entiende. Es más, no me creo nada, porque el auto-panfleto es tan inconsistente, que el juez no se detiene en los tirachinas, ni en la gasolina, ni en los cohetes, ni en la maligna gorra negra de uno de los detenidos, que como armas de guerra dan pena, ni en los cinco kilos de pastillas que apestan, sino que el juez detalla pormenorizadamente en dos páginas las consignas, pegatinas y emblemas sediciosos y perturbadores del Orden Constitucional, que es lo único que realmente tiene… Presuntamente, que probarlo ya veremos.

  Y con eso manda a prisión preventiva a cinco personas. Nueve años les pueden caer nada menos. Joder, ya no hace falta ni cantar. Qué ahorro de tiempo con el feisbu. Y todo ello, con la finalidad de contentar a sus jefes y meter miedo. El mensaje del Santiago Pedraz, el que aquel del PP llamó el Pijo Ácrata es muy claro: “chaval no te metas en follones, no te juntes con anti-sistema. Si tienes inquietudes y eres bueno, reparte sopa en Cáritas”. Amos anda. Mucha cárcel vais a tener que abrir si pretendéis paralizar con represión lo que vosotros mismos cultiváis, repartiendo miseria, enfermedad, ruina y muerte entre la población.

  Y a usted se le darán muy bien las leyes, y sirve así a los señores de horca y cuchillo que le pagan el peculio. Pero sepa que no se para con la cárcel a los movimientos sociales. Ellos no son más que la consecuencia de los vientos que ustedes han sembrado, y el día que estalle la tempestad, va a barrer sus tanquetas, sus cuarteles y sus palacios de justicia, como si fuese la choza del cerdito flautista.

And besides, a few grams of hashish and five kilos of amphetamines or something. Why am I not believing anything?

  Because the case does not provide any direct relationship between the accused and the ‘facts’ against them. Indications nor even. It turns out that from now on, going five people in a car is to form not one but three organizations. And I understood that an organization was more solid, with its statute, its structure, functions and all. Turns out forming a terrorist group is much easier to get the motorbike license. Simply open a profile on Facebook,  shoot off at the mouth, and throw firecrackers at festivals to the passage of the Virgin. The mixture of ETA, GRAPO three Kolectivos that are one, MDMA Ecstasy and cannabis and criminal activities that are aired publicly, is simply delusional.

  A terrorist group, without captured weapons and announcing in Facebook for ”advertising, recruitment and indoctrination ”… It is the year’s nonsense, written by a judge of the Audiencia Nacional Madrid High Court.   And with that they remand five people in prison!. Nine years they could get, no less. Damn, you no longer need to do anything to end up in jail. What a time saver with Facebook. And all this, in order to please their bosses and scare us. The Pedraz message, from this  snobby PP  supporter is very clear: “kid.. stay out of trouble, avoid anything anti-establishment. If you have concerns and you’re good, distribute Caritas soup “.  Come off it!. Manys the  prison you’re going to have to open if  you want to paralyze us with repression, distributing misery, illness, ruin and death among the population.

  Just remember that they can’t stop Social Movements with stupid laws and imprisonment. Because they are the consequence of the repression and robbery that they have sown, and the day the storm breaks out, will sweep away their tanks, their barracks and their courthouses, as if they were the little pig’s  hut.
