We stop the eviction of KASABLANKA   ..We reveal the hypocrisy of CUP and the City Hall  (original in Catalan below)by Jip  We face an imminent trial for ”precarious Eviction’ of Kasablanka, the occupied space in Molins de Rei, Barcelona since 1996

The property is affected by an urban plan of 1996 for which the city council has expropriated and paid the former owners (despite the fact that they do not have any project for the space).

The City council has found a clause saying the property ”should be handed over  without inhabitants” that is: ourselves, with the intention to evict us without getting their hands dirty. So why don’t the Council just drop this clause? Simply because they don’t want to.

We will not leave Kasablanka, Whatever the  judge or Town Council do, we will respond as we have always done, with disobedience and solidarity.

We are anti-capitalists and believe that the earth should not belong to anybody.

We don’t even believe that Kasablanka should be ours

 We know that WE ARE Kasablanka, and whoever governs we will be ungovernable.

De forma inminen espai okupat kasablanka okupat desde 1996 a molins sense rei s’ enfronta a un judici de “desahucio precario”. La propietat esta afectada per un pla urbanístic de 1996 rao per la cual ajuntament a expropiat i pagat a les antigues propietaries (tot i reconeixe no teni cap projecte per espai). Ajuntament exugeix mitjançan una clausula que la propietat s’ entregui lliure de carregues” les cargues som nosaltres” amb la intencio innequivoca de dessallotjar-nos sense emvrutar-se les mans. Ajuntamen perke no podria renunciar a la clausula? Senzillamen perk no vol. Desde kasablanka no marxarem u digui jutge o ajuntamiente i k respondrem kom em fet sempre amb desobediencia i solidaritat, som antikapitalistes i kreiem k la terra no es de ningu ni tan sols kreiem k kasablanka sigui nostra, sabem k kasablanka som nosaltres i k goberni ki goberni serem ingobernables. Estigueu atentes a properes convokatiries i k korri la rabia i la solidaritat. Salut i resistencia!
