From early yesterday morning we’re all longing to know who the detainees are. Who has been dragged off to Madrid in chains to face the High Terrorist Courts? BLACK FLAG GROUP PRESS RELEASE – FIJL (MADRID) ON THE REPRESSION IN SABADELL
Today, in the morning from 15 to 16 May, the information our group have through Catalan comrades is: the High Court has issued several arrest warrants, five in all, but when we write this statement , they can confirm only one.
The media, meanwhile, have been devoted to drop half-truths, criminalizations information without contrast,etc. Nothing new on the table.
Because the name of our group (and the link to our old blog) has been widely reported in the media and social networks (there have even been using our seal and other graphic allusions to our group), we clarify that the Madrid Bandera Negra (Black Flag) Group, joined the Iberian Federation of Libertarian Youth, for obvious geographical reasons, we have nothing to do with the news of police kidnappings this morning of Wednesday 15 that have occurred in Sabadell. This is pretty obvious to anyone who stops to compare the information at least to see that the territorial scope of our group is limited to Madrid.
That said, we also show our solidarity with the arrested person (we insist that we know so far only one), as well as any others that manage Llibertari Ateneo de Sabadell and who have been mugged by the Mossos d’Esquadra the morning of the 15th, by direct order of the Court.
As far as we know, this whole mess is due to a fragile facebook page and charges of praising terrorism. This has served as an excuse for the state mercenaries entering the Libertarian Ateneo de Sabadell and stealing various materials, as well as serving to sow fear and doubt in the Catalan anarchist movement and the rest of the state territory. The State shows its most hard face again and treats us to a show of force to remind us that it retains its full power and repressivion ready to fall on anyone who questioned the logic of this system and dares fight back.
.The media has followed a recognizable pattern in recent years in trying to criminalize anarchism with arrests and slandering of strong anarchist militants. A constant barrage of press and television describing us as terrorists, anti systemites or violence makers. These categories meet the goal of creating media figures to legitimize repression in the eyes of the public. In an evil group, press, police and judges dance in unison in order to isolate, criminalize and persecute the anarchist ideal.
For those who are still putting faith and expectations in bourgeois justice, all this infamous operation has been led by National Court Judge Santiago Pedraz. This despicable subject, was elevated as a role model for many dropping the file of the case against the detainees in the events over the protests of “Surround the Congress” last September but now gives legal protection to the persecution of the anarchist movement . Once again it is clear that judges are part of a judicial system that only serves as a tool of repression to maintain order.
Again, the National Court exposes its fascist totalitarian origin pursuing dissidents against the authoritarian regime in which we live. For over a year, harassment and arrests by the Spanish State being carried out against the anarchist movement in its territory have only increased exponentially. The many arrests that have happened in Barcelona since the strike of 29-M, all arrests and fines being carried out against anarchists in the rest of the state and harassment being carried out by the State against any dissent merely corroborates the violent and authoritarian control of the machine.
Therefore, we continue to denounce repressive actions of the state and its tools to exercise ever greater social control, such as schooling (as well as being an indoctrinating element), the magistrates, the police and media, the real means of disseminating the regime’s propaganda. We will continue to denounce their repressive role and continue to fight for the freedom of all prisoners and against any authority.
For us repression is the logical answer that the system gives to his threats. We refuse to accept the role of helpless victims and pretend to be perfect citizens who have never broken a plate. We are anarchists and we put our emphasis on propaganda and cultural diffusion, but we also believe in the need to fight against all that oppresses us, outside parliament and other institutions of the system. The solidarity and direct action are theoretical and practical approaches with which we function in our day to day. Against their attacks we will not bow down, we will respond.

COMUNICADO DEL GRUPO BANDERA NEGRA – FIJL (MADRID) ANTE LA REPRESIÓN EN SABADELL
A día de hoy, en la madrugada del 15 al 16 de mayo, la información que tiene nuestro Grupo a través de compañeros catalanes es la siguiente: la Audiencia Nacional ha dictado varias órdenes de detenciones, cinco en total, pero cuando se escribe este comunicado, solo se tiene confirmada una. Los medios de comunicación, por su parte, se han dedicado a soltar medias verdades, información sin contrastar y criminalizaciones varias. Nada nuevo sobre la mesa.
Dado que el nombre de nuestro Grupo (y el enlace a nuestro antiguo blog) ha sido ampliamente difundido por los medios de comunicación y las redes sociales (donde incluso se han utilizado nuestro sello y otras alusiones gráficas a nuestro grupo), queremos aclarar que el Grupo Bandera Negra de Madrid, adherido a la Federación Ibérica de Juventudes Libertarias, por obvias razones geográficas, no tenemos nada que ver con las noticias de secuestros que a lo largo de la mañana de este miércoles 15 decían haberse producido en Sabadell. Esto es bastante obvio para cualquiera que se pare a contrastar la información lo más mínimo, al ver que el ámbito de actuación territorial de nuestro grupo se circunscribe a Madrid.
Dicho esto, queremos mostrar también nuestra solidaridad con la persona detenida (insistimos en que de momento solo tenemos conocimiento de una sola), así como con aquellas otras que gestionan el Ateneu Llibertari de Sabadell y que se han visto asaltadas por los Mossos d’Esquadra la mañana del 15, por orden directa de la Audiencia Nacional.
Por lo que tenemos conocimiento, todo este embrollo se debe a una página de facebook y frágiles acusaciones de enaltecimiento del terrorismo. Esto ha servido de excusa para que los mercenarios del Estado entren en el Ateneo Libertario de Sabadell y robaran diverso material; así como servir para sembrar el miedo y la duda a todo el entorno anarquista catalán y del resto del territorio estatal. El Estado muestra su cara más dura nuevamente y nos obsequia con una demostración de fuerza para recordarnos que ahí está toda su potencia represiva presta y dispuesta a caer sobre todo aquel que cuestione la lógica de este sistema y ose combatirlo.
La canallada ha seguido un patrón fácilmente reconocible en los últimos años a la hora de intentar criminalizar al anarquismo: detenciones y fuertes difamaciones contra los militantes anarquistas. Un constante bombardeo en prensa y televisión de palabras comoterrorismo,antisistema o violentos. Estas categorías cumplen el objetivo de crear figuras mediáticas para legitimar la represión a ojos de la llamada opinión pública. En un maquiavélico aquelarre, prensa, policía y jueces danzan al unísono con el fin de aislar, criminalizar y perseguir al ideal anarquista.
Para todos aquellos que aún siguen poniendo Fe y expectativas en la justicia burguesa, toda está operación infame ha sido comandada por el Juez de la Audiencia Nacional Santiago Pedraz. Este despreciable sujeto, fue elevado como ejemplo a seguir por muchos por el archivo de la causa contra los detenidos en los hechos acontecidos durante las protestas de “Rodea el Congreso” del pasado mes de septiembre y ahora da amparo legal a la persecución del movimiento anarquista. Una vez más queda claro que los jueces son parte de un sistema judicial que solo sirve como herramienta represiva para mantener el orden establecido.
Nuevamente, la Audencia Nacional hace gala de su origen fascista y totalitario al perseguir aquellas expresiones disidentes del régimen autoritario en que vivimos. Desde hace ya más de un año, el acoso y las detenciones que por parte del Estado español se vienen llevando a cabo contra el movimiento anarquista en su territorio no ha hecho sino incrementarse exponencialmente. Las múltiples detenciones que se han vivido en Barcelona desde la huelga del 29-M, todas las detenciones y multas que se están llevando a cabo contra anarquistas en el resto del territorio estatal y, en general, el hostigamiento que se está llevando a cabo por el Estado contra cualquier disidencia no hacen sino corroborar el carácter violento y autoritario de esa máquina de control.
Por todo ello, seguiremos denunciando la actividad represiva del Estado y de sus herramientas para ejercer ese mayor control social, como son la escuela (en tanto que elemento adoctrinador), la magistratura, la policía y los medios de comunicación, auténticos medios de difusión de la propaganda del régimen. Seguiremos denunciando su papel represivo y seguiremos luchando por la libertad de todas las personas presas y contra toda forma autoridad.
Para nosotros la represión es la respuesta lógica que el sistema da contra sus amenazas. Nos negamos a aceptar el papel de víctimas desamparadas y a mostrarnos como perfectos ciudadanos que nunca hemos roto un plato. Somos anarquistas y ponemos nuestro énfasis en la propaganda y la difusión cultural, pero también creemos en la necesidad de luchar contra todo lo que nos oprime, lejos de parlamentos y demás instituciones del sistema. La solidaridad y la acción directa son planteamientos teóricos y prácticos con los que funcionamos en nuestro día a día. Contra sus agresiones no agachamos la cabeza, respondemos.
