The agent of the Spanish National Police Force R.M.F., with the false identity of Ramón Martínez Hernández, infiltrated the popular and anti-fascist movement in Valencia for two years through Cuidem Benimaclet and the Occupied Anarchist Social Center l’Horta (CSOA)

In June 2020, an agent of the Spanish National Police Force (CNP) infiltrated the pro-independence left and the movement for the right to housing in Barcelona under the false identity of Marc Hernàndez Pons.

It was not an isolated case. In parallel, another Spy Cop joined the occupied La Cinètika Anarchist Social Center to infiltrate the social movements of the Catalan capital under the false identity of Daniel Hernàndez Pons.

Two weeks after uncovering the second infiltrator, this medium has been able to confirm that they were not alone. We discovered a third police Spycop.

In March of 2020, a young man who called himself Ramón Martínez Hernández was introduced to the popular movement of Valencia.

As La Directa has certified thanks to a long and meticulous investigation, his real identity corresponds to the initials R.M.F., he is an agent of the Spanish police and originally from a coastal municipality in the Catalan region of Baix Llobregat (although in the Valencian activism he presenting himself as a being from Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona) where he resided until he joined the police school in Ávila.

An expert specialized in criminalistics has drawn up a physiognomic report on behalf of Directa with images of the real and fictitious identities of the infiltrator. Photographs of his youth and his time as an activist in Valencia are compared and it is concluded that, “without any doubt, the photographs correspond to one and the same person”.

The revelation of this new case of espionage and the multiple links between all three police officers show that we are dealing with a coordinated operation to spy on the left-wing and anti-capitalist activism of the Catalan Countries, under the baton of the general commissioner of information Eugenio Pereiro Blanco and under a hierarchical structure headed by the Spanish Minister of the Interior Fernando Grande-Marlaska.

Undercover agent Ramón Martínez Hernández took the oath of office as a career officer of the Spanish Police on June 13, 2019, two years after entering the National Police School in Ávila, where all the CNP agents.

But, through the Telegram group of Cuidem Benimaclet – which is a member of EntreBarris, a network of collectives and neighborhood associations of the neighborhoods of Valencia–, in which he had already entered, the police mole continued to be informed of the debates and actions that arose during confinement.

The Spy Cop going by the name Ramón Martínez entered the associative fabric of a neighborhood that has become the epicenter of the city’s social struggles and community networks. Coinciding with the relaxation of measures against covid-19, he integrated into the activism of the Occupied Anarchist Social Center l’Horta (CSOA) by joining the group that practices the combat sport of muay thai, and Grama, the Benimaclet food recycling and distribution network.

The National Police have abandoned the illegally evicted Casal Social Okupado Anarquista de L’Horta (CSOA l’Horta) in the Valencian neighborhood of Benimaclet after 10:30 a.m. this Monday and dozens of activists have proceeded to ‘reoccupy’ it, although there had previously been a police charge.

Through this last space, he joined the support group for the migrant community that lives in La Garrofera, an abandoned building that had been a dairy plant. From here he made the jump to the anti-fascist movement in Valencia, becoming an active militant in mobilizations and direct actions. This led him to attend several events and political acts and the demonstration in tribute to the young anti-fascist murdered by the far-right Guillem Agulló, held on April 11, 2021 in Burjassot (l’Horta Nord).

One of the most decorated soldiers in US military history, Butler knew what he was talking about, famously writing that war is “…conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many.”

While he lamented the loss of his fallen comrades and despite the gongs he received for defending his country, Butler came to understand that he was actually a “high class muscle man for big business, for Wall Street and the bankers.” Later, the historian Antony C. Sutton proved that Butler was right.

When the US administration of George Bush passed its Foreign Operations Appropriation Law in 1991, it ended all US credit to the former, thriving socialist republic of Yugoslavia. At the time the perception on the Hill was that Yugoslavia was no longer required as a buffer zone between the NATO states and their former Warsaw Pact adversaries, so its independent socialism was no longer tolerated.

The US military industrial complex, that Butler and Eisenhower told everyone to tackle, effectively destabilised the entire Balkan region, destroyed hitherto relatively peaceful countries and then fuelled the resultant wars with its pet Islamist terrorists. Russia announced it will consider the use of depleted uranium akin to a nuclear attack.

DU dust can be inhaled, ingested, or absorbed through scratches in the skin. It is linked to DNA damage, cancer, birth defects, and multiple other health problems, and contaminates the surrounding area with toxic waste that has a half-life of 4.5 billion years,

Konstantin Gavrilov, head of the Russian delegation to the Vienna Negotiations on Military Security and Arms Control, said during a plenary meeting of the OSCE Forum for Security Cooperation:

“We know that Leopard 2 tanks, as well as Bradley and Marder armored fighting vehicles, can use depleted uranium shells, which can contaminate terrain, just like it happened in Yugoslavia and Iraq,” he said. “If Kiev were to be supplied with such munitions for the use in western heavy military hardware, we would regard it as the use of ‘dirty nuclear bombs’ against Russia, with all the consequences that entails.”

The USG and NATO have stocked depleted beryllium and uranium ammunition in Europe. Bradley Fighting Vehicles, according to the CIA’s propaganda conduit, Voice of America, will soon arrive in Ukraine.

The M242 gun mounted on the Bradleys uses Depleted Uranium (DU) ammunition. Additionally, the Challenger tanks the UK is sending use 120 mm sabot rounds surrounded by a jacket of DU.

“DU is used throughout Afghanistan and Iraq, mostly in aircraft, tank, and Bradley Fighting Vehicle ammunition,” reports Iraq Veterans Against the War.

During the Iraq invasion, the USG fired DU rounds into civilian neighborhoods. “Coordinates revealing where US jets and tanks fired nearly 10,000 DU rounds in Iraq during the war in 2003 have been obtained by the Dutch peace group Pax,” The Guardian reported in 2014.

According to [the IKV Pax Christi] report, which is due to be published this week, the data shows that many of the DU rounds were fired in or near populated areas of Iraq, including As Samawah, Nasiriyah and Basrah. At least 1,500 rounds were also aimed at troops, the group says.

It should be noted that an attempt to verify this information on the IKV Pax Christi website produces a page warning the site is dangerous and may have been hijacked. In other words, it was decided information about DU poisoning in Iraq and Afghanistan, including serious birth defects, is not something distracted plebs should be allowed to read.

In 2013, the World Health Organization attempted to downplay DU contamination in Iraq. Remarkably, and at odds with ample evidence, the WHO reported findings on spontaneous abortion, stillbirths, and congenital birth defects in Iraq “are consistent with or even lower than international estimates. The study provides no clear evidence to suggest an unusually high rate of congenital birth defects in Iraq.”

It really is amazing webpages posting this information disappear. Instead, I will link to The Guardian’s post on the topic which is, obviously, too controversial for the average citizen of the West. After all, if such information revealing the psychopathy of the USG and its national security state-created “defense” department were readily available, people may oppose, in far larger numbers than now, the USG’s role in Ukraine.

Iraq did not have WMDs, as Bush and his neocons insisted despite a complete lack of evidence, and therefore could not respond effectively to the invasion of its country. This is far from the case with Russia.

Both Gavrilov and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, along with Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, have warned that the delivery of long-range missiles to the Zelenskyy regime, as Volodin is quoted as saying by Sputnik International, “will lead to a global disaster and retaliatory measures from Moscow with the use of more powerful weapons.”

Gavrilov stressed Moscow will “undertake harsh retaliatory actions” if the USG persists in delivering long-range missiles and also depleted uranium, which Russia considers on par with a “dirty bomb.”

It is now manifestly apparent the West is eager to attack Russian cities. It will provide top-shelf weapons to accomplish its mission of destroying Russia, killing thousands if not millions of its people, and busting the country into malleable little dictatorships dutifully following neoliberal orders.

Russia will not do this. It remembers, every May 8, the “Great Patriotic War” that defeated the Nazi Wehrmacht as Operation Barbarossa, the largest invasion in history, came to a grinding halt amidst the brutal Russian winter.

The German Generalplan Ost to engage in ethnic cleansing, the genocide of “untermenschen,” and the colonization of Eastern Europe (lebensraum) is conservatively estimated to have killed 26 million Russians .

A new study shows an association between depleted uranium, used by the US during the Iraq war, and the risk of birth defects in Iraqi children.

In the years following 2003, the U.S. military dotted Iraq with over 500 military bases, many of them close to Iraqi cities. These cities suffered the impacts of bombs, bullets, chemical and other weapons, but also the environmental damage of open burn pits on U.S. bases, abandoned tanks and trucks, and the storage of weapons on U.S. bases, including depleted uranium weapons. Below is an excerpt from the essay “Birth Strike: a Story in Arguments” from The Nerves and Their Endings by Jessica Gaitan Johannesson.

Birth Strike movement was founded in the UK in early 2019 and dismantled in September 2020. As part of a wider sounding of the climate alarm, its founders sought to bring attention to the way in which the current economic system and the resulting climate, societal and environmental collapse are making some too afraid to become parents.

Although the group firmly declared that they didn’t see the climate crisis as being driven by population numbers, but exploitation and inequality, their message was repeatedly misconstrued through the lens of the population argument.

I was supposed to be doing something, hooking one productive hour onto another, but the babies caught my eye for the reason that they would never exist. The sound of them would never crawl out of a hypothesis.

One of the women had founded a campaign group, whose aim was to demand urgent governmental action on the climate crisis, including a decarbonization of the economy, but also to open a space of solidarity with others who were too afraid to become parents due to environmental collapse.

“You don’t want to pass that fear on,” the interviewer offered, nodding, as if this particular fear was a genetic condition, lurking in the blood. “I’m concerned there is no future,” the woman, Blythe, said in answer, which should put an end to any condition, blood-carried or otherwise.

The most recent climate models demonstrate that we’re heading for 5 °C of warming by the end of the century, depending on the roles of aerosols, cloud cover, feedback loops. If I had you now, you’d be over eighty years old by 2100.

The strip at the bottom of the screen read: “The women not having kids because of climate change.”

It didn’t mention that they were choosing not to bear children. The existence of a choice appeared to go without saying, as if the climate crisis couldn’t force childlessness upon anyone, or make us do anything that we don’t want to do. It seemed so perfectly possible to have that kind of life, to parent someone into the future, just not for us and in this late segment of history.

Over a cup of coffee and on an average morning, laughing at your father’s improvised songs and barefoot filth covering the carpet, eighty years seems ancient. What promised an autumnal lid of a day with thick rain on the inside has lifted to reveal blood red, pumpkin orange, a river green—the possibility of change in all directions. Eighty years carry an uncertain, therefore endless, number of our weirdo, theatrical mornings.

Drowned Migrants

As if what the climate models said was: we guarantee that your child will live till eighty. They are rather saying the opposite—that I’d never be able to tell you, honestly: “don’t worry, you’ll live until you’re very old.”

Sitting at our kitchen table, chomping on oat cakes, this “not having kids” acted as a lifeline, making it deceivingly straightforward to grab, to hold on to. I kept chomping, one bite elation, one bite “what the hell is this new thing now?,” whilst immediately looking up the Birth Strike website. .

I sent them an email with the subject line “Others who feel like this.” Next, I texted Adam who was at work, equal parts bored and terrified for quite a few months now. Rude customers never give you the impression that they know about existential threats; the need for impeccable service overshadows any sharing of vulnerability.

Lately, more young children had started coming in to the shop where he worked, which was unusual, considering it was a whisky shop. He described them as “flirty,” by which he meant that they tried to engage him in conversation as he shelved Lagavulin. Their parents would look over to him and say things like “oh, she likes you!”—always with a thicker-than-usual Northern accent when he was relaying the scene.

My theory was that encounters with small humans took him back to Bradford. He didn’t know what to do with their willingness to acknowledge him as a fellow inhabitant of earth, and his subsequent reaction: something like joy. It seemed so perfectly possible to have that kind of life, to parent someone into the future, just not for us and in this late segment of history.

On Wednesday, February 9th, 2023, the University of Michigan welcomed a variety of military and government recruiters into its Career Fair in Ann Arbor. The U.S. Navy, the National Security Agency, and other militaristic organizations, were provided stands to promote US imperialism and occupation– and to recruit many young students to their ranks.

In protest, a series of disruptions against these recruiters took place throughout the day. Multiple people pushed passed the registration desk carrying banners that said “Stop Camp Grayling” and chanting “No prisons, no borders, fuck your law and order,” emphasizing the Army’s plan to expand an already massive and environmentally-damaging National Guard training facility in Grayling, Michigan. The actions converged in a rally outside of the career fair, where protesters chanted “Stop Cop City” and “Fascist, racist all the way, US army, go away!” and passed out flyers to incoming students to warn them against working for the US war machine.

Another group sprayed red food coloring on the NSA and U.S. Navy displays, and were then detained for several hours while the U of M police refused to give information about their whereabouts or status to concerned friends and supporters. They were eventually released, but this just demonstrates how the University of Michigan continues to support the military industrial complex by unlawfully holding detainees for extended time and refusing to provide information on them to outsiders.

We will not stand by while the University of Michigan continues to support and help recruit people into the US military-industrial complex. We will not stand by while the state expands its capacity to brutally repress our communities by expanding Camp Grayling in Michigan and building Cop City in Atlanta.
