CRIMINAL charges have been filed against the Swiss drugs authority on behalf of six people allegedly injured by the Covid vaccination. A team of lawyers and scientists have compiled a comprehensive evidence report and have made publicly available around 1,200 items of evidence, arguing that Swissmedic has created a risk to public health which significantly exceeds that of SARS-CoV-2.
They assert that the authority approved the new gene therapeutics, although the minimum standards required by law were never met, citing a lack of evidence as to the effectiveness of the vaccines, the failure to minimise the risks associated with that approval, and failing to protect the health of consumers. As a result, it is alleged, the public was misled by incomplete and untrue information about the actual benefit-risk ratio of the so-called vaccination.

The bloc’s strategy has already led to devastation in Libya, Clare Daly argued
Irish MEP Clare Daly accused NATO of bringing “terror, death, lawlessness [and] rape” to Libya, and claimed that the US-led bloc’s strategy in Ukraine will yield similar results. Daly made her declaration after voting against a resolution calling for greater EU involvement in Libya.
Daly, along with fellow Irish leftist Mick Wallace, voted last week against a resolution that called on the EU to play “a more active role” in rebuilding war-torn Libya, including by setting up police and military units under the command of the UN-recognized Government of National Accord (GNA).
While the EU as a whole supports the GNA, the rival Libyan National Army (LNA) has the backing of France and has reportedly hired private military contractors from Russia to bolster its forces. Amid this ongoing power struggle, Daly sees NATO’s 2011 bombing campaign as the root of Libya’s problems.
“I voted against this report,” she declared, in a video posted to her Twitter page on Wednesday. “Its timing is pretty appropriate coming, as it does, a few short weeks after the 11th anniversary of the day Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi was killed during the NATO assault on Libya: sodomized with a bayonet and shot in the head.”

“The NATO intervention in Libya, carried out in the name of protecting freedom, democracy and human rights, is one we’d do well to remember as NATO plays out its proxy war in Ukraine in the name of, you’ve guessed it, freedom, democracy and human rights,” she continued.

Things at Twitter are going just fine! Remember when master tunnel-builder and brand new owner of Twitter Elon Musk told us all he’d be “forming a content moderation council with widely diverse viewpoints…”?
Well, apparently by “widely diverse viewpoints” he just meant listening to alt right snowflake Andy Ngo’s random tweets.
According to this article at The Intercept, after a recent public exchange on Twitter, in which Ngo accused CrimethInc, an anarchist collective and sometime publisher, of operating “like ISIS” and “making propaganda & training material to radicalize militants toward violence,” Musk had their account suspended.
“Musk’s goal in acquiring Twitter had nothing to do with ‘free speech’ — it was a partisan move to silence opposition, paving the way for fascist violence,” CrimethInc said in a statement sent to The Intercept.
The collective also explained that, on the morning of the suspension, it received an email from Twitter saying the company had “received a complaint regarding your account,” but had “investigated the reported content and have found that it is not subject to removal under the Twitter Rules.”
The group said it had received no further emails from Twitter to explain or justify the ban. “This suggests that the decision to ban our account shortly thereafter was dictated by Musk himself, without regard for the Twitter Rules or any other protocol other than his own apparent allegiance to the far right.”
According to The Intercept, CrimethInc isn’t the only lefty account that’s been suspended for having a political stance Musk (and Ngo) find disagreeable.
As the Los Angeles City Councilmember Mike Bonin noted on Twitter, the suspended users include Chad Loder, an antifascist researcher whose open-source investigation of the U.S. Capitol riot led to the identification and arrest of a masked Proud Boy who attacked police officers. The account of video journalist Vishal Pratap Singh, who reports on far-right protests in Southern California, has also been suspended.
This is bad! As much as we all thought of pre-Musk Twitter as a “hellsite” it was still the closest thing many activists had to a true town square in which people could exchange ideas in real time.
That seems to be on the way out, unless you get your history from three-minute YouTube videos recorded in a half-finished basement.
