While Athens is still on lockdown for the last 3 months, the right-wing greek government has used this time to act like a mafia organisation, settling scores with its perceived enemies, people, human rights and freedoms.

In a violent legislative crescendo, the government aims to establish a junta-like police State when the pandemic lockdown eventually ends. From establishing police stations inside the greek universities to the banning of gatherings and protests above a certain number of people and the ban on the freedom of journalists to move freely and report the news, the ironically self-proclaimed “New Democracy” governing party has decided that hiring thousands of new policemen as the answer to everything, even the pandemic.

Boris Johnson is taking the biggest gamble of his career over delays to the Covid vaccine programme.

The PM ordered vital second doses to be delayed by up to 12 weeks after the first so millions more people could have their initial injection.

But dozens of care home residents have died with Covid after the jab, the Sunday People has discovered. /continues below

Since last weekend, there has been unrest in the Netherlands. In Urk, fascists and lateral thinkers burned down a Corona test street on Saturday. In Amsterdam and Eindhoven, riots broke out on Sunday after far-right groups like PEGIDA-NL and lateral thinkers (1) called for demonstrations against the curfew in both cities.

The strange Querfront mix in the Netherlands at these types of demonstrations is similar to that in Germany and Austria. What is different is that youths hijacked the lateral-thinkers protests in Eindhoven on Sunday.

Some fascist hooligans complained on social media that they were beaten up by migrant youths in the process. In some videos, youths chanted anti-Semitic slurs. So these are all far-right and anti-Semitic youth? No, but even though I of course condemn all far-right and anti-Semitic behavior, it’s not that simple.

It is a difficult and complex situation. An attempt to explain the Corona riots in the Netherlands.

About 250 social media accounts and tweets temporarily blocked over ‘grave threat to public order’.

Twitter on Monday temporarily blocked dozens of accounts and tweets in India at the Hindu nationalist government’s request, including those of a prominent news magazine and farmers staging mass protests in the capital.

An Information Technology ministry source told the AFP news agency the government had directed the social media giant to act against about 250 Twitter accounts and tweets that posed a “grave threat to public order”.
