So last night, I was peacefully working on a philosophical article, and then I had the misfortune of reading the news. 😜
I mean of course we are being set up for yet another “two weeks to flatten the curve,” and of course they just barely let us breathe a bit for the summer—only to come down on us like a hammer later—but still. The terror campaign is in the air, and I hereby register my total contempt.
By the way, under the old normal, I would just ignore the lamentably irresponsible journos and their abysmally sensationalist coverage—but there is more to this than irresponsible journalism! Our psyches are still recovering from 2020. Remember 2020?
Well, it’s 2022. And we are happy to introduce the upgraded, shiny, invisible, “undetectable by PCR” but obviously very scary variant—in addition to moneypox, Marburg, the probably more dangerous-than-ever flu, the formidable giant African snail, the new tick-borne disease, and so on.
Anyone who cares about peace, democracy and human rights must worry about Turkey and the threat that the Turkish government poses to prospects of peace in the Middle East and beyond.
“Erdogan has promised a new invasion and cannot easily back down from his self appointed role as emperor of an expanding Turkey. Russia did give way and gave him Fly Permission to destroy and genocide Afrin in 2018, signing a new pipeline deal the same day. This time round Russia is acting tough in defending Syria and acting its role as ceasefire guarantor , but it can ill afford to antagonize Turkey who control entry to the Black Sea, etc. “
While Turkey’s NATO allies obediently echo Turkey’s rhetoric about Turkey’s “justified security concerns”, despite the absence of any justification, Turkey daily attacks the security of citizens in Syria, in Iraq, and within its own borders, and attempts to extend this insecurity to other parts of Europe.
Thousands of people joined a demonstration in Tel Rifaat town of the Shehba Canton on Sunday 10th Nov 2019 in protest at the Turkish state’s invasion and genocidal practices in northern Syria. 40% of the population of Efrin (Afrin) now survive in a semi no-man’s land, defended by the multi-ethnic SDF of AANES, after expulsion by the Turkish invasion, plantation and Turkification of their homes and properties
As British lawyers denounced Turkish complicity in Yazidi genocide, in a detailed report launched at the House of Lords, Turkey continued their assault on the border areas of northern Syria and Iraq, killing and wounding civilians and forcing the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria to declare a state of emergency and build closer defensive links with Damascus and Iran.
And as Turkish planes terrorised villagers still trying to survive and eke out a living in the lands around Manbij and Tal Rifaat, Kurdish dissidents in Sweden and other parts of Europe faced new hostility as a result of Turkish extortion.
Turkish complicity in Yazidi genocide
The United Nations’ Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide was written in the aftermath of the Second World War in the hope of making ‘never again’ a reality.
It is now nearly eight years since ISIS began their main attack against the Yazidis in August 2014, when over 5,000 men and older women were killed and over 6,000 women and children were enslaved.
This Yazidi Womens Brigade joined the SDF as they closed in on the ISIS HQ in Raqqa in 2018.”We can not remain impassive in the face of the genocide committed by Erdogan and his fascist state against the Kurdish people….
The report published this week was compiled by the Yazidi Justice Committee, which was formed by British human-rights lawyers in 2020 to look at evidence against states associated with the genocide with the object of holding them accountable in an international court.
For the international statesmen and women lining up to appease their NATO ally, Turkey, it should be essential reading.
There have been a few trials of individual ISIS members, but, as Helena Kennedy QC and Professor David Alton explain in the foreword, “An ocean of impunity exists in relation to the Yazidi genocide. As ISIS is a fictional state, it is deemed in law to be ‘a non-state actor’ and, therefore, cannot be prosecuted for genocide under current international law… However, there is legal responsibility under the Genocide Convention if a State knowingly fails to prevent genocide, fails to punish perpetrators, or is complicit in genocidal action.”
The report pulls together over 200 pages of evidence and makes the case for taking three states to the International Court of Justice: Syria, Iraq and Turkey.
While all three are shown to have failed to “take all measures reasonably available to them to prevent genocide” and also to “legislate for the prosecution of… known perpetrators of the genocide in their territory”, the case against Turkey is even more serious.
The report concludes, on the basis of the evidence, that “Turkey, prima facie, was also complicit in the commission of genocide (which is ongoing) by allowing fighters to cross its borders to join ISIS and allowing this group to smuggle oil and other significant resources to fund and fuel its operations and commit prohibited acts against the Yazidis…”
The report also argues that Turkey’s contribution to the Yazidi genocide is far from over.
It calls on Turkey to “comply with its obligations under international human rights law, and to immediately cease the unlawful targeting of, and indiscriminate attacks against, civilians and civilian objects, and persons hors de combat, in northern Iraq and northern Syria.”
And also to “immediately cease all forceful operations against the Sinjar Resistance Units (‘YBS’) – which are ostensibly characterised as ‘counter-terrorism’ operations… absent strong and cogent evidence indicating an immediate and present risk of armed attack against Turkey or its nationals (which to date has been wholly without basis)”.
This is a report that demands action, but it has not been a good week to get attention in British politics and media for anything outside the soap-opera of Boris Johnson’s resignation.
Political action in the UK could depend on Johnson’s replacement as leader of the Conservative Party and consequently, Prime Minister.

Defence Secretary, Ben Wallace, who has been described as a front runner, is hardly likely to try and hold Turkey to account. In October 2019 he shocked both NATO and the EU by defending the Turkish invasion following Trump’s withdrawal of US troops – and was accused of prioritising a post-Brexit trade deal with Turkey.
Here in Barcelona high July temperatures suck in a sea breeze.. So it never quite gets to 100 F, or 37.7 C. Even so with high humidity we humans suffer more.
But look at Córdoba, in the south of Spain. Meteored forecasts max temperatures over 40 C (104 F) for 15 days consecutively . And next Thursday to hit 46 C, or 114 F.
The Spanish record maximum is 47.4 C or 117,32 F.
And as there are always a few met stations with higher temperatures the Spanish maximum is at risk, depending on the exact position of a depression in the Canary islands, pumping hot air from the Sahara..
In the Sahara an area nearly the size of Europe is over 40 C every afternoon. They say that humans destroyed the climate by burning the forest and too many goats!

Every morning when I fire up my hip-hop happening State-surveillance apparatus aka Smartphone, a panel appears saying that it wants to pinpoint my location in order to improve my user experience. It is my considered belief that they don’t give a monkey’s chuff about my user experience.
On my bank’s website for online usage is a message saying “our first concern is for the safety of your money”.
I don’t believe that one either – not least because we’ve been arguing the toss about a mysterious standing order on my account that shovels €45 euros every month into the coffers of a company I’ve never heard of, and wasn’t authorised by me, and in which they’ve shown very little interest beyond a sort of half-hearted, “Nuffin ter do wiv me, Guv”.
When I Google the company, I am redirected to another outfit who investigate “inexplicable standing orders”. Curiouser and curiouser.
It’s now clear (following forced release under Congressional pressure) that Pfizer’s testing procedures for developing their Covid19 “vaccine” used a lot of blind eyes, cut corners, data sins of omission, and downright lies.
Further, FOIs put to the CDC in the US show without any doubt that Fauci’s little plaything casually ignored all VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) data that should have resulted in product recall immediately.
We have also known for some eighteen months that PHE (Public Health England) did exactly the same thing under the even more shambolic system that pertains in my homeland.

A Retrospective in Whys
Since the beginning of this manufactured crisis, the Berlin Corona Investigative Committee has been conducting the exploratory work that I would have expected every government and so-called public health organization to have undertaken from the outset.
The fact that this did not occur was one of the first signs that COVID represented a departure from all prior pandemic protocols, but the question I kept asking myself is, Why?
Here are some of the permutations of that question I started asking beginning in early 2020 and continuing through the present-day:
TOTALITARIANISM
Why are governments, public health agencies, the media, Big Tech, and “experts” stoking fear instead of calmly assessing the data and attempting to dispel panic—like every responsible authority has done for genuine crises in the past?
Why are all of these entities speaking in unison with a single voice as if everyone has been handed the same script?
Why are they covering COVID 24/7 on every available outlet, drumming up the death tallies and case counts and behaving as if it were the only newsworthy story on the planet?
Why are people all suddenly parroting the same phrases like “social distancing,” “New Normal,” “Build Back Better,” and the Orwellian double-think gem “together apart”?
Why does it seem like everyone has suddenly lost their capacities for critical thinking, reasoning, logic, and scientific analysis?
Why are they encouraging discrimination against those who refuse to comply with unscientific and nonsensical guidelines?
Why are Big Tech and Big Media silencing people—especially scientists, physicians, and other knowledgeable individuals who are most qualified to speak about these matters?
Why are California and the federal government threatening physicians with loss of their licenses for spreading “misinformation,” which happens to be based on scientifically demonstrable evidence and clinical experience?
Why are such extreme measures being taken for a disease with an infinitesimal fatality rate that primarily only affects those who are already likely to die—namely the elderly and those with serious comorbidities?
Why are they pushing for International Health Regulations (IHR) amendments that would grant an unelected bureaucrat and accused genocidal war criminal control over the entire world’s public health policy?
Why is the WHO drafting a pandemic accord that would give it the ability to set a “OneHealth” policy for all member states and seize supranational powers in times of declared public health “emergencies”?
Why are Australians and New Zealanders being bullied, abused, arrested, and quarantined like they’re living in a police state?
Why are so many colluders willingly serving as implements of tyranny?
Why are values such as independent thought, integrity, ethics, freedom, transparency, and individuality being denigrated while groupthink, obedience, complicity, prejudice, collectivism, fear, rage, and hatred are being promoted?
Why are governments and employers mandating vaccines and pushing for vaxxports when they have been proven both unsafeandineffective?
Why aren’t health authorities making dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations that would bolster people’s immunity—like encouraging them to eat healthy; reduce their stress levels; get proper sleep; exercise; enjoy sunshine and fresh air; and practice other habits that help prevent illness?
Why aren’t they focusing on the conventional practices for preventing respiratory illnesses such as washing your hands and staying home when you have symptoms?
Why are we being commanded to “Trust the Science” when scientific inquiry is a continually evolving process and requires transparency and diverse viewpoints to progress?
Why are they pretending like there’s no such thing as natural immunity?
Why did they previously redefine “pandemic” to exclude “simultaneous epidemics worldwide with enormous numbers of deaths and illness”?
Why did they change the definition of “herd immunity” to inject the idea that it is acquired through vaccination when it was previously understood by immunologists and virologists to be achieved naturally when a virus spreads throughout a community?
Why did Fauci—or as I like to call him, Dr. Mengelfauci—first tell the truth about masks not working, then lie about them working, and then say he lied when he’d originally told the long-established truth that masks are ineffective for respiratory viruses? And why did he lie about so many other things?
Why are they telling us staying six feet apart will magically protect us?
Why are nursing home residents being isolated, tortured, neglected, eldercided with midazolam, and deprived of the visiting rights even prisoners enjoy?
Why are they instituting policies the WHO previously warned against—from lockdowns to masking to disinfection to border closures—because they are known to cause mass-scale harm, poverty, and even death?
Why are they closing schools (and later, pushing injections on kids) when children are at the least risk of contracting and spreading COVID?

We define a militia woman as any armed woman who, as of 1936, participated directly in the combats of the Spanish Civil War or was trained and prepared for it in order to defend cities and towns.
Although some differences between these two groups of women remain to be identified, these women represented a change in the role of the sexes, not only in military terms, but above all in Spanish society.
The Spain of the 1930s was still very attached to the traditional conception of roles. Women were assigned to the domestic sphere, and poverty often brought them to the estates of large landowners, where they worked in agriculture or as a servant.
The start of the civil war in June 1936 then drastically changed the lives of many Spanish women. It was mainly the women of the cities who gave a new image of women. The first “Milicianas” (Women militia fighters) appeared on posters as a symbol of anti-fascist resistance.
These militia women, especially in the two largest organizations, the “anti-fascist women” and the “free women”, fought on the front lines alongside the men, although they also did what was traditionally considered “women’s work” there (cooking, cleaning , sewing, washing).
“You see, what the men did, we did too. If we also did some extra work like cleaning or cooking, we would stand guard right after like the men. And when we attacked, we attacked just like men. We did what was humanly possible, and some women did it even more than the men.” (Concha Perez Collado)
On July 7, the Russian Ministry of Defence reported on the results of the analysis of the military-biological activity of the USA and its allies in Ukraine and other regions of the world. The report confirms that:
Ukrainian special units were planning to use biological weapons in Eastern Ukraine;
Ukrainian servicemen were involved as volunteers in experiments to assess the tolerance of dangerous infectious diseases;
the official activities of the Pentagon in Ukraine are just a front for illegal military and biological research
Ukraine and other post-Soviet states have become a testing ground for biological weapons not only for the USA, but also for its NATO allies
the U.S. persists on its policy of building up its own military and biological capabilities in circumvention of international agreements.
Briefing on the results of analysing documents related to the military-biological activity of the USA in Ukraine on July 7:
The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation continues analysing the military-biological activity of the USA and its allies in Ukraine and other regions of the world in view of new information received at the liberated territories and at the branch offices of the Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) that form a unified information network.
We have previously stated that the Ukrainian project of the Pentagon do not meet the pertinent healthcare problems of Ukraine, while their implementation has not led to any improvement of the sanitary-epidemiological situation.
The document contains the data on evaluation of healthcare, veterinary and biosecurity system efficiency prepared by a group of U.S. experts in 2016.
This report is a concept document designed for further planification of military-biological activity of the Pentagon in Ukraine that contains conclusions on implementation of the programme guidelines.
Despite the more than 10-year-long period of cooperation in the alleged ‘…reduction of biological threats…’, the experts have stated:
‘…There is no legislation on the control of highly dangerous pathogens in the country, there are significant deficiencies in biosafety… The current state of resources makes it impossible for laboratories to respond effectively to public health emergencies…’
The document emphasises that ‘…over the past five years, Ukraine has shown no progress in implementing international health regulations of the World Health Organisation’.
The report pays particular attention to non-compliance with biosafety requirements when working and storing microbial collections.
It has been stated ‘…that most facilities are characterised by numerous gross violations, such as unlocked fencing systems, unlatching windows, broken or inactive pathogen restriction systems, lack of alarm systems…’ The results of the review conclude that there is no system for protecting dangerous pathogens in Ukraine.
