Biden thanked the Spanish government after forcing it to again enlarge the NATO anti-ICBM based in Rota, making it a prime frontline target for the looming 40% chance of Nuclear War with Russia. Eliminating Spain with its elite US ‘anti missile missiles’ is a key to the first minutes of the war.

Though sure to enrage the Far Right the arrival of more hard-working and entrepreneurial Spanish speaking Latin American immigrants will be a de facto boost to the Spanish economy.

Less acceptable in Spain is the recognition of Moroccan rule over ‘Spanish Sahara’ at US and Israeli bidding. The decision flouts the UN and African Union, and for profit accepts the Moroccan invasion, occupation and genocide of the Sahara.

Morocco’s invasion of the Sahara, now accepted by the US and Spain, is arguably ethically far worse than Russia’s invasion of Donbas which after all has the justification of protecting a besieged ethnic Russian minority.

Alexander Bastrykin explained that the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons stipulates that states parties undertake to take measures to prohibit such weapons within their territory.
