On March 8, 2021, just a year ago was the last great demonstration that our country experienced,

just a year in which women returned to occupy the streets as a public space.

Just one year in which we show the whole society, the whole world, that the feminist and anarcho-feminist struggle is unstoppable because the values ​​it radiates of equality, solidarity, mutual support, justice, respect, anti-violence, dignity and freedom are universal.

We women want a social revolution, a social transformation with an anti-dogmatic, anti-patriarchal, anti-capitalist, anti-sectarian and libertarian direction, and these are values ​​of social inclusion, the values ​​of integral humanism as our Free Women (Mujeres Libres) of the last century rightly said.

We women fight for a new society in which all people fit, with the enormous, rich and varied diversity that we recognize ourselves and should recognize ourselves. A society of social justice, antiracial, anticolonial, without any type of discrimination based on sex, gender or personal identity.

As in other years, this 8M of 2021, women are going to commemorate the International Day of Working Women in the street. On this occasion, due to the health crisis situation caused by Covid-19, after having been criminalized, blamed, stigmatized and identified as the most responsible for the expansion of the pandemic after the large mobilizations of the past 8M 2020, women we have even more reasons to be the main protagonists of this day as our invisible and unpaid work has increased, the deterioration of our rights and the increased responsibility that society demands and imposes on us.

Once again we are the most sacrificed and discriminated against in the extreme situations that society suffers as a result of the health, social, economic crisis … that has caused the pandemic.

Women have once again been the ones who have been harmed with the greatest anger by the effects of it.

We talk about the teleworking that has been installed in our lives forcing us to remain locked up at home, working and taking care of the home, our daughters and sons, our elders, without physical contact between colleagues and with an uninterrupted daily schedule.

Assuming alone, in private, without recognition or remuneration, that domestic work, raising, caring, reproductive in short, which the productive system needs so much to continue functioning and which gives so much prominence to man to occupy public space.

The high number of ERTE and ERE [legalized mechanisms to justify dismissals in the Spanish State] that have been declared due to the difficult health situation that we are going through, has been imposed mostly on women, condemning them to undertake care work alone and limiting our professional development.

Women who work in health have had to assume a considerable increase in working hours and health risks due to the pandemic and many of them have even had to temporarily leave their home and family as a preventive measure.

The existing wage gap, both in employment and in the pension system, unemployment, inequality, exploitation and marginalization … have the face of a woman in this patriarchal, sexist, violent and capitalist society.

On International Working Women’s Day we cannot forget all those women deprived of liberty who are exploited by well-known and renowned companies.

For all this, for all the Free Women who preceded us, for all the murdered women, for all of us who suffered first-hand exploitation, precariousness and labor, social, economic and personal marginalization, for all our daughters and sons whom they have stolen the present and the future, and for much more, given the current situation, women, all, united, in complicity and with sisterhood, we are not going to take a step back in our struggle because equality is not a utopia.

8M de 2021: En la calle. Ni un paso atrás

El próximo 8 de Marzo de 2021 hace justo un año de la última gran manifestación que vivió nuestro país, justo un año en que las mujeres volvimos a ocupar las calles como espacio público. Justo un año en que mostramos a toda la sociedad, a todo el mundo, que la lucha feminista, anarcofeminista, es imparable porque los valores que irradia de igualdad, solidaridad, apoyo mutuo, justicia, respeto, antiviolencia, dignidad y libertad son universales.

Las mujeres pretendemos una revolución social, una transformación social con una dirección antidogmática, antipatriarcal, anticapitalista, antisectaria y libertaria y esos son valores de inclusión social, los valores del humanismo integral como acertadamente dijeron nuestras Mujeres Libres del pasado siglo.

Las mujeres luchamos por una sociedad nueva en la que quepamos todas las personas, con la enorme, rica y variada diversidad que nos reconocemos y deben reconocernos.

Una sociedad de justicia social, antirracial, anticolonial, sin ningún tipo de discriminación por motivo de sexo, género o identidad personal.

Al igual que otros años, este 8M de 2021, las mujeres vamos a volver a conmemorar en la calle, el Día Internacional de la Mujer Trabajadora.

En esta ocasión, debido a la situación de crisis sanitaria causada por la Covid-19, tras haber sido criminalizadas, culpabilizadas, estigmatizadas e identificadas como las máximas responsables de la expansión de la pandemia tras las grandes movilizaciones del pasado 8M de 2020, las mujeres tenemos aún más razones para ser las grandes protagonistas de este día al haberse visto incrementados nuestro trabajo invisible y no remunerado, el deterioro de nuestros derechos y el incremento de responsabilidad que nos exige e impone la sociedad.

Una vez más somos las mayores sacrificadas y discriminadas ante las situaciones extremas que sufre la sociedad como consecuencia de la crisis sanitaria, social, económica… que ha provocado la pandemia.

Las mujeres hemos vuelto a ser en quienes se han cebado con mayor inquina los efectos de la misma.

Hablamos del teletrabajo que se ha instalado en nuestras vidas obligándonos a permanecer encerradas en casa, trabajando y cuidando del hogar, de nuestras hijas e hijos, de nuestros mayores, sin contacto físico entre compañeras y con un horario diario ininterrumpido.

Asumiendo en soledad, en privado, sin reconocimiento ni remuneración ese trabajo doméstico, de crianza, de cuidados, reproductivo en suma, que tanto precisa el sistema productivo para seguir funcionando y que tanto protagonismo otorga al hombre para ocupar el espacio público.

El elevado número de ERTE y ERE [mecanismos legalizados para justificar despidos en el Estado español] que han sido declarados por la difícil situación sanitaria que estamos atravesando, ha sido impuesto en su gran mayoría a las mujeres, condenándolas a asumir solas el trabajo de cuidados y limitando nuestro desarrollo profesional.

Las mujeres que trabajan en la sanidad han tenido que asumir un considerable aumento de horario laboral y de riesgos sanitarios a causa de la pandemia e incluso, muchas de ellas, han tenido que abandonar temporalmente su hogar y su familia como medida de prevención.

La brecha salarial existente, tanto en lo laboral como en el sistema de pensiones, el paro, la desigualdad, la explotación y la marginación… tienen rostro de mujer en esta sociedad patriarcal, machista, violenta y capitalista.

En el Día Internacional de la Mujer Trabajadora no podemos olvidar a todas aquellas mujeres privadas de libertad que son explotadas laboralmente por conocidas y renombradas empresas.

Por todo ello, por todas las Mujeres Libres que nos precedieron, por todas las asesinadas, por todas las que sufrimos en primera persona la explotación, precariedad y marginación laboral, social, económica y personal, por todas nuestras hijas e hijos a las que han robado el presente y el futuro, y por mucho más, ante la situación actual, las mujeres, todas, unidas, en complicidad y con sororidad, no vamos a dar ni un paso atrás en nuestra lucha porque la igualdad no sea una utopía.
