ShadowBanned on Twitter? How to check it for free with just one click

It’s not just Facebook banning thousands while keeping their friends lists to sell for marketing and political persecution.

Twitter is getting more authoritarian by the day. Right now they’re banning many Right Wing accounts, due to the final fall of Donald, ha ha.

But they already shut down lots of excellent progressive, community and anarchist accounts, without warning,. And apparently a new Patriot Act aimed at thought control is on the way.

Twitter also indulge in ShadowBanning by which you can only see someone’s tweet by going and searching in their account.

They don’t tell you. The tweets show up on your home page but not on anyone else’s.. Its a cruel trick and pretty demoralising as you may think everyone hates you!

There’s a free consultation page which tells you instantly if you’re shadowbanned on Twitter …here: Shadowban Checker

However even if you test negative you may be shadowbanning other people’s media by default. Check out Settings, choose Privacy and Safety and then Content you See.

You’ll see the first option Display media that may contain sensitive content with a little check box left empty by default..

So all Twitter have to do is make up a list of accounts that, according to them, ‘display sensitive media content’ and everyone who, by default, haven’t checked the allow box won’t seen their media.

This is another disgusting way of Shadowbanning media and I don’t see how you can fix it, except by appealing to your friends to tick the Display media that may contain sensitive content, which you’d hardly do just on suspicion.
