Trump beats up NATO members in American Protection Racket

by Finian Cunningham    The capo-in-chief flew into Brussels like many feared he would, beating up on other NATO members with a combination of blackmail and extortion.

President Trump wants the others to cough up more dough for the “protection” provided to them by the United States. The American leader berated European heads of state as if they were naughty children, accusing them of “freeloading” on US military power for their defense over many decades, and of giving nothing back.

Trump singled out Germany in particular for his sharpest dressing down. He accused the top European economic power of being “controlled by Russia” owing to its supposed dependence on Russian oil and gas.

Trump used that claim as a form of blackmail, alleging that Germany has been giving billions of dollars to Moscow for energy supplies, while cheating on financial payments to NATO because it relies on US military defenses. Great Britain’s Most Censored recent Shocking Scandals: Our Top 10. (Military)

 by michaellee   at TruePublica
In this article, we have attempted to identify the most censored stories of modern times in Britain. We have asked the opinions of one of the most famous and celebrated journalists and documentary film-makers of our time, a high-profile former Mi5 intelligence officer, a veteran journalist of the Iraq war, a gagged ex-army medic along with the head of one of the worlds largest charities. ….

1. Iraq sanctions – the death toll that wasn’t

Before the full-scale British/American led attack on Iraq in 2003-11, a US, UK and UN sanctions regime was imposed on Iraq on the pretext of denying Saddam Hussein the materials necessary to make weapons of mass destruction. Items banned from Iraq under this rationale included a vast number of items needed for everyday life.

Undisputed UN figures have since shown that 1.7 million Iraqi civilians died due to the West’s brutal sanctions regime, half of whom were known to be children. The mass death was seemingly intended. Among items banned by the UN sanctions were equipment essential for Iraq’s national water treatment system. ‘Wish You Were Here’: Roger Waters displays pro-Assange message at Berlin gig

Roger Waters, the former Pink Floyd singer, has displayed a banner in support of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange at a concert in Berlin.

The neon red text, which read “Resist the attempted silencing of Julian Assange,” was projected onto a black backdrop before his concert on Saturday night. Waters, who is known for making radical political statements on stage, is an admirer of Assange and has previously featured images of the whistleblower in his shows.

Assange is unlikely to see the message of support, however. Housed in the Ecuadorian embassy in London since claiming asylum in 2012, the Australian has been banned from using the phone and internet for several weeks. He is also prohibited from having visitors. Continue reading “‘Wish You Were Here’: Roger Waters displays pro-Assange message at Berlin gig”

Breakthrough as Explosive Lawsuit claims Monsanto hid Cancer Danger of Roundup

by Jon Rappoport     A San Francisco lawsuit against Monsanto and its weedkiller, Roundup, is moving forward. And it’s just received a new green light from the judge in the case.

Monsanto’s lawyers are bracing for a deep level of attack, which they were hoping to avoid. The judge has ruled the jury can hear testimony on this issue: Monsanto suppressed evidence that Roundup causes cancer.Related image

Reporter Carey Gillam has the story (The Guardian, 5/22): “At the age of 46, DeWayne Johnson is not ready to die. But with cancer spread through most of his body, doctors say he probably has just months to live. Now Johnson, a husband and father of three in California, hopes to survive long enough to make Monsanto take the blame for his fate.” Continue reading “Breakthrough as Explosive Lawsuit claims Monsanto hid Cancer Danger of Roundup”

ALTSASU  Marc Malagelada‏ @mmalagelada 17h17 hours ago   Once again, GuardiaCivil faked the facts … This is Spanish shameful justice. Free rapists, free fascists, but jailed rappers, and jailed innocents.

The families of the Altsasu victims held a press conference to denounce the Spanish injustice and call for mobilisations.

The Spanish National Court has condemned the 8 youngsters of Altsasu arrested after a bar brawl with two police and their partners, though they finally had to drop the ridiculous  “terrorism” accusation. The Court is seen to be a tool of the far right and condemned by Amnesty International after a series of blatantly repressive false judgements. Which Side Will You ChoosE  ??

Back in November last year I read an arc of Renegades by Marissa Meyer and if you’ve known me since then, you’ll be aware of how much I freaking loved it! I am in no way a superhero fan, it’s just not my thing, so the fact that Renegades was such an amazing read for me is extraordinary.

Line Breaker

Renegades

Renegades trialsIn Gatlon City, the Renegades are everything any young prodigy should want to be: fighting for justice, defending the weak and protecting the city. In short – Heroes.

After the day of triumph over the rebel Anarchists, it was the Renegades who rebuilt the city on the smouldering remains of the old one, working tirelessly to heal the wounds that the villain gangs had left upon society. The Renegades provided shelter, created community gardens and agriculture when food in the city got scarce, they even set up schools to educate Gatlon’s children. As the Renegades grew stronger, so did the city…

Smart Wristbands and Chips under your skin. STOP Worker Control !

Amazon and Boss Bezos Developing New Ways to Control  and Abuse Workers

By Don Gross     On Feb. 1, Amazon reported its highest ever quarterly profit, bringing in $1.9 billion in profit in the fourth quarter of 2017. The news came a day after it was reported that Amazon had patented wristbands that would track warehouse workers’ movements while they were on the job.

The stunning contrast between these two stories reinforces the fact that Amazon’s massive profits are created by the work of mostly low-paid warehouse workers and delivery drivers who work under slave-like conditions.

Amazon’s quarterly report revealed that the company made $1 billion more than over the same period in 2016. Of that $1.9 billion profit, $789 million was because of the tax “reforms” passed last year. Continue reading “Smart Wristbands and Chips under your skin. STOP Worker Control !”
