But thousands are still imprisoned and for them the struggle continues.

The five people arrested four months ago in Sabadell and Avinyonet Penedès WILL be released throughout the afternoon. This morning, the High Court has ordered their release. As confirmed by the lawyers Asens James and Matthew followed the tribunal of Madrid announced a while ago the car of freedom. Remember that all five are in a situation of dispersion in different prisons in Spain and that is why the release will occur during the afternoon.
They have been 123 days imprisoned after an operation led by the Information Division of the Catalan police, which led to the entrance and registration by force, with corresponding damage to several homes and Anarchist Workers Center in Sabadell.
The Catalan police officers accused them of having created a Facebook group supposedly advocating violence and, therefore, the courts found that they could be prosecuted for crimes of terrorism. Judge Santiago Pedraza said this morning he believes that the criminal charges against them should continue but they need not be in any prison, just forced them to sign–up once a week in court.

Les cinc persones detingudes ara fa quatre mesos a Sabadell i Avinyonet del Penedès quedaran en llibertat al llarg de la tarda. Aques matí, l’Audiència Nacional n’ha ordenat la seva posada en llibertat. Segons han confirmat els advocats Jaume Asens i Mateu Seguí, el tribunal d’excepció de Madrid ha comunicat fa una estona els autos de llibertat. Cal recordar que totes cinc es troben en situació de dispersió penitenciària a presons de l’Estat espanyol i és per això que la seva posada en llibertat es produirà al llarg de la tarda.
Han estat 123 dies d’empresonament després d’una operació impulsada per la Divisió d’Informació dels Mossos d’Esquadra, que va suposar l’entrada i registre per la força, amb les corresponents destrosses, a diversos domicilis i a l’Ateneu Llibertari de Sabadell. Els agents de la policia catalana els van acusar d’haver creat un grup de Facebook des d’on es feia suposada apologia de la violència i, per això, el poder judicial va considerar que se’ls podia encausar per delictes de terrorisme. El jutge Santiago Pedraz en la resolució d’aquest matí considera que l’acusació penal en contra d’elles ha de continuar però que no cal que estiguin a cap centre penitenciari, només els obliga a personar-se per signar un cop per setmana al jutjat.
