Hace mas de 500 años que la prisión existe, y en todo este tiempo no han dejado de haber robos, tráfico de drogas, de personas y mucho menos se han acabado los maltratos, asesinatos o violaciones y esto es así, aparte de porque somos una sociedad enferma, porque la prisión, que fue creada para reeducar a las personas que han roto la ley, no ha cumplido ni cumple esta función, porque la prisión no es ninguna solución sino que es parte del problema.

Y decimos que es parte del problema porque nosotros queremos señalar los verdaderos intereses que se esconden detrás de las instituciones penitenciarias: por un lado mantener este sistema social y económico injusto y por el otro hacer que nos creamos la mentira de que las prisiones son necesarias.

The situation is more than intolerable . . . it is ridiculous . . . it is obscene. Our citizenry behaves like swine in the feedlots of the giant corporations and their rich owners. We eat the swill they slop down of toxic food, poisonous lies, mind-numbing media, and soul-crushing policies of oppression. We roll in the muck too moribund to rise up and organize for life, liberty, and love!

‘After 400,000 deaths in Syria the western states, media and UN are suddenly up in arms over the ‘horrific war crimes’ by the Assad regime in clearing the last Al Qaeda rebels from Aleppo’.

December 14, 2016 “Information Clearing House” – On Thursday, the Senate passed a bill that puts every American who travels by plane at risk. It is among the stupidest pieces of legislation ever written and it explains– to a great extent– why the US Congress has a public approval rating of 13 percent and is among the most loathed institutions in America.

The 2017 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) passed the House last Friday in a 375-34 vote. On Thursday, it cleared the senate with a 92 to 7 margin. The bill will now be sent to Obama where it is expected to be signed into law. According to an article on SOFREP titled “Congress authorizes anti-aircraft missiles for Syrian opposition”:

Amid massive protests, neoliberal government installed after coup aims to lock 20-year spending freeze into constitution

by Nadia Prupis, 12 Comments Brazil’s new neoliberal government has pushed through the most socially retrogressive austerity package in the world, as a United Nations official had warned on Friday, calling the proposed 20-year freeze on social spending a “radical measure, lacking in all nuance and compassion.”

Under President Michel Temer, who seized power after a coup ousted the democratically elected Dilma Rousseff, Brazil’s first female president, the spending freeze will be locked into the country’s constitution.

The senate held a final vote on the measure Tuesday 13th and it was passed by the servile corrupt politicians.

In response to the news, Philip Alston, the U.N. special rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights, decried the bill known as PEC55.

“This is a radical measure, lacking in all nuance and compassion,” he said in a statement, calling the package an attack on the poor. “It is completely inappropriate to freeze only social expenditure and to tie the hands of all future governments for another two decades.
