We are tired of them polluting and us always paying, with our health and with our pockets!
This morning we have faced up to the almighty Spanish power companies. We appeared at the offices of Endesa, Iberdrola and Gas Natural Fenosa in Madrid, Bilbao and Barcelona respectively, asking them to explain the pollution and its relation with high energy prices. We have done it to defend our environment and for all of us.

Because these three companies are choking us with their emissions, their waste, and with an exorbitant electricity bill as well as depriving us of the right to produce clean energy (due to the infamous Tax on the Sun) and to participate in an energetic model that they have designed to their liking. This informational film, based on the French 4 per 1,000 initiative, proposes an ancient form of carbon sequestration* as an alternative to risky technological methods of carbon sequestration. There is strong scientific consensus that to prevent catastrophic global warming, atmospheric CO2 levels must be reduced from 400 parts per million (ppm) to 350 ppm.
The 4 per 1,000 initiative encourages all UN member countries to increase the carbon in their soils by 0.4% per year by transitioning from industrial agriculture – which tends to strip soil of carbon – to more traditional practices that tend to replenish soil carbon (and simultaneously increase yields: see Organic and Sustainable Farming Increases Yields by 79% or More). Marco Camenisch, 65 years , has spent 25 of the last 35years in prison for his political actions, For the 10 years he was not in prison, he lived on the run, clandestinely, in Italy, Switzerland and elsewhere. He participated in a global hunger strike by some 15 anarchist prisoners to draw attention to their struggle and affirm their resistance to state 
repression.

Cancelling crucial methane control is a blatant crime against humanity and the planet perpetrated to feed the naked greed of US billionaire capitalists,. It is also an insult to the thousands of scientists and environmentalists and public who have dedicated years to getting this key step in climate control.
”Satellite data demonstrates fugitive emissions that are an order of magnitude greater during the extraction and storage phase than with non fracked natural gas, with average losses, including distribution representing 6-8% of production. The figure of 6% makes shale gas two times worse than coal from a climate change perspective”.
