They were 123 days in jail and now Judge Santiago Pedraz ordered the sheving of the case against five anarchists arrested on May 15, 2013 on charges of supporting terrorism and drug trafficking. In an act dated 20 November 2015, the Central Court of Instruction number one of the Audiencia Nacional considers that “the commission of the offense that led to the initiation of the preliminary investigation has not been sufficiently accredited. ” The operation was launched by the Central Information Division of the Autonomous Police and marked the entry and registration by force, with corresponding damage to several homes -especially in the housing Avinyonet Penedès and Anarchist Workers Center Ateneo de Sabadell.

El juez archiva la causa contra cinco anarquistas de Barcelona que pasaron 123 días en la cárcel
Estuvieron 123 días en prisión y, ahora, el juez Santiago Pedraz ordena el archivo de la causa contra cinco anarquistas detenidos el 15 de mayo de 2013 bajo la acusación de apología del terrorismo y tráfico de estupefacientes.
En un auto fechado a 20 de noviembre de 2015 el titular del Juzgado Central de Instrucción 1 de la Audiencia Nacional española considera que “no ha quedado suficientemente acreditado la comisión del hecho delictivo que dio lugar a la incoación de las diligencias previas” .
La operación fue impulsada por la División Central de Información de los Mossos, y supuso la entrada y registro por la fuerza, con las correspondientes destrozos, a varios domicilios -en especial a una vivienda de Avinyonet del Penedès – y al Ateneo Libertario de Sabadell.

Los agentes de la policía catalana los acusaron de haber creado un grupo de Facebook desde donde se hacía supuesta apología de la violencia y, a raíz de ello, el poder judicial consideró que se les podía encausar por delitos de terrorismo .
El verano de hace dos años se hicieron manifestaciones en Barcelona bajo el lema “Libertad 5 anarquistas de Barcelona” y “Libertad Silvia, Yolanda, Juan, Xabier y Jose”.
El 16 de septiembre de 2013 quedaron en libertad, a la espera de juicio, pero durante meses han tenido que ir semanalmente a firmar en la Ciudad de la Justicia. Después de pasar por numerosas cárceles de España, incluso, en régimen de aislamiento, el juez considera que no hay delito.

El proper dimarts 24-N, la companya ha de declarar com acusada en un judici pels fets ocorreguts l’agost de 2012 en un desallotjament a Badalona.  Els càrrecs són “atemptat contra l’autoritat”, “llançament d’explosiu”, “usurpació” i “desobediència”. La petició fiscal és de 3 anys i 6 mesos.
En aquests moments es troba en llibertat provisional a l’espera d’un altre judici en que se l’acusa de pertinença a organització criminal terrorista de caire anarquista.
Som ja moltes les que ens trobem en aquesta situació de segrest o de llibertat simulada. Aquesta pressió un cop al carrer és la que fa servir l’Estat perquè siguem nosaltres mateixes qui ens posem els barrots al cap. Pretenen paralitzar-nos, però la repressió només fa créixer la nostra solidaritat.
