| The Barcelona or Facebook Five have been imprisoned without trial in punishment mode since 15 May ’13. Their only ‘crime’ is sharing provocative photos and graphics on Facebook, and promoting anarchist anti-capitalist ideas. (see links below) | |
| We need the voices of our fellow prisoners, we’re lacking their wordsby ‘La desmemoria de los dados’ 15th july 2013 Right now I’m in a prison, what they call a penal jail, punishment pure and simple, not for nothing do they call it a a security prison … it’s a concrete pit. Lessons from Brazil: Building Popular Power
Lessons from Brazil: Building Popular Power
Members of the Organização Anarquista Socialismo Libertário (Libertarian Socialism Anarchist Organization, OASL) have participated in the recent struggles in Brazil against the rising transportation tariffs, in Sao Paulo, in Brasilia and in cities like Mogi das Cruzes, Marilia and Franca. Members of other organizations linked to the Coordenação Anarquista Brasileira (Brazilian Anarchist Coordination, CAB) have, in other states, also contributed to the struggle.
Below, two militants of OASL, Pablo Pamplona and Thiago Calixto, who have been participating in the struggles, respond to a few questions from Jonathan Bane of Anarkismo about the recent process of popular street mobilizations in the country. They emphasize the need to create ongoing grassroots organizations through which people can take control of their daily lives. For the full interview, click here. Bradley exposed War Criminals who now Jail him Forever
”What Bradley Manning did may not be to everyone’s taste but there is a larger issue here and that is the accountability of the people we elect and the decisions they make on our behalf. In not standing up to them en masse we are as guilty as the soldiers and officers that are “just following orders” and with this we leave a young man, still 25 despite 1162 days of confinement, facing a further 136 years in prison for not following those orders, for standing his ground and governments, responsible for war crimes, being allowed to walk away without a care in the world whilst they plot their invasion and liberation of their next country.”
…”The white house could claim that unleashing democracy and freedom has been the real target behind the invasion of Iraq while journalist reports and wikileaks documents have shown and revealed the American collaboration with Saddam`s intelligence and security officers to kill and torture thousands of unarmed civilian Iraqis.
Some wounds heal fast …some won’t heal at all.”… Continue reading “Bradley exposed War Criminals who now Jail him Forever”

The Rise Of Nazi Greece.
Catalonia and Spain push Nazionalisms to block Revolution
reblogged from Raging Bullshit with thanks
Attitudes Harden in Spain as Catalonian Referendum Looms (someday,maybe..)
“I hate Catalonia and I can’t stand the Catalans.” These blunt words rolled off the sharp tongue of an habitually sweet-tempered 15-year old Spanish girl called Aina. Aina is from Spain’s north-eastern province of Aragon and she is among a score of Spanish teenagers attending a two-week summer language course I’m helping to organize in the UK.
