The head of the Russian National Center for Defense Management, Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev, stated on Saturday that the humanitarian situation in Ukraine is rapidly deteriorating, and has already reached “catastrophic” levels in some cities.

El jefe del Centro Nacional de Gestión de Defensa ruso, el coronel general Mijaíl Mizíntsev, declaró este sábado que la situación humanitaria en Ucrania se está deteriorando rápidamente, y que ya ha alcanzado niveles «catastróficos» en algunas ciudades.

Asimismo, señaló que las autoridades ucranianas siguen «afirmando cínicamente que no hay civiles ni extranjeros que deseen salir hacia el territorio de Rusia«. «El aumento diario del número de llamamientos recibidos a través de diversos canales de comunicación de ciudadanos ucranianos y extranjeros con solicitudes de evacuación sugiere lo contrario«, dijo, agregando que Defensa recibió más de 2,6 millones de peticiones de evacuación del territorio de Ucrania.

In the South, the situation in Mariupol remains tense. No mass evacuation of civilians from the city has been carried out so far.

The DPR PM reported that on March 12, 8 firing points and 1 militant stronghold have been destroyed. 3 modernized T-64 BV tanks and 1 BMP were captured. 5 servicemen of the 36th Marine Brigade of the AFU laid down their weapons.
25 civilians, including 7 children, were evacuated from the liberated houses.
The Russian Defence Ministry reported that Ukrainian nationalist forces besieged in Mariupol carried out a looting raid on residential buildings in Mariupol, shooting resisting citizens. Ukrainian forces are now suffering from lack of sources, including petrol. Robbing civilians is their last chance.

Indonesia Readies To Ratify Minamata Convention
Climate Action Moreland has joined more than 200 organisations globally in signing a letter to remove 3.5 Gigatons of CO2 emissions between 2025 and 2050 by ending toxic lighting. The letter is targeted at Heads of Delegations to COP4.2 of the Minamata Convention on Mercury.
It would also avoid 232 metric tons of mercury pollution from leaking into the environment between 2025-2050, both from the lamps themselves and from avoided burning of coal in power plants.
The open letter asks that the fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Minamata Convention on Mercury (COP-4) – Second segment – must deliver on its mission to Make Mercury History and phase-out toxic mercury-containing fluorescent lighting. The meeting is on March 21, 2022.

Bizarre and frightening. But now we find out the US has hundreds of such illegal biowarfare labs around the world.
And what’s more up to 30 of them are/were in Ukraine, with 2 brand new super expensive ones due to be commissioned in Kyiv, and hurriedly dismantled when the war began.
3 0f them are just north of Kiev right in the area of the great push south from the Belarus border to besiege the capital and ostensibly demilitarize and de-natzify Ukraine. .see maps.
