Three months after the start of Russia’s Operation Z in Ukraine, the battle of The West (12 percent) against The Rest (88 percent) keeps metastasizing. Yet the narrative – oddly – remains the same.
On Monday, from Davos, World Economic Forum Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab introduced Ukrainian comedian-cum-President Volodymyr Zelensky, on the latest leg of his weapons-solicitation-tour, with a glowing tribute. Herr Schwab stressed that an actor impersonating a president defending neo-Nazis is supported by “all of Europe and the international order.”
He means, of course, everyone except the 88 percent of the planet that subscribes to the Rule of Law – instead of the faux construct the west calls a ‘rules-based international order.’
Back in the real world, Russia, slowly but surely has been rewriting the Art of Hybrid War. Yet within the carnival of NATO psyops, aggressive cognitive infiltration, and stunning media sycophancy, much is being made of the new $40 billion US ‘aid’ package to Ukraine, deemed capable of becoming a game-changer in the war.
This ‘game-changing’ narrative comes courtesy of the same people who burned though trillions of dollars to secure Afghanistan and Iraq. And we saw how that went down.
Ukraine is the Holy Grail of international corruption. That $40 billion can be a game-changer for only two classes of people: First, the US military-industrial complex, and second, a bunch of Ukrainian oligarchs and neo-connish NGOs, that will corner the black market for weapons and humanitarian aid, and then launder the profits in the Cayman Islands.
A quick breakdown of the $40 billion reveals $8.7 billion will go to replenish the US weapons stockpile (thus not going to Ukraine at all); $3.9 billion for USEUCOM (the ‘office’ that dictates military tactics to Kiev); $5 billion for a fuzzy, unspecified “global food supply chain”; $6 billion for actual weapons and “training” to Ukraine; $9 billion in “economic assistance” (which will disappear into selected pockets); and $0.9 billion for refugees.
US risk agencies have downgraded Kiev to the dumpster of non-reimbursing-loan entities, so large American investment funds are ditching Ukraine, leaving the European Union (EU) and its member-states as the country’s only option.
Few of those countries, apart from Russophobic entities such as Poland, can justify to their own populations sending huge sums of direct aid to a failed state. So it will fall to the Brussels-based EU machine to do just enough to maintain Ukraine in an economic coma – independent from any input from member-states and institutions…….

The representatives of the African member countries of the World Health Organization (WHO) yesterday opposed the reform of the International Health Regulations, better known as the “pandemic treaty”, presented by the United States at the World Health Assembly, a body supreme decision of the UN world health organization, in conclave in Geneva.
The International Health Regulations are a set of legally binding rules designed to impose the elimination of the fundamental rights of people on health grounds, as well as to raise barriers to the international movement of people and goods.
The proposal was brought to the assembly by the United States and seeks to authorize the deployment of teams of “experts” in certain places and the creation of a new compliance committee to supervise the application of the regulations. But African countries have opposed it, arguing the adoption of the entire package of reforms to improve the functioning of the WHO.
“The African region shares the view that the process should not be rushed,” Moses Keetile, permanent deputy secretary at the Botswana Ministry of Health, told the meeting on behalf of representatives from the black continent.
In addition to African countries, Iran and Malaysia have also expressed reservations about the reform of the International Health Regulations. Russia has submitted a draft reform of the Regulation.
The 75th session of the World Health Assembly, which will last until May 28, has set itself the goal of developing a comprehensive and far-reaching reform of the global health system.
Among the main reforms that have been put on the table are a treaty on pandemics and a draft resolution to gradually increase mandatory contributions from WHO member states to cover half of the institution’s budget for 2030-2031.

The WHO is a parasitic organism, full of bums and figureheads. Until now the contributions of the Member States only cover about 16 per cent of the organization’s budget.
The rest of the financing comes from the so-called voluntary contributions of the countries, other international organizations and private agents, which has turned the organization into one of the many tentacles of the pharmaceutical monopolies.
Since the US rejoined it is the biggest deciding contributor, the second largest is Bill Gates.

Nevertheless there is no pandemic in Africa. Indeed a simple analysis shows that the countries with higher vaccination rates all had the highest rates of Covid-19 infections and deaths.
Africa, and others in the developing world have been lucky that their own resistance combined with the naked capitalist greed and hypocrisy of the West excluded them from the worst effects of the biggest scam in history.
Two African countries – Burundi and Tanzania – had Presidents who banned the WHO from their borders, and refused to go along with the Pandemic narrative.
Both Presidents died unexpectedly within months of that decision, only to be replaced by new Presidents who instantly reversed their predecessor’s covid policies.

Los representantes de los países africanos miembros de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) se opusieron ayer a la reforma del Reglamento Sanitario Internacional, más conocido como “tratado de pandemias”, presentado por Estados Unidos en la Asamblea Mundial de la Salud, órgano supremo de decisión del organismo sanitario mundial de la ONU, en cónclave en Ginebra.
El Reglamento Sanitario Internacional es un conjunto de normas jurídicamente vinculantes diseñadas para imponer la eliminación de los derechos fundamentales de las personas con pretextos sanitarios, así como levantar barreras al desplazamiento internacional de personas y mercancías.
Dos países africanos, Burundi y Tanzania , tuvieron presidentes que prohibieron a la OMS en sus fronteras y se negaron a aceptar la narrativa de la pandemia. When Putin ordered the Ukraine invasion the West went crazy with unprecedented sanctions, billions in weapons and an orchestrated 24/7 cacophony of largely invented media propaganda.
When Turkey does the same, or worse, there is a deathly silence.
Erdogan knows he can do what he likes. After all this is his 4th invasion, grabbing and ‘Turkifying’ more bits of Syria. Hundreds of thousands of ethnically cleansed Kurds are still trapped and destitute in refugee camps in the desert. Those in Shabha, for example, are regularily bombed by his extreme islamic proxy mercenaries, including Al Qaeda and ex ISIS guerillas.
He can do what he likes. He can bomb and drone again from his NATO base in Incirlik. He can again roll over the self defense militias, the YPG and YPJ in his shiny German tanks, while the West continues to class any resistance or protest as PKK Terrorists.
He can do what he likes and be well rewarded. He is the worst terrorist mass murderer and blackmailer. Ironically demanding armaments and persecution of Kurdish protestors. Ironically blackmailing the NATO terrorists with his veto on Finland and Sweden joining in the great insane US Crusade to destroy and loot Russia.
The 20 million Kurds in Turkey have held two long peaceful self declared ceasefires against their oppressors, the second unilaterally destroyed by Erdogan with massive military repression
Enlarging the Turkish occupation of northern Syria will result in certain endless war and suffering. Russia, with its back to the wall, can hardly say no.
And the US, despite cynically backing the YPG defense and SDF multi ethnic fighters (to counter ISIS and Iran and annoy Syria), will hardly resist Turkish blackmail to defend them.

Turkey will soon launch a new military operation in northern Syria, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Monday. Though he did not provide any specifics, the illegal incursion is likely to target areas held by US-backed Kurdish militias.
“We will soon take new steps regarding the incomplete portions of the project we started on the 30-km deep safe zone we established along our southern border,” Erdogan said after a cabinet meeting, according to AP.
“The main target of these operations will be areas which are centers of attacks to our country and safe zones,” he added, according to Reuters. Operations will begin once Turkey’s military, intelligence and security forces complete their preparations, Erdogan said without elaborating further.
Ankara has sent troops into Syria three times already, starting with Operation Euphrates Shield in 2016. The most recent incursion, 2019’s Operation Peace Spring, was met with US sanctions and a war of words between Erdogan and French President Manu. Turkey currently controls portions of Syria’s Aleppo, Raqqa and Hasakah governorates, in addition to supporting militants in Idlib.

Last month, Turkey also sent troops into Iraq, targeting Kurdish militias in the northern regions of Metina, Zap, and Avasin-Basyan in what it called Operation Claw-Lock. Baghdad condemned the operation as a violation of its sovereignty, but has been unable to do anything about it.
Turkey has accused the Syrian Kurdish militia YPG of links to the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), which Ankara has designated as a terrorist organization. Since 2015, the US has used the YPG as the basis of the so-called Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), a proxy militia it has armed and supplied to fight against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) terrorists. The SDF is also tasked with denying the territory to the government in Damascus, which Washington seeks to overthrow.

Backed by as many as 2,000 US troops, Washington’s proxies currently hold` the northeastern portion of Syria, including most of its oil wells and arable land.
Erdogan has recently voiced objections to Finland and Sweden joining NATO, due to the fact the two Scandinavian governments have granted political asylum to a number of Kurdish activists that Turkey considers terrorists.
