The Saudi-led coalition forces have failed to advance in territories leading to al-Hudaydah airport, a senior member of Ansarullah movement said Tuesday.

“The enemy is in a quest for victory just in the media and has sent its mercenaries to the slaughterhouse,” Ali al-Qahoum, a senior member of Ansarullah political bureau, said on Tuesday.

“The Saudi coalition has increased its airstrikes and has faced failure in advancing in the Southern direction of al-Hudaydah airport after receiving heavy blows,” he added.

Saudi-led and U.S.-backed coalition.

Al-Qahoum said that the Yemeni forces would never allow “the aggressors to loot the country’s wealth”.

In relevant remarks earlier today, another member of Ansarullah announced that the Yemeni forces could cut off the roads used by the Saudi-led coalition to transfer weapons and reinforcements to the Western coasts of the country.

“The Yemeni fighters have been able to prevent the aggressors’ advance and cut off the supply lines . ” Mohammed al-Bakhiti, a member of Ansarullah’s political bureau, was quoted by the Arabic-language al-Alam news channel as saying on Tuesday.

The Arabic-language al-Masireh news website reported on Monday that on the fifth day of the Saudi and UAE operations to capture of al-Hudaydah, Ansarullah forces  blocked the roads  and the Saudi and UAE mercenaries have failed win control despite receiving Saudi air support.

Prior to the start of the coalition’s siege, the UN stressed that an assault on the densely populated port city may cost up to 250,000 civilian lives, warning that the operation could leave millions of Yemenis without the “food and basic supplies needed to prevent famine and a recurrence of a cholera epidemic”

Meanwhile, in the front lines, a real game-changer may be ahead, with the Houthis already firing missiles across the border at Saudi oil installations. Then all bets are off – and the possibility that long-range missiles have been pre-positioned becomes quite credible.

Hopefully the missile attacks will finally force the Saudis to the negotiating table

UK illegally at war in YemenThe Saudi State is trying to annihalate the ‘Houthis’ not so much due to the Irani influence but because the Zaidi moslems live on both sides of the border and ‘Houthi/Ansarullah’ success would encourage the resistance movements in criminally oppressed and repressed southern and eastern Saudi Arabia.

Meanwhile the ”liberated” South Yemen degenerates into another nest of mini dictators backed by multiple factions and outside states, (after Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria and Libya), and further north millions of ordinary people are condemned to die painfully and disgracefully in a planned genocide for profit by the so called ”free world”.

Deliberate famines have been organised by the West in Colonial history, but nothing like this…  deliberately and maliciously blockading food imports, bombing the cities to rubble, closing the Central Bank, and cutting off salaries, subsidies,  water, sanitation, health services, poverty aid and all other public facilities.
