Leak of Police attack plan saves Youth Squat Center

A leak thwarts the eviction of the Gracia youth squatters center
A leak has frustrated this morning eviction attempt o The Catalan police had planned the assault on the building located in Ros de Olano 39 at quarter to seven, when it was still dark in the town of Gracia (Barcelona City). The intentions of the police, however, reached the ears of the youth who for 11 years have been managing this social center.

From six in the morning a concentration of about a hundred people at the doors of the building and several containers with fences and barricades in the streets adjacent commands surprised police and politicians in the district. Undercover officers have visited the area and reported back. The intendant of Police, Richard Fernandez, accompanied by another person has control of the police Avenue Vallcarca and announced the suspension of the action during the day. Earlier the Court had rejected the suspension in Barcelona of Enric Duran’s trial in Barcelona which was to take place on Tuesd2y 12 February.. SEE DETAILS BELOW

Enric presented again a request for more time which was apparently refused..VERY fishy business with his lawyer.

The trial began but Enris DID NOT APPEAR-

Reading of Enric Duran’s ‘disobedience manifesto’ outside court he didn’t attend and was declared an outlaw

he issued a statement saying ”disobedience is the only way I can be sure of getting my rights” and called for general disobedience and integral horizontal revolution.

The prosecution called for his immediate capture and arrest.

‘For a European Spring’ is a call for actions, strikes and demonstrations all over Europe on the 13th of March, and for a pan-European demonstration and creative actions in the city of Brussels on the 14th of March.

It is targeted at the EU Spring Summit, where leaders from across the continent will assemble on the 14th and 15 to strengthen the European Council’s response to the crisis.
The response to date from economic and political elites in the European Union amounts to a massive attack on welfare, social rights and democracy. This has been achieved by undermining democracy, reflected in EU policies including the imposition of austerity, demands for deep cuts in social spending, attempts to weaken labour laws and the roll back of hard earned labour rights…. En las anotaciones manuscritas del extesorero del PP aparecen donaciones privadas, procedentes fundamentalmente de la construcción. Una banda organizada para delinquir.

Que no los engañen, tampoco desde esa supuesta progresía que pide cabezas pero no duda en afirmar que los delitos están prescritos o no llegan a las cantidades necesarias para ser delitos. Si lo de los “papeles de Bárcenas” se demuestra, a los implicados se les puede perfectamente juzgar por pertenecer a banda organizada, asociación de malhechores, o cualquier supuesto similar que, de una u otra manera, aparezca en el Código penal. Pues eso y no otra cosa es lo que serían: una organización criminal diseñada para repartirse suculentos beneficios provinientes de la corrupción, el soborno y el cohecho.
