Spanish police today arrested (so far) 28 more ‘anarchists’, mostly in dawn raids on homes and squat centers across the State, the raids are ”open and ongoing and preventive’. #AtaqueALosCSOAS #YoTambienSoyAnarquista 
15 of them are being accused of membership of CAG (Coordinated Anarchist Groups) 10 from Madrid, 2 from Palencia and 3 from Barcelona, the other 13 are arrested for ‘Resisting Authority’. The police found a manifesto of CAG on the Internet which approves of sabotage, and that’s enough to convict anyone they say is a member.
In immediate response over 2000 marched in Madrid, yelling ‘I too am an Anarchist’. In Barcelona four demos met up at the house of one arrested, making at least 1000.
In the Occupied Social Centers the police reported finding ‘small amounts of marijuana, a scales for weighing drugs, copious literature (they have libraries), a gas bottle’, ….etc.
The national media is trumpeting the guilt of the ‘insurrectional anarchist terrorists’ repeating a load of invented lies, elaborating on the fantasies used after vthe recent Operation Pandora’, when 7 ‘anarchists’ were arrested on similar charges, now out on bail.
The main accusation, with no apparent proof but always repeated in police statements and the media, is of collaborating with 2 attacks on churches two years ago, at one a camping gas bottle did explode, injuring no one. 
This is probably because several of the the ruling neo fascist ministers are leading members of Opus Dei. The CAG group, which hardly exists, never claimed the church incident (that was the only action of the ‘Mateo Morral Brigade’) which was blamed on 2 Chilean anarchists, Francisco and Mónica, who are jailed awaiting trial. Now at least 22 ‘anarchists’ are accused of collaborating in planting that gas bottle.
The raids on the Occupied Self-run Social Centers in Madrid, La Quimera and La 13-14 Okupada were savagely violent , smashing down doors, beating and insulting, seizing computers, papers, books from their public libraries, Assembly ledgers, etc.
It seems that the police have got hold of a list of anyone who has helped the solidarity support group for Francisco and Mónica, and they are being tracked down and imprisoned, as a rallying cry from the ultra right before the next round of local elections, and a justification of the incredible new Gag Laws which have been condemned by Amnesty, the EU, and the UN.
With the highest unemployment in Europe, nearly half a million evicted , countless billions borrowed to prop up corrupt banks, rampant corruption scandals at all levels of Govt, schools and hospitals and services being closed down, etc etc it’s surprising that there is no insurrectional movement in Spain but instead a huge community based social movement for change.
The Partido Popular just lost Andalusia in local elections, and with their majority in Parliament and control of the Courts and Police, appears to be set on ‘Going Down Killing’.

Durante la práctica de estos registros han sido detenidas otras catorce personas por delitos de resistencia. Los arrestados forman parte de los denominados Grupos Anarquistas Coordinados (GAC). Se les imputa pertenencia a organización criminal con fines terroristas y la comisión de hechos delictivos consistentes en sabotajes y colocación de artefactos explosivos e incendiarios. La operación es fruto de las investigaciones desarrolladas en virtud de las Diligencias Previas 4/14 del Juzgado Central de Instrucción número 6 de la Audiencia Nacional. Comunicado del CSROA La Quimera de LavapiésDesde la Asamblea del CSROA LA Quimera de Lavapiés condenamos la actuación represiva que ha tenido lugar esta mañana en varios puntos del estado. En Madrid, desde primera hora de la mañana se han producido registros y detenciones en centros sociales okupados y viviendas de diferentes barrios. La Quimera de Lavapiés, desde las 6:30 de la mañana ha sido asediada, y tras destrozar la puerta, registrada durante horas, sacando material perteneciente al centro social y a los colectivos que le dan vida. La policía se ha negado a mostrar ningún tipo de orden o dar alguna explicación de lo que estaba sucediendo.
