Por orden del fiscal Gustavo Dalma, desde el mediodía la Policía de Córdoba realiza allanamientos simultáneos en diferentes espacios y centros culturales de organizaciones políticas y sociales en varios puntos de la ciudad cordobesa, como la Biblioteca Popular de Villa la Maternidad, la Casa 1234, el espacio social y cultural Ateneo Anarquista en Barrio Güemes, la Kasa Karakol de la Federación de Organizaciones de Base (FOB), el comedor del Frente de Organizaciones en Lucha (FOL) Córdoba, y crece el temor por más allanamientos.
Todas las organizaciones tienen en común que participaron el lunes pasado de la 3° Marcha Nacional Contra el Gatillo Fácil, y solicitan urgente la más amplia solidaridad de organizaciones de DD.HH., sociales y políticas. La orden de allanamiento es del fiscal Gustavo Dalma, y el motivo sería la investigación de roturas de vidrieras de una financiera, luego de la 3° Marcha Nacional Contra el Gatillo Fácil.
También hubo orden de detención sobre madres que convocaron a la marcha contra el gatillo fácil el lunes pasado, y fue trasladado a una comisaría el fletero que trasladó el sonido de la marcha contra el gatillo fácil. Y están dentenidos dos jóvenes, uno hijo de una de las madres que convocaron a la marcha y el otro que se encontraba en uno de los lugares allanados.
Según información brindada desde las organizaciones, el “valioso material” que ha incautado la policia con sus oficiales de inteligencia serían: banderas, afiches, bombos, redoblantes, aerosoles, volantes y alguna prenda de ropa.
El Frente de Organizaciones en Lucha (FOL) Córdoba denunció: “Nos acaba de llegar una orden de allanamiento a uno de nuestros locales del FOL en barrio Müller. En Solares y Blas Parera. No sabemos cual es el motivo. Solicitamos solidaridad a las organizaciones compañeras”. En contacto telefónico con ANRed una integrante de la organización informó que seis policías en la puerta impidieron el ingreso de integrantes al local, mientras adentro se encontraban tres compañeros, y que el personal policial se llevaba incautada banderas y afiches sin informar el motivo ni cuál es la causa del allanamiento, ni el nombre del fiscal a cargo (que luego se supo que había sido el fiscal Gustavo Dalma).

“Nosotros, compañeros, para prevenir también la integridad física y ética, y la dignidad de todos nuestros espacios comunitarios, porque no podemos exponer a otros espacios y que caigan a reventar otros locales – anunció a los/as presentes Maximiliano, referente del FOL Córdoba -, lo que nosotros vamos a hacer es dirigirnos al depósito al galpón de San Vicente, para que se constate el carácter legal de todas las actividades que nosotros realizamos, que están vinculados a la promoción del trabajo, de la dignidad de las personas y a la mejora de la calidad de vida de éste y otros barrios. Entonces, vamos a dirigirnos con personal policial a hacer eso: nos van a llevar a constatar nuestros datos a la jefatura de la avenida Colón. Ellos (los policías) plantean que no son detenciones, que solamente es constatar nuestros datos para desvincularnos de sus investigaciones”.

En una entrevista de Ecos Córdoba, un joven que participa del espacio Casa 1234, sin saber los motivos del allanamiento del espacio, relató: “es una casa cultural, donde además se dan talleres de percusión. Siempre se hacen movidas culturales los fines de semana, para auto-sustentarse. Es uno de los pocos espacios que permite éste tipo de difusión de actividades culturales”.
En el caso de la Kasa Karakol, espacio de la Federación de Organizaciones de Base (FOB), una integrante del espacio denunció: “nos llevaron todos los bombos,los instrumentos que compramos ayer, todas la banderas, todos los recuerdos que teníamos de la Maite, todas las banderas del zapatismo. Nos llevaron todo el trabajo que hicimos para el viernes. Ya no tengo palabras de la bronca que tengo”, finalizó, muy angustiada por la situación.

Por su parte, Jorge Navarro, dirigente del Partido Obrero y del FIT, informó: “hay una orden de allanamiento de nuestro local ordenada por el fiscal Dalma, donde se nos está acusando de ’intimidación pública’ y donde se establece el secuestro de nuestros materiales políticos, como ser pancartas, banderas y materiales de persución que utilizamos cotidianamente para nuestras movilizaciones. Entendemos que ésto es no sólo un ataque a nuestra organización sino también a toda la organización popular, y que tiene que ver con que mañana acá va a haber una enorme movilización por la aparición con vida de Santiago Maldonado y la lucha del pueblo mapuche“.
ANRed también se comunicó con Gabriel Solano, dirigente el Partido Obrero, quien contó el allanamiento que padecieron en el local central de la ciudad de Córdoba: “Esto es un despropósito, es una intimidación a un día de la movilización por el pedido de aparición con vida de Santiago Maldonado“.
Lo que tienen en común todas las organizaciones cuyas sedes están siendo allanadas es que participaron el lunes de la 3° Marcha Nacional Contra el Gatillo Fácil, que tuvo lugar en diferentes puntos del país. Las organizaciones denuncian que “se profundiza la persecución y criminalización de la protesta social en Córdoba” y solicitan urgente la más amplia solidaridad de organizaciones de DD.HH., sociales y políticas. Según la fiscalía a cargo de los allanamientos, los mismo responden a la rotura de los vidrios de una financiera, que hubo tras la marcha contra el gatillo fácil.
