The Anarchist occupied social center ‘CSOA La Gatonera’ is getting heavy pressure from the new owners of the building, the ‘de-squat’ security company “Loman”.
The objective of the new owners, Lamero SL, is to force the abandonment of the building through threats to achieve a new real estate venture in a neighborhood (Carabanchel) where capitalist speculation is rife.
The owners clearly do not want to start the legal channels of eviction, their objective is to avoid waiting for the judicial order of eviction. This is an increasingly common practice by owners that requires a strong response.
More famous companies of thugs like the “Desokupa” (the biggest dedicated to getting rid of occupiers) and other less known ones, like “Loman” in this case, are responsible for the dirty work.
The State, for its part, has taken good note of this, launching a new law that seeks to speed up the evictions of squatted spaces.
We see this particular attack on this Anarchist Occupation project which has been prospering for more than 10 years as a new blow to squatting, within the plans of urban transformation that capitalism and the State are developing in cities.
The neighborhoods of the poor, called “workers”, are territory to be reconquered by voracious capitalism that seeks to generate new processes of exploitation and domination: persecution of the immigrant population and poverty, reinforcement of social control, increases in the price of rents and , of course, the repression of those elements such as squatting projects.
The persecution of squatted social spaces by the State seeks to undermine projects that serve as formulas of struggle that question the totality of these processes: private property, the State and its democratic mediation and capitalist speculators (banks, entrepreneurs, real estate …).
In parallel, the neighborhoods are being adapted to the interests of a new profile of inhabitant with purchasing power (ie. lots of cash), enough to be able to afford the delights of new consumer offers. Spaces and streets where relationships are being reduced to the constant flow of money and merchandise in multinational companies and chains.
The only tolerated relationship is the one mediated by consumption. All this in an environment of pacification and social domestication, perfectly monitored, regulated and ordered.
Faced with this, we call for the implementation of solidarity with CSOA La Gatonera, understood as an extension of the conflict and the struggle.
Let each one choose their most appropriate formula of resistance. There is no negotiation with the owners, nor with the State and its representatives: only direct action and self-organization. 
Resist the thugs, resist the security companies, resist the evictions … it is a fight proposal that requires propagation of the struggle and sharpening of our claws:
A Closed Fist to the enemy .. An open hand to our comrades!

El CSO Anarquista La Gatonera está atravesando un proceso de presiones por parte de la nueva propiedad del edificio, a través de la empresa de seguridad “Loman”.
El objetivo de la nueva propiedad, la inmobiliaria Lamero SL, es conseguir mediante amenazas el abandono del edificio para completar un nuevo pelotazo inmobiliario en un barrio (Carabanchel) donde la especulación capitalista ha puesto su foco.
La Propiedad ha sido clara: no quiere empezar los cauces legales de desalojo. El objetivo es agilizar los trámites legales y evitar la espera de la orden judicial de desalojo o desahucio. Una práctica cada vez más habitual por parte de los propietarios que requiere de una respuesta contundente. Empresas de matones más mediáticas como “Desokupa” o como en este caso, otras menos conocidas como “Loman”, se encargan del trabajo sucio.
El Estado, por su parte, ha tomado buena nota de ello, poniendo en marcha una nueva ley que busca agilizar los desalojos de espacios okupados.
Entendemos este ataque en concreto a este proyecto okupado con más de 10 años de vida como un nuevo golpe a la okupación, dentro de los planes de transformación urbana que el capitalismo y el Estado están desarrollando en las ciudades.
Los barrios de los pobres, llamados “obreros”, son territorio a reconquistar por el capitalismo voraz que busca generar nuevos procesos de explotación y dominación: persecución a la población inmigrante y a la pobreza, reforzamiento del control social, subidas del precio de los alquileres y, por supuesto, la represión a aquellos elementos como los proyectos de okupación.
La persecución a los espacios okupados por parte del Estado busca socavar proyectos que sirven como fórmulas de lucha que cuestionan la totalidad de estos procesos: la propiedad privada, el Estado y su mediación democrática y a especuladores capitalistas (bancos, empresarios, inmobiliarias…).
De forma paralela, los barrios van adaptándose acorde a los intereses de un nuevo perfil de habitante con poder adquisitivo (o sea, pasta) suficiente para poder permitirse las delicias de las nuevas ofertas de consumo: el espacio, las calles, las relaciones, se ven reducidas al constante flujo del de dinero y la mercancía en empresas y cadenas multinacionales.
La única relación tolerada es la mediada por el consumo. Todo ello en un ambiente de pacificación y domesticación social, perfectamente vigilado, reglamentado y ordenado.
Frente a esto, hacemos un llamado a la puesta en práctica de la solidaridad con el CSOA La Gatonera, entendida esta como extensión del conflicto y la lucha.
Que cada cual elija la fórmula más apropiada. No hay negociación con los propietarios, ni con el Estado y sus representantes: solo acción directa y autoorganización.
Resistir a los matones, resistir a las empresas de seguridad, resistir a los desalojos… es una propuesta de lucha que requiere de la propagación de la lucha y afilar las garras:
