Most people say they love their kids but what does that mean? Look at the condition of the world we live in. Look at what we are doing to all the children of the earth. War, pollution, dead seas, lost species and forests. Poisoning the earth, air and water.

But here’s the thing we need to ask. WHAT WAS DONE TO US AS CHILDREN THAT ALLOWED US TO LET ALL OF THIS HAPPEN, AS ADULTS. We were conditioned, brainwashed, and taught to NOT FIGHT BACK when terrible things were being done.

We were lied to and taught to respect AUTHORITY figures who used and manipulated us to follow the rules. That’s what makes us unable to act out against the violence and terrorism put upon us by the governments and dictators of the world.

I think it’s time to STOP BEING TERRIFIED AND HELPLESS SHEEP and stand up for generations to come. If we want to save the children, we need to SAVE the planet.

We many not know what to do, because that information was kept from us AND because the rich have written the law in such a way that it PROTECTS THEM FROM US, but we can’t continue to be doormats, if we want children to have a chance to live.

I’m just sayin’ it’s something to think about.

Fur industry faces uncertain future due to Covid

Europe’s fur industry is back in the spotlight after Denmark’s mass culling of millions of mink following an outbreak of coronavirus at farms in the country.

This is an opportunity to ban these cruel and immoral capitalist factory farms. Though perhaps not to be shocked by the massive slaughter, as of course they were going to kill them all anyway! The bottom line is that when we keep animals they should have a good life, defined by a welfare study of their needs and instincts.

Earlier this month, Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen announced that all mink would be slaughtered. Denmark is the world’s biggest mink producer, farming up to 17 million of the animals, and Covid has swept through a quarter of its 1,000 mink farms.

Officials say this “reservoir” of disease poses a significant health risk for humans, and worry that mutations detected in mink-related strains of the virus might compromise a future vaccine.

But images of mink mass graves and farmers in tears were followed by outcry after the government admitted its order had no legal basis. The agriculture minister has since resigned. On Saturday hundreds of tractors drove into central Copenhagen to protest about the handling of the crisis. There have also been protests in the cities of Aalborg and Aarhus.

On November 21, 2020 WAMM members sang Happy Birthday to Polly on her balcony and ate cupcakes with Ban Nuclear Weapons and End War stickers to celebrate. COVID-19 prevented us from greeting Polly in person and kept some singers away, too.

Call for a week of solidarity with anarchists and antifascists of #Belarus 23-30 November

Belarus. Anarchists have always stood up against tyranny and dictatorship. Regardless of the color of the flag, raised by authoritarianism over this or that corner of the planet.

So it is not surprising that anarchists are actively involved in the uprising against the dictator Lukashenko in Belarus. From the very first days, with our determination and uncompromising attitude, we showed that anarchism is a revolutionary movement capable of changing the world!

During the uprising, many of our comrades ended up in prison. Now at least 10 anarchists and antifascists are serving administrative arrests. In addition, 10 anarchists and 4 anti-fascists are waiting for criminal courts, punishment for some of them reaches 20 years in prison.

We call on you to join the week of solidarity and show by action your support for revolutionary anarchists and antifascists fighting against the occupation regime of Lukashenko! Every action counts!

First reported by the Associated Press on Wednesday, November 18th, hacktivist Jeremy Hammond is finally set to be released (to a ‘halfway house’) from federal prison, 7 years and 3 days to the date from his initial sentencing, after having been incarcerated for the majority of his ten-year prison term.

‘Jeremy Hammond, who is serving a 10-year prison sentence will serve out the remainder of his term in a Chicago halfway house, a U.S. Bureau of Prison spokesman said Wednesday’

Hammond is a computer programmer, and internet activist/whistleblower associated with the hacktivist network Anonymous who had been sentenced to ten years imprisonment on November 15, 2013.

The sentence came about for breaching the servers of private intelligence firm Strategic Forecasting, Inc. also know as Stratfor, and releasing millions of internal documents to the transparency advocacy organization WikiLeaks.

This exposed evidence that the intelligence consulting firm had been conducting illegal operations acting as spies for hire on behalf of governments and corporations against several human rights defenders and activist groups.
