Shame: EU gives 595 million euros Blackmail Payment to nazi dictator Erdogan

President Erdogan can at least claim credit for bringing back the terms PURGES and POGROMS into daily use.

Purges because he has fired, exiled, murdered, imprisoned or tortured literally hundreds of thousands of his own citizens with little evidence beyond his own stalinist paranoia… see Erdogan vows to punish thought crimes.

And Pogroms because he gained absolute power by whipping up hate against the 18 million Kurdish minority and attacking them, killing thousands, reducing cities like Cizre to rubble (see POGROM, CURFEW, GENOCIDE IN CIZRE) and invading Iraq and Syria to kill Kurds and ”redeem the Turkish empire”..(see Turkey vows to Destroy inspiring Rojava Revolution. )These are straightforward nazi tactics.

Using refugees as blackmail is nothing new , nor is profiting by abusing them to work endless hours for hhardly any pay. Not for a politician whose own family controlled the supplies to ISIS and now other jihadi proxies who have caused such immeasurable human suffering. “Schande!” (Shame) cried Sander Loones, Flemish MEP of the New Flemish Alliance (N-VA), center-right separatist formation, . He denounces that the grants were voted for by socialists, liberals and conservatives.

On 3 November 2016 the Liberals declared themselves in favor of freezing the funds of European Turkey. On 24 November the European parliament voted, by an overwhelming majority to freeze the negotiations.Tear gas and water cannon being criminally used in a confined space to attack demonstrators for freedom of expression in Turkey . 04/03/2016 By now all independent media have been muzzled or closed down and dozens of journalists jailed without trial or arrested.

But only a week later, the vote of the European budget, not only doesn’t punish Erdogan but included a new gift in the form of European money.

Loones requested: “just a week ago, the European Parliament expressed harsh language against Erdogan. A large majority voted to freeze the accession negotiations.

We are just a week later, and the European Parliament acts against its own words (…) These 595 million will again disappear into oblivion in the autocratic Turkey”.

Since March, the EU has given to Turkey two billion €. In fact, the budget is €3 billion of tax money from the European public, for 2016-2017. This is made up of €1 billion from the EU budget, and €2 billion from the EU Member States.

All Member States have sent in their contribution certificates for the €2 billion they pledged. For instance the ”direct grant for education” should enable around 500,000 Syrian students to receive education in the Turkish language but not in their own language (Arab, Kurdish or Aramaic).

It is also possible the money will come straight back in urgent armament purchases, giving in to blackmail of course gives a ‘carte blanche’ to the state criminal.
